The crepe is all right but I didn't eat it immediately which is a rookie mistake on my part! I did wish that I added meat floss though because that would have elevated the crepe a ton! The gentleman at the cash register was nice and spoke English. He asked if I wanted it spicy which I did not lol! So I am grateful that he asked me!
big stall in the back left corner of the new world mall food court. i got the chinese pancake (regular version $7) and it came with egg, cilantro, wonton wrapper and a little slice of ham. i was really happy with my order, the serving size was decently large, and it tasted great! the lady who was working here was nice, for the price and taste i would definitely go back again, worth a visit for sure if you're nearby.
Without a doubt the best Jian Bing I've ever had in my whole life, whether it be in Copenhagen or NYC. The delightful delicate crepe, the chili oil, the savory hoisin sauce, the multitude of herbs, the crunchy wonton, and the ham make the Jian Bing here easily one of the best and most cohesive bites I've ever had. When you think of the ingredients individually, they don't sound like anything special. HOWEVER, this dish is a case of where the whole is FAR greater than the sum of its parts and is a must eat whenever we go to NYC. Definitely recommend trying this authentic street food at this restaurant. People who don't like this place must hate flavor. Go for the jian bing and not the sweet crepes. Service was nice, lady who runs the stall speaks Chinese so if you know some it's definitely a plus! Ambience is alright as they only do takeout and you eat at a table in the cafeteria.
Went for desserts after eating ramen from next booth. Ordered a small mango shaved ice w/ condensed milk + huge pat of whipped cream + frozen mango pieces ($5) & an original Hong Kong-styled egg waffle ($4.50). To be honest, not expecting too much from neither of them, just hoping the taste is at least decent for the price. The shaved ice has a snowy texture, just enough of the mango flavor but nothing too artificial and not too sweet. Love that the condensed milk doesn't overpower the mango flavor. Helps me to cool down after the hot bowl of ramen. This is my kind of dessert!!! Next, I start chowing down on the batch of egg waffles. I tear a small piece off; the texture is crunchy from the outside and soft on the inside...just the way how I remember it is back in Hong Kong. The batter of the egg waffles doesn't taste mushy at all and isn't a big soggy mess like other places I'd tried in the past. Would definitely go back again to taste other flavors of the snowy shaved ice, hopefully they taste just as good as the mango flavored. And I see that they've other stuff too on the menu like lean meatball soup, Chinese pancakes, onigiri, jumbo takoyaki, and beef soup w/ or w/o noodles. I'm interested to try all the other food next time.

Super quick and friendly service, but heads up they speak mandarin as a first language, but you can get by with English. As with most of the other stalls, it's a small business so I highly recommend you support! Prices for the jian bings have gone up (by $1), but it's still a good deal. What I Ordered: Ham Jian Bing (no parsley, no spicy oil)- wish they had a replacement sauce for those who can't handle spice, as it ended up being a little plain. Also, I only got scallions in half of it? Sauerkraut Jian Bing- definitely had a lot more flavor than the ham, even without the parsley and would be my recommendation Both were crispy and decently portioned as a snack/light meal. Overall still pretty good, and this is the only place I know that actually sells this dish, so it's still worth a returning visit.
Recommended by my friend so I think I definitely have to try! I ordered the no 4 Jianbing with pickles. The pickles is wayyyy to sour and I don't see the balance in between the Jianbing and the pickles. Also the Jianbing is too soft, it's not the authentic texture. Not to mentioned the sauce inside I would say so so for their Jianbing!
I can't speak on the salty items on the menu but the sweets are heavenly. From the snowy thing, which is shaved ice, condensed milk & fruit of choice. Soo soooo good. The pancake I'm sorry I forget the name but it's the bubble pancakes & they can top with ice cream of your choice and fruit omg. But my absolute fave are the crepes. Specifically the s'mores with Strawberry ice cream. I highly recommend. The only thing I wish they didn't change was the size of the marshmallows because before they were little ones but now they use jumbo. It's still amazing though. Service is nice, friendly & helpful. Minimum is $10.00 with card and they charge tax. If you have cash they don't charge tax. Even though small it's pretty neat & clean.
Their ice cream crepes was the main reason for this 4 stars since it really brings a homemy feeling when eating. Their jian bing (Chinese pancake) was pretty average though. I ordered their ham jian bing for $5 since it was the perfect size for a meal when you're not that hungry but you still want something savory. The inside crunch gave a nice touch to the whole pancake but the parsley overpowered the nice ham and egg accompaniment. Hope to try the other options of jian bing (w/o parsley) or from Joe's Steam Rice Rolls on Roosevelt ave and other places.
I came with a friend who loves takoyaki and so of course we came to this booth. Also called Mo Ji Xian, $4.50 gets you four pieces of the best takoyaki either of us have ever had - really. The chunks of octopus were plentiful, the dough soft but not soggy, it yielded perfectly with each bite. The touch of wasabi mayo was a nice bright spot but the bonito flakes stole the show, they were so smoky!

