I took my car to Moore Cadillac Collision to see about getting a dent fixed. It took all day for them to call me back with an estimate. They apparently found 4 or 5 things wrong with my car that I had never noticed before, and recommended I get them all taken care of, a lengthy and costly process. I'm no car expert, so while I am suspicious (given what happened next), I think it's plausible that they were telling the truth. I politely declined and said I might come back another time. The representative informed me that, when signing the papers to get the estimate, I'd agreed to let them do any repairs they recommended! I was taken aback. I pointed out that the car was safe to drive (which they admitted), and that I did not want any repairs at the current time. The representative relented and said I could pick my car up. After I got off work, a coworker was driving me to the shop when a different representative called me back and said that my car wasn't ready to get picked up, but it would be ready tomorrow. Day 2, they called me at the end of my shift to inform me that it still wasn't ready, but it would be ready tomorrow. At this point the delay had already tanked my weekend plans, so I said, screw it, do the repairs. On day 5, they texted me saying that they were almost done with the repairs, only to text me back later in the day and say my car wouldn't be ready for another 3 days. On day 8, I finally picked my car up. At worse, Moore Cadillac is intentionally misleading customers. At best, they're still doing a poor job of communicating. I am giving them two stars because at least they fixed the dent. read more

Bought an Escalade about a month ago. Nothing but problems. I've put less than 700 miles in the last month and the list of issues doesn't end and continues to go on within 50 miles of owning the vehicle, the temperature gauge wasn't moving at all. They duplicated the issue and found excessive fluctuation of the engine coolant temperature and had to replace the engine coolant thermostat housing assembly and bleed the cooling system. I also made them aware that the truck was shifting extremely hard and there was a wobble and vibration on the front wheels which they of course duplicated the issues and came back to tell me this was completely normal. They said they would flush and fill the transmission with new fluid and replace cooler line seal. Now on my most recent visit literally a month from the day of purchase I come out to my garage to a nice puddle of oil. Well brought it in AGAIN and come to find out there is an engine oil leak and of course they saw the issue and had to fix it. Now this clearly has nothing to do with their service department, Don is the most amazing human. The issue is the sales department and everyone in charge on that end. The reality of it is, they can care less about what they sell and who they sell to. All they want is a sale. It's a numbers game. The loyalty of a returning customer does NOT apply here. But then again, we live in one of the richest counties in the country here... what do they care if I don't ever buy another vehicle from them? There's plenty of others out there willing to drop the dough and get treated poorly and dump money into a Cadillac. ***UPDATE 5/19/2020 - Apparently the general manager hasn't been filled in. I was just in AGAIN yesterday on 5/19/2020 to get shuttering and jerking looked at again after being told it would get better after some adaptive driving. Upon leaving service they told me they didn't know if that was even looked at. NO THE ISSUES HAVEN'T BEEN ADDRESSED. I was never made aware there was a 5 day return. As a matter of fact, I was told the dealership would fix these issues instead and we would get to a resolution. So I was in yesterday, again another issue detected, duplicated and charged for... I've barely been on the road due to covid. How does a vehicle that was purchased a month ago have this many issues? They had to replace the steering shaft upper bearing inner race, seat and spring. Come on.... how are these vehicles not looked at before they are sold. Again this is like my 10the car in 8 years... I'm not new to this game! read more

