Great addition to the Asian food scene in the city! I love the simplicity of this place, just choose your broth and meat then everything's up to you. They have the basic sides and sauces that are truly needed for hot pot. It's a smaller restaurant that provides a nice at home feel. I very much appreciated the staff. Our server was super nice and informative. She checked in frequently and was super sweet! Definitely coming here again.

The ladies that work here are very friendly and accommodating to all our needs! They run the business smoothly and are quick with their service. It was my first time here and we had a party of 8. 7 of us decided to get the all you can eat hot pot, while our mom got the beef noodles (refills available). The hotpot came with two options for soup: tomatoes or beef bone. You get to choose the spice level and choices of protein. The best part is the venerable bar that they have with endless options. There's a sauce bar and a seafood bar for you to choose from, too. They also have taro sesame balls or gyoza. Of course, that doesn't end with that! They also have self serve ice cream. All of this comes along with the all you can eat part of the menu. Beverages are also included from their fridge. The food was quick and great! Everything was hot and we got to cook it ourselves in their beautiful pots. They kept coming back to check on us and asking if we needed anymore meat! The interior was clean and spacious. Had beautiful decor and a beautiful horse image, too! Can't wait to come back again for some delicious soup!

Food: 5 Service: 4.5 Ambiance: 4 I went to The Mongol House for dinner with a group of girlfriends and was so pleasantly surprised. This place is GOOD, GOOD. It's a hot pot spot, and honestly, I'm usually not the biggest hot pot fan, but it was a cold, rainy night, so hot soup sounded perfect and it absolutely hit the spot. The restaurant is bright and clean. Service was friendly and more on the efficient side rather than overly chatty, which worked well for the pace of the meal. When you arrive, you pick your soup base and spice level, and then choose your proteins which are unlimited. Next, you head to the salad and side bar, which has tons of goodies including veggies, seafood add ins, noodles, tofu, and more. There's also a section with fried snacks like egg rolls and potstickers. My favorite part was the sauce station where you can mix your own dipping sauce. It was fun and made the experience feel even more personalized. The food itself was delicious and very fresh. There were lots of great choices, and everything was simple but extremely tasty. They refilled our soup a few times throughout the night, and we appreciated the attentiveness. We all ate so well, and the flavors were comforting and satisfying. I can't wait to return and would highly recommend The Mongol House for anyone craving hot pot, especially on a chilly day

A hidden Mom & Pop, family run gem in Temecula! We ater dinner here recently (Myself, wife and youngest son). They were getting busy around the time we arrived on 1730 on a Saturday night. Luckily we were able to be seated right away, because soon after we started, there was a growing waiting list to be seated. After our meat selections were ordered by a very personable gentleman, we walked up to a very clean and neatly organized area thyta offered your veggies, sauce station and seafood proteins. While the selection here was not as extensive at some of the other AYCE Hot Pot restaurants we have eaten at, what was offered here was fresh, clean, and appetizing to look at. The same for their sauce station. They have the basics, that if you get creative enough, you can make yourself a really decent tasting dipping sauce. Their chili oil was really hot, which I really liked! The sliced beef that we ordered (several rounds) were sliced thinly which made for fast cooking in your own individual broth pot. The meat that we we all chose was fresh tasty, with more meat than fat and gristle like one can get in some other AYCE Hot Pot places. The servers here all are very friendly, patient with answering any questions posed to them and attentive to refilling our broth pots when needed and checking to see if we were ready for another round of meat. The beverage selection included your mainstream sodas as well as Arizona Teas in several flavors, which for one flat price, is unlimited. Justb help yourself to the cooler adjacent to the complimentary ice cream (which when we went was tubs from Thrifty's). We are very lucky to have a such a reasonably priced AYCE Hot Pot close to us that offers fresh, quality ingredients for making your own hot pot. One note, the hot pots they use require canned sterno type product to heat your individual hot pots, so there is a lingering smell of the burning fire gel in the restaurant. They do try to keep the restaurant ventilated, but if you have respiratory issues or or sensitive to odors, you may want to be cognizant of this. We will definitely be regulars at Mongol House!

