I still scratch my head as to if you own a phone and have the capability to order online, why you wouldn't take the more efficient route instead of ordering in person and then having to wait 30+ minutes for your order... Molly T has been my new favorite drink/treat to get when I'm in Chinatown. My absolute favorite is the mango slush drink. It is so yummy and fruity and creamy with the perfect texture of the chewy. Tapioca and mango bites on the bottom. The line can get pretty long and the service can be quite slow even after you place your order or you still have to wait around for them to make it and it can take up to 20 minutes so unless you have some time to spare, even if the line looks short you still have to wait a significant amount of time after placing your order . The staff were super friendly, well-trained, and really attentive. They made sure everything was exactly how I wanted, which I really appreciate. I remember when Molly Tea was all the rage (and still is!) where you would see lines out the door. People were waiting upwards to an hour for their fix. Thankfully I was able to grab it on a rainy day when the hype was slowly dying down. The Molly Tea in Chinatown is a takeout window with a shelf of merch on the side. A little disorganized but the staff at least try to navigate the chaos. If you're in a hurry, the best thing to do is order ahead for pick up so you can get in and get out. The tea itself is pretty good, very fragrant, but I wouldn't say it's worth an hour wait. I only waited 20 minutes for my order and that's the longest I would wait. I ordered the premium jasmine milk tea which is what they're known for. My mistake for getting the tea at 25% because they actually mean what they say. Their drinks are not sweet. If you're used to ordering 25% at other bubble tea chains, 50% might be the move. Their default sweetness is 75%. I also tried my friend's white champoco oolong milk tea (which I enjoyed more than my own tea) and would definitely come back for that.
