The creamy green sauce on the side helped balance it out. - Crying Tiger -- Another skip for me. The steak was dry, tough and chewy, and the meat itself was pretty bland. The sauce had plenty of flavor, but again, it was way too salty. - Pork Jowl -- Probably my favorite dish of the meal. It was perfectly grilled, tender and flavorful. I'd skip the sauce though since the pork was already delicious on its own. - Crab Curry -- Unfortunately, another very salty dish. I honestly don't know how it got this salty. I was expecting more of the spicy or slightly sweet flavors you normally get from a Thai curry, but the salt completely took over. Very disappointing!!! - Thai Iced Tea -- This was actually really good. Creamy, rich and not overly sweet. The menu changes seasonally, so unfortunately, some of the dishes I had seen online were no longer available when I went. I was really looking forward to trying Tong, especially since it's so close by, but overall the meal just didn't do it for me. I probably wouldn't come back or recommend it based on this experience.