Ray, the "lot porter" is the most kind and helpful employee there. He actually went out of his way to assist me. I drove all the way from DC because it was the only Cadillac dealership that had my item in stock. I called several Cad dealerships in my area, one of which advised me that they would gladly order the items for arrival "before Friday." The items were ordered Monday. Today is Friday and I called three times, never receiving a return call to verify the items had arrived. So, that's when I called around and spoke to Daniel at Moore Cadillac who said the items are in stock. I verified the VIN with him and what I wanted, and was happily driving the 49 minutes to retrieve my items. When I arrived, no one wanted to assist me with installation except Ray, and thank god he did, because EVERY SINGLE one of the items was incorrectly labeled in its individual box!! I would have gone home with the wrong items if Ray hadn't opened all the boxes! I was understandably very disappointed and spoke to Jim, the parts manager. He proceeded to downplay their fault in the error, and bizarrely treated me as if it was my fault. Fortunately, as a woman, I'm on the high end of assertive and underestimating me is always a mistake. After a few words were spoken, Jim said he'd "mail" the correct items to my residence once he receives them from the manufacturer, at their expense. I told him I (understandably) don't trust him and requested that he sign the invoice and state everything he just told me about "mailing" the CORRECT items. Now, all I can do is PRAY that I receive what I ordered in a timely manner!! What a clown show. If you patronize Moore Cadillac in Chantilly - please stop! 2 weeks ago bought a replacement gear box (over $400) for my truck. Realized I did not need it today and took it back to Moore in BRAND NEW UNUSED condition - Company refused to take it back saying "how do we know it's ours?". Showed them my CC statement that CLEARLY shows the transaction w/the merchant as Moore Cadillac Chantilly va , and they STILL refused to take it back. This is the same firm in 2018 that charged my cc for a replacement remote control for my car and never provided one. When asked, we were told - show us the receipt. The Manager you paid is no longer w/us. HOW SHODDY!! I plan to announce this as often as I can to show how untrustworthy this dealership is. read more

I have been "shopping" at Moore Cadillac since I bought my first Cadillac in 1998. My initial experiences with them were for service work only, as my first two Cadillacs were bought elsewhere. They used to have a beautiful dealership in Tysons, so I started there, then grudgingly migrated to the Chantilly site. I can honestly say my overall experiences have been good. Some of the service managers were hit or miss, but Don Kelly has always been good. I actually bought from them for the first time in 2006. The vehicle was delivered in pristine condition (unlike my purchase 5 years before when I bought from Lindsay) and the negotiation process was great. I kept that vehicle for 10 years, then traded it out on a competitor's vehicle. Well, I'm back at Moore. I explained to Jean Benedict, my long-time salesperson, what my needs were, particularly what my pocketbook could take. She worked tirelessly with the sales manager to meet my affordability needs, and did all of this on her day off. I didn't know it was her day off because all of our interactions were by phone and email. Upon pickup of the vehicle, it was detailed and in pristine condition. Signing the paperwork was exactly as it should have been, though there was one error realized when I got to financing. No problem, the finance manager addressed the issue to continue to make the numbers work and added an extra incentive because of the issue. I am reading the bad reviews and unless something has happened in the past 3 years since the last time I owned a Cadillac, I truly am perplexed. Moore Cadillac has always done a great job of providing top notch service and while I will admit the resolution doesn't always go my way, they work diligently to keep their customers happy. I've had situations where they convinced GM during the financial meltdown to replace defective seats and headlamp assemblies. With this last purchase, I was actually in contact with 3 separate dealerships and Moore was the one that went out of their way to get me into the vehicle I wanted. In chatting with the sales manager, he was quite pleased he was able to get the deal just right, so he could win back a long-term Cadillac fan. It was a win-win for both of us, and I look forward to my first service call. I can't speak for the work they do outside of the Cadillac brand, but I can honestly say I am surprised by the negative reviews. read more

