Omigosh words cannot describe the love that I have for this place! First time in today. The owner Lauren was very welcoming, and let me try many samples until I found my favorite drink. So nice of her! In addition, she shared some of her recipes with me when I asked. I had: combo of sweet tea + probiotic soda and the Bloody Mary with fizzy soda instead of beer. Delicious!!! We also ordered some food, including: chimichurri (special of the day, YUM!), spicy hummus (come with crispy crostini and veg) and the cheezy kimchi panini (so good! Almost like a healthy pizza, the focaccia bread was spot on). I'm so happy I found this place. If you are a fermentation or kombucha lover like me, then this is a MUST! Super friendly owner and wait staff, generous samples and a light and bright corner location - what's not to like? Definitely try this place for the great selection of beer, kombucha, seltzer, probiotic sodas, wine and sours. There is something for all tastes. We stopped by on a blustery Sunday afternoon and the place was buzzing with energy, a few small groups at tables and others hanging out at the bar. We were greeted right away and offered multiple samples to try out the menu before ordering. The owner was behind the bar and also working on a recipe at the tanks. The purple caterpillar kombucha comes in at 3% and is smooth and velvety. The secret squirrel hazy DIPA at 8% is really good. We'll be back to try more. read more

I absolutely LOVE this place. Great atmosphere and the hard Seltzers are taste delicious. The two women we met working there, really educated us on the drinks and the natural ingredients. Mindscape is the chillest place to grab kombucha, seltzer, mead, and/or beer. Selection isn't huge, but that's what makes it so much better. They rotate enough that you'll be able to try new things. We visited Mindscape Fermentations for the first time. I am not a big beer drinker but the bartender server was quite helpful finding the right beer for my tastebuds. Since I had not eaten I ordered their pork sliders to satisfy my hunger pangs. They were well presented and quite tasty. My beer was fine but I do not wish they served a hazy beer. As the evening went in they filled up and the bartenders were hustling to keep up. All in all a good spot for having a conversation and quenching your thirst. read more
