I was surprised that they didn't have a non-vegetarian shoyu ramen option, but the black tonkotsu ramen satisfied my cravings. My friend had the stir fried ramen and she enjoyed that. These momos revived me. I've been in such a soupy mood - understandably with this weather as of late. Hope yall are keeping warm. My friend had the laksa and wasn't impressed. Lacked the body of broth you would expect. He actually took some of my momo jhol and added it to the laksa and liked it so much more. We have been ordering for delivery a bit more than usual at the start of 2026 and came across this gem of a ramen spot! I'm looking forward to eating at the restaurant soon, but in terms of delivery they are doing it right! We tried a miso, a Tonkatsu and a spicy Dan Dan soup. I will say that I wanted to test the spice level so went with medium and could have gone much harder. The medium wasn't spicy at all for me (maybe I have a high tolerance). The flavor was amazing, the ingredients filled the bowl and were fresh, and they kept everything separate so we didn't end up with soggy noodles. My son (he's 6) is obsessed, so we will be visiting the brick and mortar soon. Can't wait to try their soup dumplings. read more

This is a pretty cool place to visit in Brooklyn. I love the mom and pop feel. It made you feel like you were going to a locally owned spot. I got the Momo Ramen which honestly was okay, but it lacked the rich flavor that I've experienced at other places similar to this. My party also got the beef momos. I was hoping for a little more from these little dumplings, but it was still a cool experience to try. I think this experience was a little off for me, but I would definitely consider trying some other choices if I ever went back. On a cold winter day, this is supposed to be the cuisine you crave, it is supposed to warm you up with flavors as exotic as the Nepalese region itself, that will have you tastebuds soaring higher than both Mount Everest and Himalayas put together. Unfortunately, the food here takes a few tumbles down the mountain. While the portions are generous and prices are not bad for Downtown Brooklyn standards, it lacks in a flavor and customer service, both of which are bland. My first warning was getting a Thai Iced Tea that tasted watered down and diluted. This would not have helped me at all if I ordered something of any spice. I regret ordering this. Once you see the food you think you are in for a treat, but an avalanche of regret follows. The Tonkotsu ramen has overcooked and soft noodle, making it hard to enjoy, and the meat is dry, though three pieces is a solid amount. The one egg feels like a tea egg and offers nothing. I liked the broth, but it is brought down fast by a lack of any strong textures. It felt too watered down by the end once the soft noodles and meat are gone. In an effort to save the review, I got two other items, a Dan Dan Noodle and some beef Nepalese dumplings known as Momo. The Dan Dan Noodle is rich in peanut butter flavor and the pork is very bland. There is not much spice to it even though hot oil is offered. The Momo are only true things I liked, as they are flavorful and generous to a fault. Unfortunately it was like the rescue team coming too late to find no survivors in this avalanche of cascading flavors. There was simply nothing left. Down the street from this restaurant is another Asian restaurant called 5ive Spice, a fusion of Vietnamese and Thai. I have eaten there, wrote a review about it, and without getting into too much detail, I endorse them. Sadly the same cannot be said for Momo Ramen, for this will have you tumbling down the mountain to its base, looking for answers on how to start scaling the mountain again. read more

The service here is stellar!!!! One guy is literally running around taking care of the customers outside, inside and delivery WITH A SMILE ON HIS FACE. There was a snooty customer who came in just being obnoxious and not once did he lose his patience. I dined indoors just watching this man accommodate everyone without a word. Really great service. Food was great. I love momos and will happily eat it every day. I don't think I've ever seen 8 momos for a single order. I was overwhelmed. But delicious!! This is another ramen spot that my sister-in-law recommended. She used to come here all the time when she lived in Brooklyn. She really likes the "momo", which are the Tibetan dumplings. They look like Shanghai Soup Dumplings, only slight larger, and no soup, just a hunk of beef. My husband and I came here with my sister and brother-in-law. My brother-in-law doesn't eat ethnic foods because they mess with his stomach. He got the scallion pancakes, and then said they tasted like metal. We tried it and we didn't taste metal, so like I said: he doesn't eat ethnic food. My sister-in-law got the Then Thuk, which is a spicy noodle dish. I got the Tonkotsu ramen and added the momos to it. My husband got the tonkotsu ramen as well. The momos were really good. The ramen itself was pretty filling; I only ate half of mine. The ramen noodles aren't exactly ramen noodles, but given that it's more of a Nepalese/Tibetan style place, I am not surprised. Both ramen dishes were good; the noodles were well cooked and the broth wasn't too salty, like can happen at some places. The scallion pancakes were solid as well. They make them thinner than you'll usually find at chinese/taiwanese restaurants. However, I was really disappointed with the momo dumplings. I found them dry, so I even added a few to my leftover ramen broth. The worst part is that as I was eating one dumpling, I found a piece of plastic inside! So Hubby, My favorite Emely and I went looking for ramen on a cool Breezy day in September. We were sat, offered drinks, me and em shared Edamame, hubby watched us eat them in disgust we all shared Karage which were seasoned and fried pretty good and Gyoza was also Dece. Then the Main course came Flying from the back. I mean we were sat and eating Ramen and Apps in less than 20. It was quick and I LIVED for it. My ramen came with dumplings and Naruto and the broth was smooth and rich. The noodles were WAVY just the way I like and cooked to almost perfection. I couldn't even get end ramen cuz she was chewing down and my hubby? Pls, he threw his ramen to the back of his gullet like a freakin pelican all in all I'd give this place an 8.5 only because while the apps were dece they came to the table a bit cold which was kinda odd seeing as the back was a couple steps from the table. Came in at 5pm on a Friday so was relatively empty and we got seated pretty fast but it did get filled up closer to 7 so reservations might be needed. For a place that's called Momo Ramen, you'd think they'd have some decent momos but the filling was plain, solid piece of puréed chicken, no veggies or anything else mixed in and to add insult to injury, didn't come with any sauce for dipping. I came here yesterday with my boyfriend after being on a hunt for ramen on a rainy day. Luckily we called ahead of time and they weren't packed like the other ramen spots in the area. We got here around 4ish and were seated immediately. We order pork and crab soup dumplings. It was so good. Afterwards we got tonkatsu (mine was without bean sprouts) and spicy tonkatsu.
