Has so much potential but not there yet.... Service is so weird here. Like, so weird. I don't know how to even explain how weird the service is. I spent about 7 minutes at the counter unsure if I had actually ordered or not because the interaction was so bizarre and then suddenly my food showed up... There was only one other person in the place, but our drinks took another 10 minutes after we had our food and we ordered the drinks first. Food was decent. I think maybe the ratios were off when it came to the cracker/bread/chips vs. the dips themselves. We were left with just piles of crackers, bread and chips but the dips and cheese all gone, which was odd. (But I suppose people complain there aren't enough crackers or chips sometimes?) I loved the idea of all the fermented beverages and foods and they were tasty but also not super memorable. Maybe just paired with the super weird service made the food more forgettable? We came in last night with our friends for the first time ever , this place is great. I tried all of the Hard kombucha's that are on tap and my husband had their hazy beer and said it was good. The service was good and the staff were really nice and friendly and welcoming. The whole brewery was clean and so were the bathroom as well. They did have trivia going on when we went last night. I do love all the different plants they have in this brewery as well. We didn't try the food but all the times they brought it out to people it did look really good, hopefully next time we can try it. I will definitely be coming back here and telling people I know about this place as well. read more

I don't drink ciders or IPAs so opted for wine which was overpriced for the brand and you don't get to have a small taste before hand so if not good, you are stuck with it. After an incredibly long seminar destroying a perfectly beautiful Saturday, eight of us sought out someplace special to get obliterated in. MF is part barstool, part couch/chair, part table. The latter two designed for six person maximum. After scrounging up two more chairs and some finagling, we were set for a couple hours of stupidity. It's not just beer, wine and cider; they offer an insane amount of options. One reason for the array of products is the alcohol content, or lack thereof. Kombucha or Hard Kombucha, Seltzer or Hard Seltzer, and so forth. Even Sour beer and Probiotic soda. Wow! It may not be proper terminology but you could say they ferment their own food, as well. We had a go at the large charcuterie board, the chimichuri and a couple chicken sandwiches (which were like paninis). All were decent drinking, finger food. Nothing special. The staff were all wonderful and most accommodating. Parking was a snap and the bill quite expensive. Since we don't pay, we don't ask how much and we generally limit ourselves two a single cocktail and a few bites. Love coming in and trying their kombucha and sour beers, they're always very accommodating and let you try all the drinks before deciding on one. There is even a choice to do a flight! Their Panini sandwich and chips were good! Just the right amount of food balanced with a drink. We LOVED the Chilean-style chimichurri, just be aware it has a kick! This time around, we sat at the bar and the owner Lauren was super nice and attentive! Love how transparent she is with her business and all the new ideas they plan to bring to their business in the near future. They do all kinds of events throughout the week, including trivia nights, and live music. They keep small signs showing dates of events to keep you updated if you want to enjoy extra entertainment or know when to come when it's a bit more lowkey. In fact, my blood pressure has gone down to the "healthy" level after a couple of weeks! Food was very good and liked the fact that you're able to bring your own as well. I had been wanting to check this place out this location is in Rocklin across the street from the Movie Studio Grill area . Walking in I just did not feel as welcome the vibe was a little off kinda quiet and the staff was a little cold not as attentive or welcoming. I was not a big fan of the beers either but maybe it's just a preference they did have a beer from Moksa Brewery so I really enjoyed that . They have an outside patio and a kids changing table inside the restroom . It's very clean and organized inside just needs a little more decor . I did not enjoy the demon frame and demon books by the bar I don't know how I feel about that . Overall I think this was just not my vibe wish them all the luck . read more

We have been wanting to come here forever and we finally made it! My husband brews and makes his own kimchi, sauerkraut, etc. so this was right up his alley! I had the Superbloom sour and it was absolutely delicious. It was nice and tart with a refreshing sweetness. My husband got the Matter of Time sour which was also very pleasant. We shared the hummus and some pickled veg and they were both awesome. The hummus was one of the best I've ever had! Everyone was so nice too. I love the concept of this place because I enjoy fermented or pickled vegetables, kombucha and a good bloody beer. I ordered the bloody beer and unfortunately, we could not drink it because it was extremely garlic forward. So then I ordered a kombucha which was light and lovely. We started off with a charcuterie board and it had just a tiny bit of sauerkraut so I ordered some more fermented vegetables. I loved the vegetable medley, however couldn't eat the beets because they were raw before fermentation. The charcuterie board was OK, way too much bread and not enough meats and cheeses maybe. I ended up getting the sauerkraut hotdog which was delicious. Service was good-wish they would have explained some stuff like about the raw garlic in the bloody beers. read more

My wife and I stopped by on the way to Sacramento. I, being a fan of sour beers, thought it would be a nice p lace to try. I was not disappointed. Both the Superbloom and the Matter of Time were tasty and refreshing. We also got a flight, and all of the beers were great. They ferment there for on promise and really enjoyed the humus plate and the pickles. The staff was really friendly and even brought us more bread for our hummus.
