I was excited for the food, but while waiting the person at the counter was doing their makeup. We received the food with no utensils, and after waiting several minutes for help... someone asked if we needed anything... we said yes utensils and were told "oh well I just work the kitchen". We had to wait again for help from the person at the front and was given sporks to eat our noodles with.... For our 2 meals it cost about $50 and we had to eat it cold with sporks. read more

I'm a nurse at a near by hospital and my co worker has me addicted to this place. I order as soon as they open and they are so good.

As someone with celiac disease this place is amazing. I find that it can be sometimes hard to convince my friends to go to a place that is safe for me eat and is actually good but my friends never complain about moonbowls. I especially love the Korean fried chicken it feels so good to safely eat gluten free fried chicken again. I've never had a bad experience here if you have celiac disease and struggle eating out this is a place you should try! read more

Tasty food, but we've ordered delivery twice and both times something was wrong. Also feels pricey for what it is, but I'm generally able to split into two meals. The cauliflower "wings" are tasty, and I love a good sweet potato noodle base -- I'm talking sweet potato glass noodles, NOT noodle shaped sweet potato strings, ew. Probably more of a 3.5 star rating, but rounding up. read more

I dunno what other people's issues were, but this place is delicious! Like, really good! Comes in the best packaging I've ever gotten from a to go order as well! I'm going to reuse both the dish ware and the gift bag it came in! Will order again! read more

Place is absolutely phenomenal! If you're vegan, or trying to incorporate more vegan friendly food into your diet like I am, they prove how delicious it can be. The sweet potato lo mein and bamboo rice are my favorite bases and honestly every dish is good that I've had so far. Just as with all vegan friendly food for some reason, it can be a little pricey but they have the best promotions which is why I've had six dishes in the past week (don't judge!) and will continue having more in the upcoming one. Keep it up guys! read more

I'm gonna keep this as simple as possible. I worked out today for the first time in a while, only to want to finish it off with a nice protein bowl. I placed my order at 840, our order was to be completed at 847, I received a call at 859 stating "we're out of rice, our apologies but kale is our only option at the moment. Or would you mind waiting 30 minutes for rice ?" Ofc I didn't bc the finals are on tonight and I just wanted to get home. 930 rolls around and our order still wasn't ready, mind you I'm not even tripping at this point, the employees were kind enough to put the game on in the lobby while I waited. I figured "ok not only did my order come out late, but it's been 30 min, maybe I was fortunate enough to get my rice" You might've guessed it nope I didn't get my rice. Nonetheless, the food was good, solid two stars from me. #sorrynotsorry read more

extremely disappointed. Paid $20 through grubhub for the Sweet chicken kimchen, never had anything this bad. Hate to say this about food.. but this was really disgusting. Not sure what they put in it, couldn't even finish one bite.. food went to waste. Very disappointed. read more

Yeah this place went downhill fast. Smallest portion I've ever seen. Be surprised if there's a cup of rice. Onions have some type of weird funk smell. Forgot the sauces. And just unfulfilling. No longer a meal option for me. read more

Had a great experience! Their website we ordered from was really easy and simple to use! Btw, the food was uh... MAZING gluten free goodness! way up! Worth the 30 minute wait! We got the Avocado Bulgogi Bowl, Sweet Potato Potstickers, Korean BBQ Cauliflower Wings, and the Hot and Spicy Chicken Bowl. ALL SO GOOD! read more

I didn't want leave a bad review, because this is my number one spot to order from, but it just seems like the last few times I've ordered the foods missed additional toppings, or it's not as tasty and smaller portions. :( read more

Ordered on DoorDash and it arrived so quickly. Really enjoyed the impossible beef and the sauces (creamy sesame was the bomb). Great portion as well! I love that they ask you if you want utensils and the to go containers are compostable! read more

The food is okay, but extremely overpriced. The $12 cauliflower wings are a total rip off, for example. (Think of the price of a cauliflower head at the market- the markup is astronomical) Not to mention they are inconsistent and very reserved with their portions. I ordered two of the same bowls and one had significantly less food in it. For $15 a bowl, this should be a lot bigger and not to mention have consistent and equal servings. It is extremely disappointing to get home and find out that there's essentially 1.5 bowls instead of 2. They don't really have much else to offer, like atmosphere or setting, since they are a to-go only restaurant. Food is the only thing going for them and it seems they can't get that right. As far as health conscious bowls, it seems there are a lot of better choices that are a better value in town. (Chilantro, Cava, Koriente, etc.) Even the bowl that was normally served was very disappointing for $15. Perhaps they should spend less money on fancy to go bags and give people a more fair value for their money in food. Besides the skimping out on food, there was also a problem with the food being cold. I had to wait for my food at the pick up location (I was there early) and immediately went back home. Living less than 5 min away I imagined the food would still be hot but the impossible beef was totally cold. I had higher hopes for this place, but considering the portion sizes and poor execution, I rather take my money elsewhere. read more

This place was DE-LI-CIOUS! I wasn't aware of how the ordering & pickup worked but they made it pretty intuitive & easy to sort out. Once I got my food though...oooooo...my mouth is still drooling thinking about it. I ordered the spicy vegan bulgogi dish and I seriously could have drank the marinade the Impossible meat was in. This place was a nice surprise and an even better meal and I will be ordering here again and again and again and again... read more

Update - 7 out of 20 people who ate lunch from here for got severe food poisoning. One person ended up on an IV. I would like to be contacted by the merchant. This turned out to be a dangerous experience and should be removed from food order apps if not rectified. read more

