If there were 6 stars I would give this place this rating. Food delicious, hot pots so fun and cute. Everyone gets their own hot pot so you can spice up the Broth to your liking. Many vegetables; assorted noodles, eggs. The service was excellent!!

The ladies that work here are very friendly and accommodating to all our needs! They run the business smoothly and are quick with their service. It was my first time here and we had a party of 8. 7 of us decided to get the all you can eat hot pot, while our mom got the beef noodles (refills available). The hotpot came with two options for soup: tomatoes or beef bone. You get to choose the spice level and choices of protein. The best part is the venerable bar that they have with endless options. There's a sauce bar and a seafood bar for you to choose from, too. They also have taro sesame balls or gyoza. Of course, that doesn't end with that! They also have self serve ice cream. All of this comes along with the all you can eat part of the menu. Beverages are also included from their fridge. The food was quick and great! Everything was hot and we got to cook it ourselves in their beautiful pots. They kept coming back to check on us and asking if we needed anymore meat! The interior was clean and spacious. Had beautiful decor and a beautiful horse image, too! Can't wait to come back again for some delicious soup!

Food: 5 Service: 4.5 Ambiance: 4 I went to The Mongol House for dinner with a group of girlfriends and was so pleasantly surprised. This place is GOOD, GOOD. It's a hot pot spot, and honestly, I'm usually not the biggest hot pot fan, but it was a cold, rainy night, so hot soup sounded perfect and it absolutely hit the spot. The restaurant is bright and clean. Service was friendly and more on the efficient side rather than overly chatty, which worked well for the pace of the meal. When you arrive, you pick your soup base and spice level, and then choose your proteins which are unlimited. Next, you head to the salad and side bar, which has tons of goodies including veggies, seafood add ins, noodles, tofu, and more. There's also a section with fried snacks like egg rolls and potstickers. My favorite part was the sauce station where you can mix your own dipping sauce. It was fun and made the experience feel even more personalized. The food itself was delicious and very fresh. There were lots of great choices, and everything was simple but extremely tasty. They refilled our soup a few times throughout the night, and we appreciated the attentiveness. We all ate so well, and the flavors were comforting and satisfying. I can't wait to return and would highly recommend The Mongol House for anyone craving hot pot, especially on a chilly day

$32.95 AYCE hot pot. Good service. I think the owner must treat his employees well. So they can happily work there. You order the meat from the menu. Good portion and quality. You can take other ingredients from the buffet counter. Food is fresh. The only thing I don't like is the sesame oil. It doesn't taste or smell like sesame oil. Hot pot is my favorite food. I went to all kind of different hot pot restaurants and I always have sesame oil at home all the time. I know what sesame oil suppose to taste like. Other than that. All good. I will definitely come back.

A hidden Mom & Pop, family run gem in Temecula! We ater dinner here recently (Myself, wife and youngest son). They were getting busy around the time we arrived on 1730 on a Saturday night. Luckily we were able to be seated right away, because soon after we started, there was a growing waiting list to be seated. After our meat selections were ordered by a very personable gentleman, we walked up to a very clean and neatly organized area thyta offered your veggies, sauce station and seafood proteins. While the selection here was not as extensive at some of the other AYCE Hot Pot restaurants we have eaten at, what was offered here was fresh, clean, and appetizing to look at. The same for their sauce station. They have the basics, that if you get creative enough, you can make yourself a really decent tasting dipping sauce. Their chili oil was really hot, which I really liked! The sliced beef that we ordered (several rounds) were sliced thinly which made for fast cooking in your own individual broth pot. The meat that we we all chose was fresh tasty, with more meat than fat and gristle like one can get in some other AYCE Hot Pot places. The servers here all are very friendly, patient with answering any questions posed to them and attentive to refilling our broth pots when needed and checking to see if we were ready for another round of meat. The beverage selection included your mainstream sodas as well as Arizona Teas in several flavors, which for one flat price, is unlimited. Justb help yourself to the cooler adjacent to the complimentary ice cream (which when we went was tubs from Thrifty's). We are very lucky to have a such a reasonably priced AYCE Hot Pot close to us that offers fresh, quality ingredients for making your own hot pot. One note, the hot pots they use require canned sterno type product to heat your individual hot pots, so there is a lingering smell of the burning fire gel in the restaurant. They do try to keep the restaurant ventilated, but if you have respiratory issues or or sensitive to odors, you may want to be cognizant of this. We will definitely be regulars at Mongol House!