I would NOT recommend bringing your car here to have it serviced. I have never felt more disrespected and made to feel more comfortable. I honestly don't know where to start. On more than one occasion I was given a quote to do the job and then when I received the bill it was way over the quote I was given. The first time I was given a quote for $1,500 and the final was over $3,000. When I asked them to explain the price difference ....I was not given a explanation other than that they would not release my car to me unless I paid it. The only reason I took the loss and paid it was because one I need my car but also I was told by the manager (I believe his name is Michael) that I would receive free service on the life of this work on the parts that they were replacing if I ever needed it. Knowing that this model normally has issues with these parts I took the deal. I left a complaint after this happened and received a phone call from the dealership. After "the dealership" reviewed my email correspondence with the gentleman helping me and who provided me with the quote; I was told they wanted me to come in so they could make it right (they called me).... when I arrived I was told that the person that called me was not there, they would not reimburse me, and that this was my issue and my fault. I could have stayed home for that I had already told myself that I would never go back here but I noticed a leak on the parts that they replaced. During the scheduling of the appointment before I arrived I was told 3 times that I was eligible to receive a rental car and I would have one while they checked the leak so of course I planned my work day around this.....and of course when I got there I was told that they were not going to give me one...."yeah man, YOU'RE not getting a car"....(he literally never left his office or picked up the phone to ask anyone to get the rental car that was on my service confirmation email I was sent....I showed him the confirmation...clearly didn't care) I was also told that I would not receive the free service to fix the leak....which was just a drain plug....(part of the life time service I was promised) ..... since my car was there and I would have to pay the diagnostic fee anyway ... I had them replace a few spark plugs and a coil. I had someone pick me up so I could continue to make my appointments. Once again; was quoted one thing and arrived to another price when I picked up my car. I was made to feel like this was my fault and my issue.....yet again. The final quote was adjusted this time but only after I told them that there was no way I was paying "anything" over what I was quoted......the reason the quote was over the original amount....because they added services and parts that they never did.... i was told they installed a new drain plug which would have cost me an extra $200 ...When I picked up the car and paid (the Original amount) I was told then that they actually needed to order the drain plug and they didn't know when it was going to come in and they were NOT going to call me to let me know when it arrives at the service department.....so I would have ended up paying for (plus the man hours) something they didn't do and even have in stock according to the gentleman that handed me my final invoice read more

Full Disclaimer: I'm writing this review 6 months after the purchase of my vehicle, not unintentionally. After reading this, you might ask why did go through and actually buy the vehicle? Well, it was at a great price and I should also mention that the make of the vehicle is not Cadillac. Let me first mention the positives on the experience: 1. Antonio (salesperson) has a great personality. Now the negatives. 1. I had scheduled to come in for the purchase of the vehicle that I had already test driven the day before. Despite this, I waited 3 hours before I was tended to by the finance person. I understand that sometimes places are busy with foot traffic but there was literally one other customer in this dealership at the time and this was on a weekday, Monday to be specific. 2. Antonio and I had agreed on a price different from that which the Finance Director lady told me. Because there was an agreement already in place, they honored it. Needless to say, it seemed a bit sketch that the final number was not communicated with the decision makers. 3. I addressed this to the supervisor (I forget his name) and he didn't understand my concern that a customer should not have to wait 3 hours after their appointment - this is not an Emergency Room appointment, and even if it was, 3 hours would not be okay! But all he could muster up was the fact that they were short staffed but someone will be with me shortly. 4. The gas tank was basically empty at the time of purchase (less than half of a quarter tank). I told Antonio about this. He said to send him a picture of the receipt upon fill up (I did), and that he'll send a check to my address. The car (SUV) at the time I believe I filled it up for ~$68. After a few reminders, I decided to let it be. What's $68 compared to a car loan? But don't tell me you're going to deliver something and then you don't. I'd rather you tell me, "Sir, you just bought a new car and there's no gas in it and we won't fill it up for you" - than being dishonest and deflective. 5. I was told by the Finance Director (Heather Reese, who is no longer with Moore Cadillac Chantilly btw) that they'll refinance the loan after 6 months (internally). It is 6 months now, I just came back from the dealership. They informed me that I cannot refinance as that's not something that they do. And the only reason I went back was because I already had a relationship with the financial institution that they work with so perhaps it would be to my benefit and subsequently General Motors as well, again per Heather Reese's direction. Antonio and some other gentlemen were there today, all of whom explained to me literally like a child that refinancing is done through a banking institution and the steps to take to do so. I already knew this obviously but I thought I'd give them a chance to redeem themselves. Not a moment during these interactions today or 6 months ago did someone even apologize as a courtesy for screwing up. Truthfully, I'm not even looking for an apology as it won't mean much coming from those folks at Moore Cadillac Chantilly. But at least it says something about someone's character that they acknowledge your concerns. So here I am, letting everyone know about these folks and how narrow-minded and deceptive their practices are. I plead and urge you NOT to do business with this dealership unless of course you have less patience than I do or have a burning desire to be highly disappointed. read more

