The girls are sharing one bacon-egg croissant breakfast sandwich, so much food for one serving! Love it!

Very impressed with this coffee shop! I love that there's a drive thru or a nice seating area with a fireplace and plenty of different seating options for either getting some work done on your laptop or meeting up with a group of friends. Plus it's so rare to find a coffee shop drive thru with really good food! My picky girls approve of their oat milk kids hot chocolate and bacon egg breakfast sandwich! Thanks to Perri for the recommendation and making us feel like we were at home!

Our waitress was so kind! We started off with the calamari and pork belly bites. LOVED the calamari - perfect spices and flavor to it, loved the addition of banana peppers. Usually they put fresh jalapenos with it at other places. The pork belly bites were a nice appetizer and the marination was pretty good. A little chewy to my liking but was not bad! We saw that they had the fiesta flight and my buddy really wanted to try it so we did! There were 4 mini margaritas: the blue Hawaiian, the raspberry coconut, the spicy classic and the peach. The peach was my absolute favorite! The others were OK -- the blue Hawaiian was literally like the blue Hawaiian juice (my buddy said it tasted like koolaid so not the best...). The raspberry coconut was a little off...not sure what it was. With the flight, it came with 3 little appetizers. Shrimp ceviche, mango and other fruits with Tarin and Mexican crema corn (there's a name for it but blanking...) Shrimp ceviche was not bad, a touch of pico de gallo. The mango fruit with Tarin was definitely different - you can taste the spice! I didn't really like the Mexican creama corn...flavors were kind of off and there was more cream than corn. Our main entrees were pretty delicious! They ran out of the braised pork shank. I settled with the hangar steak. Loved the carrots, snow peas and mash potatoes. My buddy got the grilled salmon and that was DELICIOUS! We also got the loaded potato skins which were a nice appetizer to end the night. (Yes we got a lot of food! My buddy and I tend to do that on our food adventures lol) Lots of screen TVs as expected around the restaurant and it was mariners night so the staff was easy to identify. We'd come back!

We headed over for dinner to celebrate a special occasion, and we were glad we'd made a reservation because the place was packed! The ambiance here is dark and elegant - not something I necessarily expect in Anacortes, but it set the perfect tone for a special evening. Our server, Aimee, who I knew from local Yelp events years ago, was absolutely fantastic. She knew everything on the menu, and by the time she described everything we asked about, we had trouble not ordering it all. But first, we started with a bottle of perfectly chilled sauv blanc while we perused the menu. I was impressed by the varied selection of food. They have everything from burgers to ribeye, and all very fairly priced. We started with an order of calamari, perfectly fried and served with a citrussy, aioli-style sauce. For dinner, Dude loved their fish 'n chips while I devoured a plate of fresh king salmon served atop crispy risotto and the most amazing pesto lemon cream sauce. After we enjoyed sharing a dish of tasty creme brulee, Aimee shared that they serve brunch here too! I had no idea, but looking at the menu and hearing that they serve mimosas, we'll definitely be back. We also got a mini tour of their adorable speakeasy style bar and huge in-progress beer garden too. I'm definitely keeping Tasha Lee's on my Anacortes rotation!

We started with the sourdough bread paired with the spiced herb olive oil, and also added the tomato basil dip. Both were absolutely delicious and complemented the bread perfectly. The outdoor patio created a great atmosphere, and the service was exceptional from start to finish. We'll definitely be back--even if it means making the drive all the way from Kirkland, Seattle!