I'm so happy that an AYCE hot pot restaurant has finally opened in Temecula. I had been hoping one would open here for a long time, so it truly feels like a wish come true. When I went there, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the dining experience even more enjoyable. The broth and ingredients were all delicious, and I was completely satisfied. I left feeling full and very happy. I'm definitely looking forward to going back again soon!!

Great addition to the Asian food scene in the city! I love the simplicity of this place, just choose your broth and meat then everything's up to you. They have the basic sides and sauces that are truly needed for hot pot. It's a smaller restaurant that provides a nice at home feel. I very much appreciated the staff. This was so much fun!! The seating are is medium sized. The room was well lit and we didn't have to wait to be seated. Absolutely love this place! My boyfriend and I love coming here to get our hotpot fix. The buffet bar is simple and not overbearing but the REAL reason we choose to come here is because of the customer service. Lucy is an absolute rockstar! We went today for dinner and it was beyond delicious. The quality of the meats were fantastic, the serve your self sides for hot pot was good and the area where you can make your own sauce on point. The service was really good as well. We will definitely be coming back. The place has only been open for over a month so it's really clean. It started to get busy around 7 but luckily we went around 5 so we were able to get a table right away. Can't say enough about this place. The food is amazing! Great variety and meats are fresh and delicious! The servers are so nice and on top of it! This is a new little hot pot restaurant in Temecula and much welcomed. The beef noodle soup is tasty. The hot pot bar has a good selection of veg, seafood, Quail eggs, shrimp, scallops, mussels, and more. It is also the first time I have seen satay sauce at a sauce bar. Came here the first week they opened. It is clean and very quiet , they play spa music to set a calm atmosphere. While I did not enjoy it much my boyfriend absolutely loved it and has came back to it. Reason for me not enjoying it too much as the silverware was dirty and the broth was spicy but didn't have much flavor to me. They only offer udon noodles not ramen noodles or rice noodles. Also not a lot of veggies for options to me in my opinion compared to other AYCE hotpot's. Staff is nice and friendly. read more

When we brought it to the staff's attention, they kindly offered to replace the meat, so we requested teriyaki chicken instead. Unfortunately, another serving of bulgogi was brought out instead. By that point, my wife and daughter had already finished eating and gone to the car, so I simply asked for it to be boxed up. After getting home, we decided to throw it away because we didn't feel comfortable taking a chance on meat that tasted off. The side dishes also didn't seem fresh, which matched what I had seen mentioned in other reviews. While I can't say for certain what caused the sour taste, it left us without confidence in the meal. Another thing worth mentioning is that there was no air conditioning on a very hot summer day, which made it uncomfortable to enjoy a steaming bowl of soup. Also, the dishes were served on hot plates, but nothing arrived sizzling or boiling the way you would normally expect at a Korean tofu restaurant. I genuinely want local family-owned restaurants to succeed, which is why writing this review isn't easy. Every restaurant can have an off day, and hopefully that's what happened here. Unfortunately, this visit didn't meet our expectations, and based on our experience, I'd encourage others to use their own judgment when deciding to dine here.