On Thursday, July 7, my husband came home to find fluid (antifreeze) under my 2011 Cadillac. Moore Cadillac of Chantilly is the closest Cadillac dealer to our home in Leesburg and is listed as open till 8 pm on Thursdays. I called at 5:09, 5:11, and 5:29 and someone answered but told me to leave a message on a man who works in service. I asked that the first man please take my number and schedule an appointment and explained the situation, but he said just to leave a message. I explained I was really concerned because we had to travel to PA for our daughter's wedding and were planning on leaving on Saturday. I never got called back and wasn't getting answers calling in. We had to put off our trip a few days and had a local service center look at our Cadillac. He assured us it was fine, just extra drippage from AC and high local temperatures. On our trip, a light came on and as soon as we got to our daughter's in PA, we called our local Cadillac dealer, who immediately took us in. With the wedding that Saturday, we were happy. They fixed the car in a day--not only a bad water pump, but a broken half axle in the front, which could easily have snapped on the return trip (turnpike and higher speeds), and I could have been hurt, or worse! I wish I could count on my local dealer the way I can count on the dealer in Monroeville, PA! I have had good work in the past, but this was dangerous and the scheduling for problems needs a better way to happen. They didn't miss this because they were never there for me to check it. read more

Went here because Geico recommended them as a streamlined process facility. Had a bad experience here. repairs took *much* longer than expected and quoted.. Communication not good. Had to call in many times to get fed misinformation. They would say my car would be ready for pickup that night or the next morning. Only to call back the next afternoon to hear they were waiting on a part.... or the car was waiting on paint the next time. I literally had no idea when I was ACTUALLY going to get my car back, because on the phone it just seemed like they would tell you what you wanted to hear; "almost ready!"... Got stuck with huge car rental bill due to the length of the repair. I would go elsewhere in the future. read more

My experience at Moore didn't start out as a 5 star review. We got off to a bit of a rocky start. But, after expressing my frustrations to the sales manager, het got me hooked up with Randy who was a dream to work with. I've found that follow up and thoroughness are difficult to find in the car buying process, and Randy impressed on both those fronts. Aside from being awesome, he found me an incredible car that I am LOVING. I couldn't be happier with the end result. And I would recommend anyone heading to Moore ask for Randy. read more

Update... After Joe Moore himself posted a response to my review, I went out of MY way and reached out to Mr. Moore personally and sent multiple emails to him directly. He never replied. I sent another email through their website and finally a return phone call was made to me by their "new car sales manager" who had an aggressive attitude the minute our conversation began. He asserted that they didn't take too kindly to customers who leave "bad reviews on Yelp" but were willing to work a deal with me if I removed the negative review. Interesting because they have since lowered the car $700.00 and still cannot sell it. What is even more interesting is that if they would have given me the $9,000 for my trade as originally agreed to, they would have sold the car and be $200 in the positive. I dropped my wife's vehicle off at Moore Cadillac early Friday morning after hearing what we both though was a serious problem with the steering. When I got there, three service folks looked at me and kept walking, while another focused on another customer. After 20 minutes, "David" asked if he could help. I told him about the problem with the steering, asked for an oil/air filter change. I stressed that I though there was a safety issue with the car. He recommended a 27 point vehicle inspection to take care of all of the problems. I ok'd it and went on to work. I received a call from David around 1:30 pm. He told me that the car sat all day because the shop was "busy" and wanted to know if he could keep it. Slightly pissed, I agreed saying that my wife needed her car by 12 noon Sat. He told me that it would be ready and he would call me the next day. Saturday morning passed - no call. My wife and I drove over at 12 noon and a startled David rushed out of his office to tell me that his techs where on a road test with the vehicle and asked me to come back in an hour. Of course, an hour later our vehicle received a clean bill of health. The techs did not see anything out of the ordinary. We paid and left. Not even three minutes into the ride home I experienced the same exact problem that the "techs could not repeat." I parked the car for the day and the following Monday morning I dropped it off at Pohanka Chevy - not even 6 miles down the street. About 30 minutes from dropping it off, "Jason" called me to say that the steering rack (not the pump, the rack) was bad on the vehicle and the mechanic has no idea how anyone could miss it. I brough this up with Audra - the customer service manager at Moore. She told me that she was going to do some research and get back to me. She stressed that she would get right back to me. And yes, you guessed it - she didn't get back to me. Needless to say - I'm pissed. This is the 4th time Moore mis-diagnosed one of my cars. I'm not saying Pohanka Chevy is perfect, but they have corrected every problem I've had with my vehicles - the first time and they seem to try to push the customer service side of things. Seriously consider if you want to do business at Moore and read all of the other complaints on internet. If I had known about them, I would have never trusted them to even wash my vehicles. read more

