    $3 for feed!
    Rachelle P.

Our daughters had a blast feeding and petting Rory the donkey, Wyatt the mini highland cow and of course the goats! A bag of feed was just $3! We also played corn hole, greeted by a sweet dog! They opened in 2013, lots of seating available with the sweetest staff! Check their website for local food trucks and events! We'll be back! SYOY! :D *Song Credit: Solomon River by The Lost Trailers (from Audiio)

    Outside table birthdays set up

My brother and I wanted to celebrate our 30th & 31st birthdays together at a location that would allow for friends with kids and family to pop in, have cake, and hang out! This was the perfect location for all of that. The staff was all extremely welcoming & allowed for us to reserve some tables under the shade for our friends to be able to all gather. They allowed for us to bring outside charcuterie & cake as well without any additional fee. There was an Argentinian food truck on site that day too so we were able to order some bites from there and enjoy them under the shade along with our drinks! We ordered a few beers and took advantage of the unique experience of creating our own seltzer flight! I had never heard of such a concern before. They allowed for me to choose torani syrup flavors and let me create some unique combination flavored seltzers. The kids all had so much fun getting to feed the goats & donkey on the premises. Additionally, the property is so spacious and allowed for the kiddos to explore and enjoy themselves while we enjoyed our drinks all while being able to easily Keep an eye on them! Also dog friendly - we loved being able to also bring our furry friends along. My family will most certainly be returning& we will continue to rec commend this family friendly spot to all who will listen!

    Feeding the goats!

We love GoatHouse! Goats, cows, food truck, AND good beer?! Yes, please! The kids love it, we love it, you cannot go wrong. Huge outdoor area near their lake, hop vines, and livestock pen. There's almost always a food truck on site (or snacks and lunchables for the kids). Super friendly beertenders and awesome service make this one of our favorite spots.

Came here on a whim and it was absolutely worth it. The space is very open and plenty of seating! The food truck was a nice surprise and so glad we were able to get some quick bites. The drinks were amazing and the variety was perfect. Definitely a new go to place for us! Cheers!

Absolutely welcoming environment, great brews and friendly staff! Highly recommended on the tour of the area! Food truck pizza was just the perfect addition to the brews and goats!

This is a favorite to visit on a sunny day and visit with the goats. It is a family and dog friendly place. There are new owners and they were very friendly and gave us some ideas on what to try. You can bring your own food and some weekends they have food trucks. We brought food but the food truck was a little late but very busy once they were set up. New things to try but some old favorites were still available.

Goathouse Brewery is one of the most unique and endearing spots we've had the pleasure of visiting. Our food truck, Buenos Aires Grill, serves here regularly, and it's always such a joy to be part of their lineup. The location itself is what truly sets Goathouse apart--it's perfect for families, couples, or anyone looking for a little escape. You can even feed the goats while you're there, which adds a fun, playful touch that kids and adults alike will enjoy. Of course, the beer is fantastic too! With a great selection of staple brews and seasonal rotations, there's something to please every palate. The staff are always welcoming and make the experience even better. Whether we're serving food or stopping by for a relaxing day off, Goathouse Brewery always leaves us smiling. If you're looking for a brewery with charm, personality, and amazing beer, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

Great beer. Goats were cute. Donkey looked old and mangy. Too many children. Maybe a children area and adult area would be better.

From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed. The service was fantastic--super friendly, easygoing, and exactly what you hope for when you're settling in to enjoy a drink and unwind. Lots of areas there are to sit. Whether you want to be inside, out on the patio, or tucked into one of the many outdoor spaces, there's plenty of room to spread out. It's the kind of place where everyone feels comfortable. Families were out enjoying time together, kids running around having fun, and it was great to see so many people bringing their dogs along. We had our dog with us, which made the visit even better--any place that welcomes four-legged friends gets extra points. We tried a beer and a mead, and both were very good--refreshing and full of flavor. We also ordered a pizza, and despite the brewery being quite busy, it came out surprisingly quickly. Even better, it was delicious: hot, flavorful, and exactly what you want alongside a good drink. What really stood out was the overall vibe. It's lively without feeling crowded, relaxed but energetic, and the kind of place where you can easily spend an afternoon or evening. Dueling Dogs Brewing is definitely worth the visit. We'll absolutely be back--including of course , our 4 legged friend