I know the food industry is competitive and businesses have to make money, but having options for solo diners makes such a difference. When I arrived, I received wonderful service right away, and there was no wait, but they were full. The owner or manager recognized me as the person who had called earlier and went out of his way to make me feel welcome since we found out we're from the same area. He even added a little surprise to my order simply out of kindness. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and attentive. In an area with no shortage of restaurants, I want to give this place the credit it deserves, not only for the excellent food, but for the heart behind the business. Today, I'm especially grateful for the kindness and generosity shown to me. You never know what someone may be going through, and a simple act of thoughtfulness can make a bigger impact than you realize. His kindness truly lifted my spirits after a long and difficult day. Where do I even begin? Quiero Brunch has my heart! If I could give them 10 stars, they would have…read moreall 10 and then some! I have now visited twice, and both experiences have been exceptional. The customer service is excellent from beginning to end. The waitresses make you feel like family from the moment you arrive. They are warm, attentive, personable, and genuinely make you feel at home. The restaurant itself has such a fresh, intimate, and welcoming atmosphere. It is also extremely clean, and every detail from the decor to the presentation of the food feels thoughtful and intentional. During my first visit, I ordered the chipotle chilaquiles, and my mom ordered the huevos rancheros. On my second visit, we ordered the birria tacos, asada tacos, and chilaquiles divorciados with both the chipotle and relleno-quiles sauces. Let me tell you, they make chilaquiles exactly how I want chilaquiles to be made...completely drowned in sauce! The chicken added to them was incredibly tender, flavorful, and not fatty at all. The cebolla and avocado details are an excellent touch. The chipotle sauce was delicious, and the relleno-quiles sauce added such a unique chile relleno-inspired flavor. If I had to nitpick one tiny detail, I personally would have loved a few more chile rajas in the relleno-quiles, but that is truly just my preference because the dish was still excellent. The asada tacos were perfection. The meat was juicy, full of flavor, and once again, not fatty. Even the tortillas added another layer of flavor. They tasted exactly like the perfect taco you imagine when you are craving one. The birria tacos were also a 10/10. The balance of cheese and tender meat was perfect, and the consomé completed the entire dish beautifully. Honestly, every plate tasted like a lot of thought and care went into it. And the presentation? Chef's kiss! Every single detail is beautiful. The food looks just as incredible as it tastes. I also tried what I believe was an horchata latte with cinnamon cold foam, and it was one of the best coffees I have had in a long time. Restaurant coffee can sometimes be bland or feel like an afterthought, but this was coffee-shop quality; rich, flavorful, and memorable. The prices are also incredibly reasonable for the quality, portions, presentation, and overall experience they provide. They could easily charge more, but instead, you receive so much value for what you pay, which I truly appreciate. There is normally a wait, so I made reservations for both visits, and everything worked out perfectly. I highly recommend making one because this restaurant is absolutely worth planning for! I live in Ontario, and Quiero Brunch is in Temecula, but if I could make the drive every week, I absolutely would. That is how amazing this place is. They have completely blown my mind and, honestly, blown the competition out of the water. Next time, I am determined to explore more of the menu because everything I have tried has been delicious and memorable. You can truly see, taste, and feel the owners' vision in everything they have created. Their passion comes through in the food, service, atmosphere, and presentation, and as a customer, I received and felt every bit of it. Kudos to the owners and the entire staff. You are creating something incredibly special and definitely deserved this thorough recognition. Quiero Brunch is truly perfection!

From the moment we walk in, we're always greeted with friendly smiles and excellent service. The staff is attentive, welcoming, and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. They regularly check on us, keep our table stocked, and make us feel like valued customers every visit. The food is always fresh and delicious. We usually choose the AYCE hot pot, which offers an impressive variety of meats, seafood, vegetables, noodles, and other ingredients. There is something for everyone, and the quality has remained consistently excellent over the years. We especially appreciate being able to customize our meal exactly the way we like it. This all-you-can-eat hot pot place absolutely blew us away! From the quality of the food to the service, everything was on point. My girlfriend got the spicy broth and I went with the non-spicy version, both were incredibly flavorful and perfect for cooking all the delicious ingredients. The highlight for both of us was definitely the thin-sliced lamb, tender, rich, and cooked to perfection in just seconds. Stop in today for Dinner, Right away the servers were extremely friendly and welcoming. They explained to us how Hot Pot works. They do individual Hot Pots which is very convenient. The meat selection was great too. They also have Full Size Arizona Drinks included with the All You Can Eat Hot Pot.
