Me: "Yikes, I really need to cut down on my ball-less tea expenditure."
Also me: "LOOK...there's a NEW boba place: 700CC Moomo Tea!"
Hmmm, D cup implants?!
Other than implants, I have no idea what 700CC stands for...does anyone know? LMK please!
Soft opening last week is [700CC] Moomo Tea located next to Noodle Talk inside the Boudin and Big 5 Sporting Goods plaza. I couldn't find any info on this brand (the website is still in template form) so I'm guessing it's locally-owned, not a chain or franchise?
They're open for takeout, indoor dining, and outdoor dining (dog-friendly). Didn't find them on any delivery apps yet.
During the soft opening, all drinks are 12% off.

* Moomo Mango Pomelo Sago ($7.95 pre-discount): https://bit.ly/3tNWvRT
***Caffeine-free
***Requested 25% sweet (they recommend 100% sweet)
Moomo Tea's signature drink for good reason...the mango milk has a bottom layer of sweet, ripen Manila mangoes which is balanced by the tartness of the pomelo pulp. The sago was chewy and soft but still had a bite to it. At 25% sweet, it was a bit too sweet for me but I really enjoyed it (will go for 0% sweet next time). A delicious, refreshing, and healthyish HK dessert in a drink. Highly recommended!
* Strawberry Jasmine Green Tea Slushy ($6.75)
***Requested 50% sweet
Friend really liked it and ordered another one for the road.

* Popcorn Chicken ($8.95): https://bit.ly/3N5fhv8
The popcorn chicken was alright (O2 Valley is my fav). It was crunchy and well-seasoned...you can taste the 5-spice, garlic, ginger, and white pepper with a touch of sweetness. But, the chicken (dark meat) was on the dry side. Also, the picture on the menu shows a generous amount of fried basil. After fishing through the entire box, I found only one basil leaf. Maybe they were running low?

For the soft opening and given the constant flow of customers, they're super efficient. Always happy to receive my order before the quoted time.

Bustling plaza but finding parking wasn't too bad on Sunday afternoon.
Overall, solid new boba shop in Sunnyvale. Though Sunright is my go to in the area, def adding [700CC] Moomo Tea to my rotation. 4.5 stars rounded up for a locally-owned business and the soft opening promo discount. read more