I'm so happy that an AYCE hot pot restaurant has finally opened in Temecula. I had been hoping one would open here for a long time, so it truly feels like a wish come true. When I went there, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the dining experience even more enjoyable. The broth and ingredients were all delicious, and I was completely satisfied. I left feeling full and very happy. I'm definitely looking forward to going back again soon!!

This was so much fun!! The seating are is medium sized. The room was well lit and we didn't have to wait to be seated. The server made up dipping sauces for us and had lots of suggestions on what to try and how to try it. The food was great. All you can eat including drinks and dessert. We will definitely be back.

We have been wanting to try hotpot for months but never found anywhere near home. Mongol House came up on my FYP on TikTok so here we are, and it did not disappoint! Staff was VERY friendly and explained how to prepare our hot pots. We did the all you can eat and it truly is an all you can eat. They were very attentive refilling our pots with broth and offer to bring out more meat. The broth was very good, a good variety of vegetables, fish balls, noodles and everything in between! We will definitely be back!!

This is a very authentic Mongolian hot pot restaurant. The $32.95 all-you-can-eat dinner is a great value. They have a well-stocked vegetable bar and sauce bar, where you can make your own sauce, and enjoy unlimited veggies and other sides. You can order a variety of meats, including pork, beef, and lamb, and everything was fresh and flavorful. The service was excellent -- we had a party of 7 people, and everyone was very satisfied with the service we received. The staff was attentive and friendly, and the overall dining experience was great. Highly recommended for group dining or anyone who enjoys traditional hot pot. We will definitely come back!

We have never had Hot Pot so we decided to give Mongol House a try. We had no idea how the hot pot process worked as it was our first time, but the gentleman explained everything very well and was super helpful. It's all you can eat which included the meal, drinks and ice cream unlimited. So many side options to cook in the broth and the meat was great quality. It was a perfect meal and perfect for a rainy day. All of the servers were on point and they were on top of our water/broth refills and were always checking on. Delicious!!! We got the beef noodle soup and the Rou Burger. Both were amazing. I would dare say we are regulars now. This place is FANTASTIC! It's AYCE and the meat is refilled so fast, they are not stingy on anything here at all. We stick with brisket and Angus beef and it is so good. Serve yourself for what you want to cook in your individual hot pot (so cool): noodles, veggies, seafood. Make your own sauce concoction: I do chili, splash of vinegar, soy sauce, little bit of sesame, green onions, garlic, a little bit of sugar. Unlimited drinks, love that they have sodas and Arizona iced teas, and thrifty ice cream! The service is very nice and again, they keep you fed. They also have signs now for the food and ice cream. Restaurant was smaller than I expected but it gave a more welcoming and local vibe! This was my second experience with hot pot ever and the food was very delicious and tasted so fresh even though you grab it frozen from the buffet, which was great. The service was pretty minimal because you're creating your entree yourself at the table but all the staff was very pleasant and I'm looking forward to going back. Absolutely love this place! My boyfriend and I love coming here to get our hotpot fix. The buffet bar is simple and not overbearing but the REAL reason we choose to come here is because of the customer service. Lucy is an absolute rockstar! Came here today with my sister and nephew. This place is very good, ingredients are super fresh. Their shrimp were so good. The staff were incredibly nice and attentive. Excellent!! The employees were helpful and gave instructions on what to do. Answered questions and had suggestions for menu items for my son, who doesn't eat soup. You choose the ingredients to put in your hotpot. Husband had beef base medium heat, I had tomato base medium heat. Both delicious. Flavor is in your dipping sauce. They have instructions to make 2 delicious ones, but you create what you want. The Experience was delightful! Will be back for more Hotpot! read more