Because they specialize in crepes, I ordered the original #1 Mojoilla crepe (strawberry, mango, Nutella). They ran out of strawberries so they used mango as a replacement. It was really dry, the crepe was too soft and too thick, barely any Nutella, no chocolate drizzle. The crepe was disappointing but they have other options on the menu like Chinese pancake, takoyaki, and egg waffles.
Located in New World Mall, Mojoilla Fresh is a great crepe establishment. I have been going here ever since middle school. Yes it may not be the most professional place but they know what they're doing. Trustworthy and delicious. I would recommend Mojoilla and Red Mango. Their green tea ice cream rocks! They also sell takoyaki and savory snacks. Prices are what keeps me coming back. Give a visit when in downtown Flushing!
I ordered the #5 jiangbing with sausage -- it was savory, piping hot, and even managed to singe my hand a little. Just how I like it! My friend went for the meat floss jiangbing, and she liked it. The variety here is solid, and flavor-wise, it's a full 5/5 for me. That said, the price leans on the steeper side for Flushing's jiangbing scene -- at $8, it's a $2 bump from the usual $6 elsewhere. Sure, it's not the best bang for your buck, but hey, it's still a bang... If you're in the area and craving jiangbing that doubles as a mini hand warmer, Mojoilla Fresh is worth a stop! read more
Gotta go to Flushing if you want delicious jian bing. I remember hearing about this delicious breakfast crepe and adding it to my to do list. Brooklyn finally got a street vendor at 8th ave who makes it. However Flushing's is definitely better. I stopped by this spot while doing some Asian grocery shopping. Absolutely delicious. Warm, savory, with just the right amount of spice. I chose the first option but the others include pork floss and shrimp. Eight Jane is probably still my favorite spot. However this spot is still very good. They were quick to pump out orders. Very nice and happy to let me snap some pics while they were making it. read more

Very bold flavors with a strong kick, and the crunch adds great texture to the Chinese crepes. That said, they definitely skimp on the meat. Overall, still a very good Chinese crepe experience. read more

Some aspects of the Chinese pancake were good, but overall it was underwhelming in flavor and far, far too much cilantro. Service was nice but generally several things seemed quite unsanitary, beyond the usual things you may expect to see from authentic and/or small places. read more

What's not to like? Giant crepe filled with ice cream, fruits, whipped cream, nutella, fruit syrup, and a cookie stick. First time I was ever here and ordered the Purple Rain crepe. Filled with blueberries, strawberries, blueberry syrup, banana ice cream, and a cookie stick. The ice cream was amazing. It is stuffed into the crepe which is curled into a giant cone shape. All I know is that I want another one. My waist is saying no. I am getting fatter just writing this review! read more

