Absolutely delicious! Came in for a late lunch Father's Day. I didn't realize for the hotpot you could request all of the meat options, it was great to try a bit of everything: 2 beefs, 1 lamb, 1 pork belly and 1 chicken. The AYCE hot pot also comes with a drink and ice cream for dessert so it is ABSOLUTELY a great value. We also got a beef Mongolian burger "Rou-jia-mo" which is actually an amazingly flavorful steak strips in a layered dough disk that's been baked, the whole thing comes with sliced fresh jalapeno and a side salad. We also order a beef noodles which again was so delicious! Our server recommended a bit of chili oil and black vinegar which really did brighten the whole dish. The huge chunks of beef were hit or miss, with some very tendony pieces, and some very tender pieces, but there was so much of it that you didn't feel let down. All of us left in a good coma, then quickly made our way around the Best Wei market next door and I will definitely be back to do some ramen shopping here! They have such a wide variety of vegetables, included lotus root and taro! The freezers are full of everything from thin sliced meats for hotpot, to whole frozen ducks and beef shanks. It's a very sparse, modern-like atmosphere. It clearly used to be a grocery store, the aisle markers are still hanging from the ceiling. While technically limited in seating there are a variety of seating options from a big round table in the front corner to booths and rectangular tables. It's very clean though and the staff are amazing, so hard working and checking in on you regularly. Great place for hot pot in the Temecula area! They have limited options for meat but they're all very good quality meats. Meats include brisket, angus, pork belly, lamb, and chicken. They have a salad bar full of Asian vegetables and sides. They have a self serve drinks fridge where they give you cans and have a variety of Arizona tea flavors complimentary of the AYCE menu. They also provide a self service ice cream bar as well! Only complaint is I wish the lights weren't bright white but it didn't take away from the food experience. Came here on a Sunday around 3:30 pm. There were a few other groups here, but plenty of space still. Parking was easy in the shared lot. The employees here are so kind and attentive! We got one bone broth and one tomato base. Even the medium spice level was very manageable, and I don't have a super high spice tolerance. The meats are the only thing you order for their $33 ACYE special. We loved the lamb, angus, brisket, and pork belly. We each made our own sauce and got a full side plate of other seafood, veggies, noodles, etc. I was really impressed to see that they have scallops, mussels, a million types of seafood balls, fish fillet, shrimp, several mushroom and noodle options, lotus root, pumpkin, bean curd, tripe, etc. Everything was super fresh. I just recently got back from a work trip in Taiwan and was looking to fill my beef noodle soup craving. Unbeknownst to me beef noodle soup is just as popular dish in Mongolia I came here based on reviews and I'd say they're all accurate. This place is incredible. Really friendly staff I believe they were the owners and the food lives up to the hype. I'm excited to go back and try the hot pot next. From the second we walked in, we received friendly service! The food was incredible and the amount of food that you get for the value is unbelievable. I wasn't too hungry so I got the beef noodle soup. The menu says that you can even get free refills on the beef noodle soup - crazy! My husband got the all you can eat hot pot option and it was quite the experience. We have done hot pot before but he liked how he got his own personal hot pot and there's a self service station for all the items you put in your soup. There were only two broth options to choose from, and the meat selection was limited, with everything sliced extremely thin. The best customer's service! So happy to see Temecula opening up more hot pots. We tried the beef sandwich for lunch, a roti sandwich with tender beef. Comes with a side salad. We enjoyed it so we came back the same day for dinner to try the AYCE hot pot buffet. The owner said they slice the meat as you order. You get your own beautiful simmering hot pot. Wish i took a picture of it, but I was starving that day and was in a rush. You choose regular or spicy broth. I chose the spicy. The broth was a little bland, and not that spicy. But I got a few sauces from the buffet and flavored it to my liking. Plus the main flavor comes from the dip that you make to dip everything in. I like to mix some tahini or sesame paste with a little soy, a splash of vinegar, and some chili oil. I also add some garlic and aromatics in there. The buffet isn't as big as other hot pot ayce buffets I've been to in San Diego, but it has a lot of good stuff in there. Love the complimentary cans of drinks. Comes with ice creams too for dessert. We first asked if we could just sample all the meat so we can choose which we liked best. She gave us 4 slices of all except the chicken, looked like they gave us a whole serving. My husband was joking that they were trying to fill us up on the cheaper meats. We ended up liking the beef and lamb the best so it was difficult to finish the chicken and pork and have space. She kept coming with plates of meat so we really got extremely full. They're not stingy with the meats unlike other establishments where they disappear after you order a few. This place was okay. Let me say I live in Irvine so we have a lot and I mean a lot of really good hot pot restaurants. Service was decent they would check in on us every once in a while. Store isn't too big maybe 40 people capacity. Meats were sliced way thinner than I'm used to but I kinda like it that way since it cooked real fast. The vibes in the restaurant was bare minimum to be considered a restaurant. Based on the other reviews I've seen for this place it might be a 4 or 5 star for this area but once you have amazing hot pot this place is a legit 2 star. read more