So we came to get a rental car yesterday and noticed this place. My husband says babe lets try this place! We love to try new places and huge foodies! Here we are today! We walked in and they have a few booths and tables that can seat a big party. They have a TV with no sound and no music so it was quiet. I would like some type of music but no big deal. Wallking in we were greeted by an awesome server by the name of David. He sat us down and we asked him to please explain how it works, since it was our first time here. He explained to us to pick a broth Spicy or Reg. He said then you pick the meat chicken, lamb, pork, angus beef and brisket. Its ALL you can eat! He also said help yourself to can drinks there is no limit. They also have icecream. Now my mother inlaw didnt feel like having the hot pot soup. She ordered beef noodle soup with all you can eat noodles. Once we ordered we got up and got the items to add into your soup. There was fish, spam, shrimp, scallops, clams, quail eggs, tofu, different noodles, veggies and sauces. As we waited David brought us water and brought our individual hot pots! I loved that because you can make the soup your own way, that was a HUGE PLUS! The best part for me was that soup remained boiling hot the whole time! David explained to us that as soon as we see it steaming through the little hole in the hot pot to uncover it so the lid dont get too hot or boils over. We were very appreciative that he explained that to us because we would have kept it on the whole time. Then when he brought out the meat he explained to us to cook the chicken and pork a little longer. So we started by putting the noodles and all the sides in the hot pot then the meat!. I was super excited to try it! Now the taste of the soup was so delicious ever so flavorful! Everything was so delicious we were not disappointed whatsoever! David kept feeding up our broth! It was awesome! We finally had to tell him we are done and he asks are you sure you dont want a little more. Loved it! He is an amazing waiter and hope he stays there. I originally thought it was a family ran business and he said he is just an employee and the owner was in the kitchen. I saw him briefly and was really nice. I was taking pictures and told him it was for a good yelp review and he kept saying thank you! We will definitely be regulars at this place especially during the winter. They have been open since March and I wish them nothing but luck! You will not be disappointed I promise you! read more

Came here for my sisters birthday and it was their first having hot pot and they say it is Absolutely delicious, staff is so kind and attentive. Very delicious food and would definitely coming back . My only recommendation would be to add some type of rice cake or more variety of selection for vegetables . The butane smell is very strong so if there is a big overhead fan I bet the smell wouldn't bother me as much but the food is delicious! read more

Sooooo good!!! 2nd time here and I keep on getting impressed. First time, I ordered their lamb burger and it left me speechless. This is going to be my number 1 go to meal. As to be the best hands down AYCE hotpot place in Temecula comparable to the ones in Orange County! The service was great Lucy and Ying were attentive in every request of meats and provided high energy when it comes to customer service! We had such a great time at Mongol House in Temecula! The ambiance was open and inviting, loved the decor, and the individual hot pots were such a unique touch. It made the experience fun and interactive, even for our young kids (ages 5 and 7), with close supervision of course (the pots can get VERY hot). The sauce bar and side dishes were self-serve, which we really enjoyed since we could grab what we wanted, when we wanted. The cuts of meat were fresh and delicious, and the servers brought everything out quickly. Drinks like Arizona teas, Sprite, and Coke were included with the AYCE price, which was a nice bonus. We went on a Sunday evening and it wasn't busy, so the whole experience felt relaxed and enjoyable. This all-you-can-eat hot pot place absolutely blew us away! From the quality of the food to the service, everything was on point. My girlfriend got the spicy broth and I went with the non-spicy version, both were incredibly flavorful and perfect for cooking all the delicious ingredients. The highlight for both of us was definitely the thin-sliced lamb, tender, rich, and cooked to perfection in just seconds. My girlfriend especially loved the seafood selection , super fresh and plentiful. A huge shoutout to our server Ying, who made our experience even better with her amazing service. Stop in today for Dinner, Right away the servers were extremely friendly and welcoming. They explained to us how Hot Pot works. They do individual Hot Pots which is very convenient. The meat selection was great too. They also have Full Size Arizona Drinks included with the All You Can Eat Hot Pot. They even have Thrifty Ice Cream for dessert that's also included in the AYCE Hot Pot. I would definitely be coming back! read more
