I have never seen as well with contact lenses as I have with her CL prescription and she was very accommodating with my preference for a prescription for inexpensive daily wear 30-day lenses vs more costly daily disposable ones. I really appreciated that. I also love the office's interior design with LEGO models that I'm sure her pediatric patients love and the nice design scientific optical medicine mathematical formula wallpaper. I didn't order eyeglasses from SSS so I am not sure how that service works, but she definitely had a great selection of frames. Overall, SSS has been my favorite optometrist in San Francisco and I will definitely return for an updated prescription. SSS definitely gets a well-deserved 5-stars from me!

The instant joy and peace I felt was almost spiritual. Like, is this what I'd been missing as an adult? Emmanuel is patient, thoughtful, and has an almost unsettling ability to read what works for you better than you can yourself. He steered me past my usual boring picks and into frames I actually loved. I left feeling like a new person. Dramatic? Maybe. But good glasses will do that. Fast forward to today -- imagine my devastation seeing his business listed as closed on Yelp. I wasn't ready to grieve. So in a moment of denial, I called the number anyway... Emmanuel answered. Of course he did. Turns out he's between locations, and so he offered to meet me at the Peet's coffee shop in the Lakeshore Shopping Center -- and showed up with a variety of frames already tailored to my facial features (sent him a selfie in advance to refresh his memory). We spent 30 minutes picking out two pairs of glasses from the trunk of his car while I took selfies to audition each frame (was able to forward the selfies to my wife for some quick validation and to ensure Emmanuel hadn't lost his touch). Honestly? The most fun I've ever had spending money. I think there's some unique potential in setting up a mobile glasses dealing operation and I hope others are able to benefit from his unmatched kindness and his superb ability to offer tailored selections based on quality, style, and cost.

I was able to do the new patient paperwork beforehand and the online system was clear and easy to use. The office was clean and upscale in appearance. Dr. Dagron was lovely. Efficient, kind and a great guide when deciding what to get. My old optometrist was always trying to upsell me on services but I felt like Dr. Dagron just wanted to get me what I needed (glasses and contacts) and best leverage my insurance rates. We were able to find a nice pair here (costly but that was ok), and got an updated eye test/prescription. Unfortunately, after a couple of days they were causing headaches and eye pain. He decided to continue to wear them since they were knee and maybe needed to get used to it. Still nothing. Called the store, and got seen. The primary doctor there made some adjustments, and took them back. Same thing, they resulted in pain/headaches. The dr felt careless and not very understanding, let alone interested in getting this right. Not returning given the lack of care and professionalism around this. She was so casual and really made me feel comfortable. Dr. Singh was very nice and made me feel at ease and she did the in depth assessment of my eyes. The staff Queen and Kay were pleasant to the customers. Again the office was clean and the furniture looked classy. While waiting I was shown different frames with nose pad extension. I have a low nose bridge and I wanted to change my current frame. I am glad they have selections from the signature brands. Queen shown me the Dior frame and I was impressed especially the nose pad extension. Today I picked up my new Dior glasses with new prescription. I am glad the office is not far from home if ever I need adjustment or what now. I will keep my optometrists.

They're respectful and most importantly, they just do right by their patients. Last year, one son caught pink eye, the other son had stye eye that turned into an infection. The frames tend to be on the pricier side, but I found two pairs that uniquely match my style. The eye exam required no dilation because they have a machine that scans your eyes.