Mead is good but the person working one of the registers....could've demonstrated better customer…read moreservice skills. I was sitting at the high-top table right next to the register on the right. Once I finished my drink, I happened to be the next person in line anyway, since there was a person at the front register already being serviced & the person at the register closest to me had just received their drinks. The employee in the picture below asked to "help the next person in line." At that point, I'd already stood up and was waiting to get another & someone else had just walked in, but stood in the "main line." In retrospect, maybe I should've stood in that main line to begin with, but the employee clearly saw me standing there looking directly at her w/ an empty glass in my hand. Then after I spoke up & said I was indeed next in line, told me "Oh, well yeah...." & proceeds to let the gentleman who'd walked in after close his tab first. He didn't say/do anything when she asked who was next in line at first (b/c he came in after)...until she summoned him over. I informed her directly after that I'd heard cashiers calling people over from both sides & was just saving a step by going to the one that I would've ended up at anyway. As a manager in the service industry previously, I can't imagine not helping the only person that CLEARLY stated they were NEXT in line first. Lol

This was such a cool find!…read more We came to town for a family members birthday party and wanted to stop by a brewery for lunch and check out the area. The place was way bigger than what I was expecting! The parking lot is huge, and it was packed! You order your beverage and food at the bar and they pour you your drinks and give you a pager for the food. I was impressed to see the food was coming out of a food truck for how large the venue is. I was drinking the Mexican lager, served with salt and lime. I thought it was super tasty, I liked it a lot. My husband was drinking the hazy ipa which had a pretty high percentage, I believe like a 7.5%! It was surprisingly easy to drink and fruity. Food we ordered the BLT and it was served with house made pickles and potato salad. The potato salad had cheddar cheese inside it, I like that twist. I ordered the pizza pretzel and at first thought $18.50 is pretty steep pricing for a pretzel but let me tell you, the pictures do not do the size justice. It is literally the size of a pizza! So big, covered in mozzarella cheese and fresh basil. Came with plenty of dipping sauce too. I loved it, it was so fresh and delicious, and perfect to share! I had more than half leftover to take home! Check this spot out it was pretty rad, they had live music and the vibes were great! We could've hung out here all day perfectly content.

So...we are a local family that enjoys going to local breweries. Sometimes it's just us older…read moreadults and sometimes it's with the kids and grandkids. Here's the hard truth, Hillenbrand has really good food and good beer. However, they are chasing away families left and right. Kids are not really welcome at all. The signs posted make it evident. The best seating area is marked with 21 and over on each and every table. I get it. Sometimes it's nice to have an adult only night out. However breweries in the area should decide who they want their customers to be. On a Thursday evening, it should really not be an issue for a family to have a nice night out. The highlight of our night for me was drinking beer out of a plastic cup. For the second round we asked for glassware, but were told we had to buy the glasses to have glassware. When we turned that down, we got a sales pitch for the monthly stein program. Sorry! For the monthly amount they want I'm pretty sure the winery around the corner has a better deal. We also asked if we could bring in our Hillenbrand glasses that we already have the next time to use and the girls behind the bar had no answer. The best part was when the bartender handed over the plastic beer cups and said enjoy your plastic. So the question is, next time we go out on a Thursday night to enjoy a beer and food is it going to be Hillenbrand or the 3 other breweries in the area. Also the girls behind the bar gratefully filled us in to the fact that Hillenbrand is not a brewery but in fact a bar. Too bad Ron wasn't there tonight. PS our two children were very well behaved and stayed by us the entire time we were there.
