Amazing place! The kombucha, hard seltzer, and probiotic soda are delicious. Also the patio is spacious and kiddo friendly. Kind staff! 10/10 recommend. Can't wait to come back and try the food!

Such a cool chill place with such good beer, Kambucha and cider. Lauren is cool as heck.

The best appetizer in the Greater Sacramento Area! The "Fluff" will leave you wanting more and wanting to kiss the creative genius who created this masterpiece! Then you have to try every seltzer #latenightshenanigans and take in the wonderful ambience. Highly recommended!

We always come here when we're visiting from out of town and wish there was a similar concept place near us. It has a great variety that makes it a great choice for a crowd. Everyone will have an option to choose even NA. Food is also good but they do allow you to bring in your own which is nice. Highly recommend checking this place out! The green zone dip is my favorite paired with whatever new seltzer or beer they have.

    This is THE spot!

Fruity seltzers? Check. Kombuchas? Check. IPAs, Blondes, Stouts? Check. Check. Check. ADD IN food that will satisfy your hunger but also make you feel fancy! Umm, yes please! All the drink and food options are 10/10 and the vibe is comfortable and clean. Def making this my weekly spot!

So fortunate to have Mindscape Fermentations as a local spot. As someone involved in the beer community, this is where I bring visitors to experience truly thoughtful fermentations. Their seltzers are done with real quality, their beer releases are solid, and they often feature great guest taps as well. The space is welcoming, comfortable, and family-friendly, with some games, seating options, and a few food items to round it out. A place with heart, intention, and excellent drinks...always a win.

Always a good go to place for seasonal rotating drinks! Love coming in and trying their kombucha and sour beers, they're always very accommodating and let you try all the drinks before deciding on one. There is even a choice to do a flight! Their Panini sandwich and chips were good! Just the right amount of food balanced with a drink. We LOVED the Chilean-style chimichurri, just be aware it has a kick! This time around, we sat at the bar and the owner Lauren was super nice and attentive! Love how transparent she is with her business and all the new ideas they plan to bring to their business in the near future. They do all kinds of events throughout the week, including trivia nights, and live music. They keep small signs showing dates of events to keep you updated if you want to enjoy extra entertainment or know when to come when it's a bit more lowkey. Outdoor seating is an added plus!

I don't drink alcohol but I love this place's probiotic soda and vinegar drinks. We tried the food for the first time today and it was better than we were expecting. Paninis, chip and dip, and hummus platter, along with a pitcher of probiotic soda. Kids and adults enjoyed it all! Not a fan of the tarot cards though, and would prefer it were not a part of the scene. Love that there are games (like chess) available to play.

Something for everyone, love their hard kombucha and seltzers. The onion dip is awesome and the spicy hummus. Board games available for the kids and an outside area on nice days. Would definitely recommend!

Is this a family friendly place, or a leave the kiddos at home kind of place?

There are always kids when we go and we always take our baby

    Are well-behaved dogs allowed inside?

What I heard the other night, indoors no with the food service. But they have a nice shaded outdoor patio that would accommodate you.

They even shelved our to-go boxes away from the table so we could enjoy dessert without the clutter. Even my husband, who can be difficult to please, was impressed by everything--right down to the heavy, high-quality flatware. It was filling up fast for a Monday night, and it's easy to see why. We are thrilled with this find and will definitely be back!

Caesar Salad - lots of lettuce, delicious dressing although very little of it, so the salad was very dry. Not one flake of Parmesan on the salad or offered on the side. Very disappointing. Looking at the pictures other patrons posted of their salads, mine was definitely NOT like theirs! Hardly any dressing and no cheese on mine! I also had ordered the agnolotti. The little raviolis were very strange. Some were only partially cooked, many had edges that were hard and inedible. $34 for this? Husband ordered the pomodoro. The pasta had been boiled to death - it was so mushy it was inedible. We both tossed out our entrees after a few bites. We were extremely disappointed, needless to say. This was my after-surgery treat and it was terrible. Out of curiosity, I perused some of the reviews, and the bad ones scared me. The owner's responses were condescending. Two parties stated in their (separate) reviews that they got food poisoning. He went so far as to claim these poor people DID NOT get food poisoning from his restaurant because food poisoning "takes 12 hours or more to set in". That is QUITE UNTRUE! Now we didn't get food poisoning, but our experience along with the owner's outright false statement is enough for us. We shan't be returning. I am also posting the Cleveland Clinic's AND the CDC's SCIENTIFIC FACTS about the time period within which food poisoning can take effect.

The casual yet cozy atmosphere prompts fun conversation. There's a nice old world ambiance about it. Perusing the menus we first chose a carafe of wine, a Barbera. Having it before here we find it hearty and bold. For the table we shared a house salad which was fresh and well made. There was plenty for four of us. Tasty bread was brought to the table along with oil/vinegar and herbs on a plate. My main course selection was the Maccheroni e Formaggio, spiral pasta (macaroni) with a rich sauce, lots of cheese and breadcrumbs. I got it with meatballs which I highly recommend. The dish was delicious and very filling. For dessert I chose the cannoli which has been my favorite. Unfortunately, this time it tasted dry and the middle of the shell was hard as a rock. The filling was good. Service was very friendly, not rushed and attentive. They always add to an enjoyable meal. I continue to highly recommend this place for a good Italian meal.

The ravioli didn't taste very fresh and was actually hard to eat, which was surprising. That's usually my go-to at Italian restaurants. The margherita pizza was just okay... nothing special at all. It felt pretty basic and didn't really stand out. The restaurant was good and nice. But overall, it just wasn't the best Italian experience, and I don't see myself going back.

Service was great too, everything just flowed really well. We're all vegetarian, so I was actually really happy with how many veg options they had (a lot of Italian places around here don't). For apps, we got the truffle bruschetta and the burrata. Only thing is, I thought the burrata would come as a full ball, but it was on toast pieces but pretty similar to the bruschetta. Looking back, we probably would've just ordered one. For mains, we kind of went all in on truffle...truffle risotto, truffle ravioli, plus a margherita pizza and fries. And honestly, some of the best truffle we've had in the Sacramento area. Everything was really flavorful and just done right, no complaints at all. For dessert, we got the Mia Dream and the San Sebastián cheesecake. The Mia Dream was actually a dream. The cheesecake was good too, but honestly we could've passed on it. I also really appreciated having so many good vegetarian options to pick from. It just made the whole experience better. Overall, everything from the food to the service was excellent. Definitely a 10/10 and I'd go back again.

Bold flavors, expert preparation, pretty on the plate and generous portions. Bambie had the 1/2 chicken fried southern style. Crispy ouside, soft and moist inside.