Our salesman was super helpful and printed out the carfax and car details of a car we were interested in. I purchased a Cadillac CTS V in lieu of an SL55 AMG simply based on my experiences with HBL MB. The car is amazing! I've been happy with these folks at Moore so far and I have a history with disliking service departments it's an easy thing for any dealership to screw up and have a hatred towards. Cadillac's are just like space shuttles with a bazillion sensors, I have had a oil overheat sensor that they are still trying to get sorted out. My car is out of warranty and they thought they fixed it last time but didn't and hopefully they'll replace it again this time for free/gratis. The service advisors are great, you actually get coupons in the mail that are good values. The location kinda sucks this is where I begin to say you are not Northern Virginia when downtown Manassas is 5 miles away but it is kinda sorta close to the airport the only reason I took away a star. My only real bitch is with the rental car company on site (enterprise) who I feel takes advantage of the situation of you being minimally 20 miles away from any real employable location I.e. Reson/Tysons.... If you return a car 24hrs and 1 minute to Enterprise on site here you get charged 2 full days a real dick move in my opinion. However that's out of the control of Moore Cadillac. read more

This place has very very very poor customer service. You would think a Cadillac dealership would provide the best experience possible for their customers. Not even 2 days ago, I was at the dealership and was being assisted by Emily where she said to me "I bet you're drowning in debt" after I told her I was a college student and then proceeded to question me when I told her that I wasn't at all. She also said we weren't allowed to test drive the car because "test drives are only for serious customers." I ended up purchasing a car and the next day it failed the state inspection. After reaching out to the dealership about the failed inspection an employee with a horrible attitude named Mark gave me nothing but a hard time about fixing the issues. I have decided to use their 5 day policy and return the car. Mark and his colleagues are even giving me a hard time with that too. Take your money literally anywhere else. read more

This place is not worthy of the Cadillac brand name. I received an email stating to come in and pick up my car. I go in and they ask me where is the check to pay from the insurance company? I haven't received the check, so I pay on my credit card. Ok, a slight pain, but I later find out I don't have enough funds in my account $2500, thus I pay an overdraft penalty... ok, life goes on.... When I get home I noticed that my emission and state inspection stickers have not been reattached to the windshield? I email them back asking do you have them? I was told one was out of date and the other was not saved? Mea culpa....looking at the comments on the site, "buyer beware". It seems like it's hit or miss and lack of execution? I have since been back and the dealership has responded, they have replaced my stickers and put me in a uber and got me to work today. Parker new exactly what vehicle I was referring to by color and exactly where on the lot it was. Not pushy at all, treated me like I was there to buy a brand new Escalade! After the test drive I was moved to the Finance dept where I met with Sarah Burger. BY FAR THE WORST car dealership experience I have ever had. After walking around the lot for 40 minutes I finally found a maintenance worker to ask where the showroom was, seeing as they are building another one, and he said he had no idea. I wandered around a little more until I finally found it. Walked up to the front desk to see if I could get a salesperson to assist me. While waiting at the desk I could over hear other employees talking and laughing about how "I didnt look like I could afford any cars they were selling." I brushed it off and continued with the salesperson who finally decided to help me and asked to see the car and was told it was in the maintenance shop. 20 minutes later the car was out of the shop so I proceeded to inspect the vehicle before going on a test drive. I had noticed that the passenger rear tire had a LARGE cut in the side wall about 3 inches long and the drivers rear tire had golf ball size chunks missing from the side wall as well. I told the the vehicle is unsafe to drive to which they said it passed Virginia state inspect without a problem. I said I would not drive the car with those tires on it so I went back inside to talk numbers. I told them I would like to trade my vehicle in so they took my keys and drove my car for a while. When they returned they said they would only give me HALF of the bluebook value and not cent more. Also they would not budge on the price of the vehicle what so ever claiming "they would make no money if they did." While sitting in the salespersons office all of the employees gathered in the middle of the showroom and the man I assume to be in charge proceeded to scream at all the employees about being too nice to customers! All while in the showroom in front of other customers. I decided to leave seeing as we could not come even close to an agreement on a price for the vehicle and how poorly myself and the employees were being treated so I asked for my car keys back. They said they did not know where they were so I had to wait another 10 to 15 minutes while they were hunting down my keys! I left very disappointed and appalled at how they treated their employees and myself not only as a person but also as a service member. This is a terrible way to run a business and I WILL be telling everyone I know to avoid this dealership at all costs. If the dealership would like to get in contact with me I hope they feel free to do so. Maybe it was just a bad day but I am open to a conversation with them to talk things out read more

