Yikes!! I called and placed a to go order and a nice guy answered and helped me. Said 15 min but it took much longer which was ok. Brought our food back and noticed our scampi was served with chopped lasagna noodles...what?!!! Supposed to be linguine, not sure how you messed that up not for one order but both??? Took one bite because I was starving and it was disgusting as you can tell from the photo. Called them to get refunded and when the manager got on the line she made an excuse for AM & PM cook maybe got confused and chopped the noodles by accident. Ummmm we are talking two different noodles? We offered to bring the food back and now it's after 8pm and we have to go find some other place to eat because we can't trust our food will be right or taste good. read more

The service to begin with was really slow. Took forever to get coffee and water. The restaurant wasn't very busy. Waitresses would come out for a few minutes then go back where they couldn't be seen. We usually have great service and food here but the last couple of times we haven't. The oatmeal came out cold. Clam Chowder came out cold. Food was mediocre. Not like in the past when it was very good. Waitresses should make themselves present instead of hiding in back. read more

Every time we come to carvers we always enjoy the food and service! Everything is always so delicious! We recently found out they had sushi and have been enjoying that more often. We always start off with the clam chowder and take our time deciding on what we'd like to enjoy for dinner. So so so delicious we love carvers. read more

I really wanted the chicken wings and when I got it I was a bit.. nope i was VERY disappointed. It was dry and the Caribbean flavor was really just mae ploy. Not sure how that was Caribbean. Dont get me started with the size as well. My pinky was probably bigger on some of them. Sad. read more

Been here a few times now. At the casino, so there will be noise and people. We have enjoyed the wings on several occasions, crispy and meaty. Their condiments (ranch & blue cheese) are tasty. We've tried the prime rib(weekends only) and have enjoyed it. Flavourful, juicy and cooked just right. Tonight we wanted waffles but the machine was broken so we had pancakes. Fluffy, big and tasted great. Will continue to visit and try more dishes. read more

I had a very sorry excuse for chicken masala it wasn't made correctly so it wasn't really chicken masala and the chicken was obviously from frozen and didn't have a good texture. The mashed potatoes were obviously from flakes and the broccoloni was just okay. A frozen TV dinner might have been better. My husband's steak was so tough it's a good thing he didn't have dentures. The cheesecake was okay but the crust didn't taste good enough to eat. I wouldn't eat here again. read more

Have to say we ordered the chicken broccoli Alfredo for dinner, the noodles were not cooked, the chicken was dry and the broccoli wasn't cooked. The worst meal I've had in a long time. Ok. It's a restaurant in a casino. We mainly had breakfast a few times and it was pretty good. My friend had eggs Benedict and the eggs were almost hardboiled and the sauce was cold. Service was pretty good as well. They do get busy on the weekends so it may be a little slower than you expect but the servers are very nice. If you are staying at the swinimosh, give this place a try. read more

My wife and I stopped in over the Labor Day weekend. We first had the queen size prime rib special. It was made to order and was good. Could have used some additional seasoning. The jus was very weak but overall it was fine. Breakfast on the other hand, was not. The eggs Benedict were overcooked and the hollandaise had next to zero flavor. The hash browns were of a poor quality and slightly undercooked. My chicken fried steak could have stayed on longer as well. 3 stars for considering the price and cafeteria grade food. The service was good, my only complaint is it's close to the smoking area of the casino which lets all admit that the non smoking section of this casino is weak, not great separation. We've visited this establishment more than once with all of the visits being made very pleasant. I had the prime rib which was cooked just right and tasted very good. My wife had the chicken strips, said to be also tasty. So, why 4 and not 5 star you may ask. The lack luster of the provided sides. There is no prize rewarded for pride in showmanship. The broccoli was old, partly darkened, with a sloppily cut crunchy one on top. The mashed potatoes appeared dumped on the plate with an ice cream scoop, I tasted but did not finish either one. Everything arrived on time with sufficient temperature with exceptional service minus the sides, cold. We would return, I would order the prime again but without the sides. Allow me to take a few steps back to the side salad. I'm not fond of a spring mix type salad. I akin to eating lawn clippings, I'm not a cow. Give me good ole crunchy head lettuce every time. Next visit I'll take the Caesar and pass on the clippings. Give them a shot keeping in mind to dump the sides and get the Caesar unless of course you enjoy leaves the grass. read more
