I wish I could wear my cool new glasses, but....Due to my own fault apparently, I picked frames that don't fit. They seemed to fit when I tried them after my exam, but when I got them with lenses, they're too big. Can't wear them. So now I put them where I can see them to remind me not to buy frames from the optometrist. I have no recourse as they won't exchange them, but I know there are places that will. Dr. Lee is the most thorough and conscientious optometrist I have ever seen, and I have seen tens of optometrist. A while ago I took a family member to see her and was very impressed by how patient, kind, and careful she was in her exam, diagnosis, and treatment plan. I recently needed an eye exam myself after I ended up with glasses that did not feel right, and Dr. Lee again spend all the time necessary to carefully test my vision in several different ways and triangulate the best prescription (in addition to also doing carefully all the eye health checks). We took our 8 yo son here for an eye exam. He had already seen an optometrist at Rising Star Optometry (also a great place but does not take insurance), and we figured we could get another exam covered by insurance to compare the evaluation results before we decided on which treatment approach to take for our son. Dr. Lee is second to none. She offers excellent service and sees you promptly at your appointment time; far better than the long wait times in other poorly scheduled offices. She is one of the most thorough, knowledgeable and kindest doctors I'm lucky to know. I've been seeing her for years and is still my favorite optometrist over any other. She offers care for all of your optometry needs and because of her previous hospital affiliations before going private, she even consults for difficult cases other optometrists have difficulty resolving. I'm posting under a pseudonym but wanted to write a quick positive review. Came in during Covid, they do all the covid screening questions and ask you to sanitize. Makes me feel safe that they are taking precautions. I only came in for my pupillary distance measurement so cost was absolutely free. The gentleman who measured my PD was very friendly and answered all my questions. He double checked to ensure the number was correct and gave me number for distant and up close. Highly recommend. Dr. Lee told me I needed schedule another eye exam in order to change the brand of my contact lenses back to the ones I normally was wearing before seeing her even though my prescription is current. Finding doctors is hard and rather than put myself through that process, I coasted along with the status quo rather than find a new one. She spent a lot of time with me, making me feel very comfortable about what I was facing as I get older, and setting a baseline for how she would monitor the changes of aging eyes. I don't recommend this establishment. They steal my money. It took a month before my glasses was ready the associate that assisted me is incompetence, she billed the credit card several times because she can't make the right order for my glasses, that the credit card I provided billed was marked suspicious. Now they won't give me my contact lenses that I paid for. I work night shift and go to school at day time. They take my time so much just to follow up that I gave up and told them they can have my money. Greedy people! Worst service I had. read more

I have been wearing my glasses for a long long time and I have had my enough share of so so or even bad optomistrists. This is my first visit with Dr. Lee. She was warm, friendly and attentive. She was meticulously checking my eyes and spending time with me. She also patiently explained some of the issues what we had to face as we aged! Her store stocks different brands of glass frames and I have no problem finding one I like. When its time to get my frame fitted to my face, it only took her once and I am all set to go.