Scam: Was told that I had to purchase the 3 year extended warranty or the finance rate would be significantly higher. Bought it and tire package for $6,000 and am being told the warranty is no good due to mileage a year and a half later, no mention of mileage in the paperwork which I had to contact the dealership to get because they conveniently did not supply at the time of purchase. I have made numerous attempts to contact Moore Cadillac with promises to call me back and have not gotten any responses after five messages! Buyer beware! read more

Recently was looking at purchasing a used ATS-V. Met the owner, and chatted with him and had a wonderful initial experience. Scheduled a test drive and appraisal of my Roush Mustang. Boy did things turn South as soon as our wonderful saleswoman Beth Choe had to turn to her sales manager Duane. They appraised my car at $8,000 less than their competing Cadillac dealerships, and refused to budge when I pointed out that my car was a Roush Mustang conversion, not a standard "plebian" Mustang GT. Duane told me told me I should "go elsewhere then and sell them your Mustang" Talk about unprofessional. We were ready to walk out at that point and were doing so. They stopped us at the door and asked us if they could take another look at our Mustang. After another look they said "Okay, we'll give you $4000 more for the car, but that offer expires in four hours at the end of the day". Went to their competitor, Lindsay Cadillac and they offered me as stated above, $8000 more than they did with no haggling or negotiations whatsoever. Unfortunately, Lindsay Cadillac doesn't have the exact combination I am after, so they will likely order or try to acquire the right ATS-V for me, so I didn't even bother to get that offer price to move upwards. At this point it seemed like my salesperson at Moore was powerless and everything was up to Duane. I tried to work further with her, and let her know that after speaking and test driving in person with other dealerships that they were nearly $10,000 under what older dealerships were offering without any haggling. It was "Duane says this" "Duane says that, he isn't budging." Such a shame. They have my dream Cadillac sitting in their showroom, and it seems like this Duane guy doesn't want to make a sale, but would rather offer insult me $26,000 for a one year old barely driven $65,000+ Roush Mustang that goes used for exactly what they are asking for the ATS-V I'm looking at. Looking at other reviews here, it seems like I'm not the only person completely turned off by Moore Cadillac by this Duane fellow. Still in the market for that ATS-V, but Moore Cadillac sure lost me on this one. read more

Mid April I had to get my full size suv repaired front end damage. I used Geico service Express here at Moore Cadillac in the back building. First off setting my appointment was simply and the Geico rep was above expectations. When I arrived at the service reception area I was promptly greeted an advised as to what was going to happen. The service here was 5 star for me from beginning to end. I was contacted as needed put in a sweet rental (on location) and had my truck back on time with a very nice wash I might add! A job well done..... Thanks to Moore service dept. for a wonderful experience! Let me add I will be taking both my cars there for service in the future! read more

