It was not like we expected to get the happy hour prices, we were just commenting. Then, unfortunately, we overheard him talking to two men at the bar, saying "I waited until 3PM to ring up your beers because I wanted to give you happy hour price." Yikes! Why not us? (Only us and these two gents inside at the time. There was a handful of people at outside tables.) The highlight of our night for me was drinking beer out of a plastic cup. For the second round we asked for glassware, but were told we had to buy the glasses to have glassware. When we turned that down, we got a sales pitch for the monthly stein program. Sorry! For the monthly amount they want I'm pretty sure the winery around the corner has a better deal. We also asked if we could bring in our Hillenbrand glasses that we already have the next time to use and the girls behind the bar had no answer. The best part was when the bartender handed over the plastic beer cups and said enjoy your plastic. So the question is, next time we go out on a Thursday night to enjoy a beer and food is it going to be Hillenbrand or the 3 other breweries in the area.
