I walked in with my glasses practically falling apart--the ear piece was dangling--and Ryan was amazingly courteous and fixed them on the spot, completely free of charge. These guys are fantastic! The two Ryans (Ryan P and Ryan S) helped me out so quickly and with such a great attitude. I brought in a pair of sunglasses (that I didn't even buy from them) that I had stepped on and bent totally out of shape. They took the glasses into the back room, fixed them right up, and did some final adjustments to make sure they sat on my face good and proper. And then they even did a clean of my glasses through their fancy shmancy glasses car wash machine. I asked them how much I owe them, but they insisted that it was no charge. Kinda old school hospitality here. It was a pleasure. (I also chatted with them about an old pair of fancy glasses that I have laying around that I want to get new sunglass lenses for. I purchased glasses from Veo Optics several years ago. In the past two months I went back to reset my glasses after years of bending and as reset when I dropped a backpack on them. I was nervous the first time because I had no back up glasses and going to a reunion. Ryan was great getting them back in shape, and I had no idea how much the eyeglass handles had moved. The glasses fit great. He was efficient, personable, and took time to educate me on my glasses The second time, Johan fixed my bent up glasses. My appointment at Veo Optics in the Valencia store was hands down the best experience picking out glasses I have ever had. I had an appointment with Ryan P. and he was so welcoming and supportive! The appointment started off with him asking about my goals and what I'm looking for. We then went around the beautifully laid out store, with him picking out some frames that he thought would look good on me, and me picking out some frames that I wanted to try. We narrowed it down to two frames and I was able to walk around the store and try them out in different lighting. I ended up being narrowing it down to two frames, a Masunaga which I chose and a Lindberg he chose. I ultimately chose the translucent pink/red colored Lindberg that he suggested and I couldn't be more thrilled! I'm so excited for the lens to be manufactured so I can pick it up!!! We've been coming to this location of Veo Optics for years and even though we've moved much farther away, we happily make the drive. The service is spectacular, the selection of frames is vast and stylish and it's just an all-around pleasant experience. I'm picky about frames and they always listen to me and we end of finding something wonderful. If I ask them for their opinion, they give it to me which has helped me make better decisions than if I were left to my own devices. This time around Ryan did a great job finding my wife perfect frames and guided her through the pros and cons of progressive lenses and Rana traded emails with me to find the perfect frames for me. Purchased a pair of Chrome Hearts glasses from here as they are one of the only places to get them in the Bay Area. Waited 8 months and they finally came in and the cleaning cloth was "missing". Instead they gave me $1 temu looking rag and told me that it was better. It was clear the guy had stolen it. They wouldn't refund the glasses as they were custom ordered but I was annoyed they would just steal part of my order. Won't be shopping here again. read more

Even though the scratches on my lenses were honestly my fault (I didn't take the best care of them), Veo Optics still honored a full lens replacement at no cost. I cannot rave about this store and its team enough! I have a few pairs of Kawasakis purchased from this store and these glasses are very fragile. on many occasions I've accidentally stepped on them causing them to be completely unwearable. I had given up hope on a couple of pairs but thought maybe just see what Veo Optics can do. I was met by Johan and he told me that he could fix them within an hour. I was skeptical due to how delicate these glasses were manufactured. But within an hour he told me that my glasses were ready to be picked up. They fit perfectly as if nothing happened to them! Then the other pair required more work to be fixed. The team said they'll need to solder a part and will require more time. I had left for New York and am unable to pick them up. Veo Optics is very, very high quality. Not only do they have a long history, but they have an on-site lab and the willingness to attract talented employees. In a world where most stores are just shipping out frames (I mean, I like Warby Parker but that's what they do and Lenscrafters now does), to have people you can talk to who are really familiar in how lenses are made and what adjustments can be done... well, that is very hard to find. Also notable is that the store is very cool, but in an authentic way. It's clear that employees like Ryan P. tend to really care. Although I didn't purchase my frame from their store, he still gave me the same quality and care as if I did. He explained the different anti-reflective options that came with Zeiss lenses and reassured me that they'll take care of my frames throughout the entire process! The arm of my prescription reading/computer specs fell off and reattaching it required soldering, a service my optometrist did not provide and instead recommended I replace the frames. Then I lost the arm itself. I dropped into Veo, where the helpful and charming Ryan P. came to the rescue and suggested he may be able to replace both arms from donated frames. On his day off, he followed up with his team, and sure enough, later I received a call with the good news that a matching pair (from a Japanese designer brand!) fitted my frames and were ready for pick up. After a minor adjustment, they fitted better than the original frames. Bottom line: all of the above exceptional and professional customer service was provided free of charge!