Mr. Moore, Your dealership is the most mismanaged dealership. There is some much disconnect between guy helping me and his manager. Total failure in customer service, which boils down to bad car sales. I was so close to buying the car but because of mismanagement, I had to walk out. From start to finish my service experience was terrible. I made an appointment online, but followed up with a phone call because I wanted to confirm a loaner car. It took three hours to finally speak to someone, and then got the runaround. When I took the car in no one approached me to help or even explain where to go or who to see. When I found someone who could tell me what to do, I waited longer (15-20 min) for the service advisor to be free. When my car was ready to pick up, I was told I could pick it up right away without a car wash, or it would be 4:00 if I wanted it washed. I told the advisor it would be 4:00 at the earliest before I could get there. When I arrived after 5:00, again I waited for over 30 minutes. Turns out my car hadn't been washed yet. I assumed the 2 and 1/2 hours they had from call to my arrival would be plenty of time. Mind you, only one other car had been picked up during the time I was there, so it didn't appear to be terribly busy. The problem I took my car in to repair was resolved easily. While they were figuring that out, they managed to find over $3000 worth of other repairs. The service advisors aren't particularly friendly. No one seems to have a customer service mindset. The service I received was very poor. I will be taking my car somewhere else in the future. read more

I went into Moore Cadillac today(March 27th) to look at a Cadillac SUV. I have never owned an American car. My neighbor recommended the Cadillac. Good news was that the Cadillac SUV I was looking at was beautiful. Bad news, the saleswoman did not know anything about the car. I kept asking questions and she said "you ask me a lot of questions." Seriously? I was really interested so I asked if I could take a test drive. She said yes, but I would have to give her my drivers license etc. THEN after giving her my info she said that she didn't have any cars for me to test drive. She would not let me drive a 2021 SUV. I asked to drive the 2020 SUV and she said that the car was still considered new. I would basically have to say that I was buying the car. She wanted me to fill out more information. I finally said to her that if you were not going to let me drive the car why did you ask for my information? She said it was policy. She said she would find some keys and meet me on the lot and I could take a look. She never came outside so I went into the showroom to look for the manager. He did not offer to let me drive a car, something about getting it dirty. I emailed the dealership to complain. The saleswoman got on the email and said she had determined that I wasn't serious about buying the car. A "Pretty Woman" moment. I have NEVER been treated with such disrespect. The saleswoman took it upon herself to decide I was not serious. My husband was with me but said nothing since I am buying the car. I told the salesperson that if my husband came up to her with interest in the car she would have treated him differently. Gee, Jaguar and BMW and Alfa Romeo had zero trouble taking me for a test drive. I am looking for a car and have the money to buy it. I feel that I was discriminated against by Moore Cadillac. I wouldn't want anyone else to be treated this way. I cannot recommend this dealership. read more

Oil change appointment lasts more than 1.5 hours every time. Seriously? Just an oil change. Doesn't matter how early I make the appointment, it always lasts more than 1.5 hours. I don't understand why it takes that long to do an oil change. I really don't. And today I had an appointment at 7am, and guess what, they didn't even open until 730am. Why would you make an appointment for the customer if you don't actually open until 730am. Two and half hours later, I'm still waiting, and have no idea when it is going to get done. I know the oil change is free under the warranty for the first three years, but I start to wondering if it's really worth it to get free oil change anymore. Jeffy lube next time. To be fair, the customer service is great when they greet you and send you off on your way, but the ridiculous waiting time just can't make it up. read more

Even worse.... I tried to buy a $97,000 platinum Escalade from them and they just don't care about repeat customers. I'm now driving a beautiful Cadillac that Joe Moore had a chance to sell me. Their customer service is HORRIBLE. So another local dealer got the sale. read more

Make sure when u bring your car into service you do not work with Craig! He calls you to tell you your car is ready and you get there and have to wait for 45 minutes as he cannot communicate with his technications appropriately, this is not the 1st time, I am amazed he can hold his job here!! read more