This place is so good! We got the avocado bulgogi bowl with the impossible meat and wow! So much flavor! We've definitely found a new spot with great vegan options can't wait to go back and try the cauliflower bowl! read more

My favorite to order off Uber when I'm looking for amazing quality food at a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Tried the sesame surprise bowl and found it very flavorful and filling, especially for a Gluten Free / Vegan dish! Docking one star because the prices are prohibitively expensive, however there are a few Buy 1 Get 1 free deals that make it more affordable. read more

I am honestly speechless. This meal didn't even leave me with enough energy to write a full review. I got two hot chicken bowls with cauliflower rice, and it was about 40$. A waste of money for sure. Everything was bland and the contrasting flavors did not blend together well. As an Asian American, I find it almost offensive that this was considered Korean. I understand the idea and direction that they were trying to go for, but the flavors were very far off from their target. I must say though, this place has some of the best togo packaging I've seen. read more

Tasty bowls. Pricey, but worth it if you are looking for relatively healthy food delivered.

Food was bland, dry, looked NOTHING like the picture on the website, had no sauce and was made incorrectly. Plus there was a huge piece of avocado skin with the sticker still on it mixed into the bowl. And they forgot part of our order. All and all a sad experience. read more

The food tastes good but the portions are terribly small. Would not order again based on the small portions. Not worth the money.

I was so excited to try this place. As someone with Celiac, the fact that the menu is entirely gluten free was amazing! The first time we ordered, the food was excellent, despite being on the pricier side (the apps especially). Last night, we ordered again (I got the chicken and egg bowl) and were shocked at the difference in quality. Each bowl had maybe two spoonfuls of rice, the chicken was rubbery, and the extra broccoli I ordered (and paid for) was missing. I ended up cooking extra rice (which took ~30 min. on the stove) but there was still so much sauce that it wasn't enjoyable. The bowls weren't even halfway filled when they arrived. I won't be ordering from here again. read more

I love the food when it's right. Their chicken is great and for me the portion size is perfect (although they could include a little more rice and I can see how people would expect more food). Something is off with their process though. Only 1 out of the 6 times we've ordered have they included the extra sauce we paid for, and the sauce I did get was wrong today (but still tasty). We've ordered through their site, DoorDash and UberEats, so it's something on their end. Hopefully they can figure out what's happening and resolve it. read more

I just found my new favorite restaurant! Wow, this is exactly what I look for as someone who is gluten free, and mostly vegan. Delicious decadence without the guilt. Where do I start? The cauliflower was so perfectly cooked and flavorful. I also got the gf fried chicken bowl. It tasted healthy, and was very satisfying at the same time. I hadn't had potstickers in over a decade- what a treat to indulge in sweet potato gf potstickers. Yum! I got the Nutella chia for dessert and it hit the spot. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone who appreciates healthy Korean, vegan, and/or gluten free food. My order came quickly and was perfect. : ) read more

This place is awful. Everything appeared to be cooked in a microwave--limp and barely warm. I've had better frozen microwave meals TBH. I got the sweet chicken kimchi. It was bland. I thought it was impossible to make bland kimchi but this place proved me wrong. The potstickers were freezer burnt and dried out. I spent $56 there on 3 entrees and 1 appetizer. It was all less than mediocre. Huge disappointment. read more

Easy, delicious and healthy options. My fiancé and I both ordered the bowl with egg and chicken and the flavors were very good! The caramelized onions and peppers are so flavorful, along with the pickled cucumbers, yum. Portions are pretty generous, for most people I think a bowl is more like 2 meals. We will definitely be ordering from here again. Looking forward to trying the cauliflower bowl next! read more

Great flavor, presentation and speedy service. I bought the bowl with tofu and sesame and the chicken and egg bowl. The bamboo rice was a pleasant surprise because I had not tried it before. Extremely expensive for what it is. Service is really inconsistent but the customer service is amazing. It can taste amazing or be kinda gross. Portions may be smaller than expected or larger. (By a big margin) And they will often forget like 40 percent of your order. So order at your own risk or call the restaurant. read more

I order from this place all the time and usually love it! I just ordered a sesame bowl and it was practically inedible because the brown rice was extremely undercooked!!! I attempted to eat around it, but crunchy rice ruined each bite. I will rethink ordering from this place next time. read more

Was so happy to find gluten free/ veg options for Korean food. After trying it, this was def not korean flavors in their bulgogi or kimchi.

Don't waste your time. Takes forever to get your food they neither reassure you on what's going on or refund you. Waste of my lunch hour tbh

Was SO excited to get GF potstickers - although substantially different than traditional potstickers they were very tasty and satisfying. We also had the cauliflower buffalo 'wings' and the spicy bulgogi w/ impossible beef... both were very good and generally exceeded expectations. We will be back! Glad to have a dedicated GF kitchen to order Korean food from. read more

Our meal was AMAZING!! I ordered around lunchtime and it was ready in 15 minutes at a pickup locker. My partner and I are both vegan and I'm gluten free and we were blown away by the quality and selection. It's rare to find a spot that caters so seamlessly to us both. The BBQ cauliflower wings were *chef's kiss* as was everything else. We got the avocado bulgogi bowl with impossible burger and the sesame surprise tofu bowl, plus the impossible pot stickers. HOLY SHIT. Thank you for making great food! We'll be back again real soon. So excited to have you in town! read more
