I have been looking forward to visiting this brewery for some time because of its great reviews. Made my way there on a Saturday afternoon and it was pretty quiet. Really seems like a local hangout based on people, location and interior. In regard to the interior, it is in desperate need of a remodel, with an old and worn out look and feel. Service was friendly and helpful. Tried a flight of beers to get a good feel of what they offer. Flavors were off and didn't taste correct for the styles suggested. The only one that was pleasing was one of the IPA's called "Are you not entertained". That said, I know that beer is subjective and not everyone likes the same, so I wish them success. read more

Whoever doesn't like this place doesn't like the spirit of craft breweries. Craft brew used to be about the people around you, making friends with people you would have never met before, not obsessing about the entertainment you're entitled to for your $7 beer. This place has a very welcoming environment with nice beer tenders, nice local regulars, and of course a varied beer selection all made in house. read more

Their beers always hit the spot. It's the first brewery my husband and I have been to since moving to sac and it's still our favorite. The couple that runs it are very welcoming. There's a variety of board games to choose from. I highly recommend this place if you're in the area. read more

This spot is a gem in an area that had nothing like it and there's nothing like it for miles. Located a few miles off 80 and it's worth a try. I'm a sucker for a new brewery and this place did not disappoint. I tried IPAs and a lager and all beers were well balanced and finished well. The staff was friendly and very helpful. My only suggestion is to either post regular pictures of the beer list on Yelp, post a beer menu on Untapped, or have a tap list online because we came in thinking there was a seltzer or sour on tap. It wasn't a deal breaker but it would be awesome to know ahead of time. PARKING: Lots of parking, you won't have any issues finding a spot. FOOD: there was a pop up restaurant there selling food but we brought some. Either works so you definitely have some options. Overall, we will come back. Hopefully next time we will catch a seltzer or sour ;) read more

Saw on their Instagram that Sam, Owner/Brew Master had several new beers on their wall recently and just had to make another trek from Rosemont to taste some amazing beers. Among the 8 tasters, I enjoyed a bomb Peanut Butter Chocolate Stout, a Red Ale, some IPAs, and a solid Hefeweizen (don't remember the last time I've ordered a Hef, but this one hit all the right tastebuds)! I truly would recommend Final Gravity, Cap Tap, Hop Garden, Dukes, and/or University of Beers to add them to their Tap List! read more

We stumbled upon Delta Borne Brewing before heading to a family member's house in the area. We had to do a double take to make sure there was actually a brewery in North Highlands finally and this place did not disappoint! We were greeted by the friendly and very knowledgeable staff. The place was not very busy but it was opening time so I'm sure it would get there soon! The tv was on and we were talking about the beer and having a great time. This place seems to be a locals hangout but I could be wrong. I was greeted immediately with a smile and I have to say it's nice to see another person just embracing the day with the right attitude even if it's a Sunday and maybe you got put on the schedule last minute. Anyway, I loved hanging out here with my flight (near McClellan Park... Get it?) and just being a fly on the wall. The laughs and unfiltered banter is really good for the soul in my opinion. In summation, great vibe, cool folks and more than adequate quality of beer. I recommend the North Highlander Red Ale and the Hogback West Coast IPA. The crowd is more Boomer slash Millennial in age but even that gets confusing because at 52 I feel like MTV wasn't that long ago! read more

I'm giving this place five stars for the service and for what it will ultimately become. I had 2 1/2 hours to kill while my daughter was at a school event. I needed WiFi. I searched for breweries since it was Friday night and I wanted a beer. This spot came up as an option, but yelp didn't say if it had WiFi and there was no phone number. I sent an email asking if they offered it and I received a response in 15 minutes. They do. When I walked it I went to order a beer and the woman behind the counter stopped and asked if I was "Jeff". I am. The backpack full of stuff gave it away. She poured my beer, brought me the WiFi code and offered whatever I needed. Service was amazing. Now, for the real review... The beer is average. I had three different beers. Nothing was bad, but nothing screamed I have to come back. It is a tough transition to make from hone brewer to business brewer and Thai place will get there, just not there yet. I can't wait to return and see where they go. Space? In the works. It is clear they rushed to open. As a business owner I understand. There were pictures leaning against the walls and not hung yet. But overalll the place is clean, which is all that matters. I will absolutely go here again and I would recommend it to anyone. It gets the 5 stars because of Megan for now, but I bet my next update gives it 5 stars for the beer / food / and Megan! read more

Came here on a Saturday night around 7:30pm with a group of 7. Bar was full so we sat on the tables across. We ordered our first round and decided to borrow one of their games to make things more exciting (uno). They definitely get 5 stars on their beer not only because of the great taste,but also because their prices are just right. Now, ambience is not at a five star yet, but I gotta give them a break because they just started and because we were able to ask Alexa to play whatever music we wanted. Overall, this a great neighborhood brewery that will soon be discovered by our neighborhood. Recommend it to those that need to get home early, they close at 10pm. read more

We Googled "craft beer" while on a 2 hour break at an event at McCellan. We were ready for a dive bar, based on the exterior on this otherwise deserted strip mall, but were very pleasantly surprised. A friendly, avid beer fan was the typical clientele, and we were served by the husband and wife duo behind this endeavor. But the bottom line- great, great beer.