Takoyaki and crepes, crepes and takoyaki. You would think the two don't really go together... and you'd be correct. Don't get me wrong; both food fads are great in their own right. But together, they feel disconnected. And for a place that only sells these two items, both items are surprisingly average. When I came here on a Thursday mid-afternoon, it was pretty dead. The takoyaki was pre-made and sitting in a warmer. (Had I seen this before ordering, I wouldn't have.) The flavors were okay, but fried balls of dough with octopus really should be served just-fried. I wasn't impressed. The crepes were a little better. Thankfully, these were made fresh in front of you, which is always cool to watch. I had the Mojoilla: your choice of ice cream flavor (I had vanilla) with strawberries, bananas, and Nutella. The complete package was delicious, but then again, I've never met a crepe I didn't like. read more
Me and my friend stopped by at Mojoilla Fresh after dinner. The only combination that looks good to me is Purple Rain because I hate bananas and I am allergic to peanut butter. I got the Purple Rain Crepe w/Red Bean icecream and my friend got the same but with Green Tea icecream. We really enjoy our dessert and its definitely a yummy spot so make sure you stop by. read more
Wandering around the food court Saturday late afternoon looking for something sweet. This stand had no line and some interesting crepe options that are made right in front of you. Menu had both custom and pre-made options to choose from. Went for the #7: "Fungin Good" ($6) - a concoction of sliced bananas, peanut butter, choice of syrup and ice cream. I picked the cookie ice cream and chocolate syrup then waited nearby for my order. Waited 10 minutes and saw the two employees not doing anything so I went back and they told me to wait. Still nothing, so I showed them my receipt. They realized their error (didn't apologize), and started making the food. When I finally got it, I noticed they forgot the syrup (wasn't going back for it). Overall the crepe is fluffy and crisp; the peanut butter is all settled into the bottom however, so couldn't get all the flavors in one go. Only one scoop of ice cream as well, meaning there's a lot of crepe left over at the end which makes for a dry finish. Considering the service and assembly, won't make a return trip. read more
Apparently this is a crepe place, but I've only tried the takoyaki here. They are surprisingly good. They come out hot and fresh with great texture. There are actually decent sized pieces of octopus inside too. It is located downstairs at the New World Mall food court, if you have trouble finding it. read more
I finally went back to try their crepes. I got a single scoop mango crepe for $3.99. They give you a generous amount of ice cream. They make the crepe and roll it into a cone shape and put the scoop of ice cream on top. I think making it into a cone shape is kind of misleading. I was hoping it would have a crunch like a waffle cone, but it's a crepe and soft. The ice cream was really good, it tastes homemade and not overly sweet, but the crepe was just a crepe. read more

craving a crepe for dinner, yes dinner! nothing wrong with eating dessert first. I ordered #1 Mojoilla crepe with chocolate ice cream that came with sliced strawberries, sliced bananas, Nutella, whip cream and a cookie stick. there was a young lady that scooped my chocolate ice cream before the crepe was even made and left the ice cream on the scoop right on the prep counter. I thought that wasn't very sanitary ... thank goodness I didn't get sick. the guy made the crepe very fast, what a pro. the crepe was thin and had a great taste. I actually like this place over the Japanese crepe store on spring at in soho. next time I'll create my own crepe and get green tea ice cream, chocolate was so good though. read more
I got a Tokyo Sundae crepe with vanilla ice cream. Mangoes aren't in season right now but I chose it anyway because the combination of mangoes, bananas and condensed milk seemed like a good choice. The crepe was soft which complemented the bananas and mangoes really well! I just wished they added more condensed milk. $5.5 definitely beats the more expensive crepes at the new crepe place up Roosevelt Ave at T-Swirl Crepe (although I'll give that a try too the next time I'm in Flushing) It definitely gets busy around 6-7pm when the only employee was acting as cashier and making the crepes at the same time. read more
We ordered takoyaki. It was freshly made Infront of us and each takoyaki has one or more squid pieces and cabbage inside. It was good but it could be cooked a little longer. The coating is not crispy enough for me... we ordered 6 pieces for $6 and 4 pieces are $4. read more
Value: 8/10 Experience: 9/10 Taste: 9/10 A stall with a large variety of yummy snack and dessert selections! Value: I got the Chinese pancakes for $5. It was really big and could be a small meal. Compared to "Bing" where they sell the pancakes for $10, this place easily wins. Experience: They started to make my pancakes in front of me immediately after ordering. The lady was friendly and asking in Chinese what I wanted inside. Very quick and friendly experience. Taste: The contracts of the soft pancake and crunchy fried dough was super nice. They also added hot sauce and another brown sauce to give it a kick. Honestly not too far off from what I've had in China! read more
I like this place. If you don't then I'm sorry to say, this is really your only option for ice cream crepes so learn to like it haha. The crepe shells are soft which is what you would expect from a french crepe. From the reviews it seems like its supposed to be more of a Japanese crepe, which is crunchy but I'll explain later on why I like it soft. Its lightly salted so it complements the sweet ice cream and topping very well. The ice cream is shipped to them and seems below average. Its more water then heavy cream. My family owns a ice cream store so I know a thing or two about ice cream. Now on to how I eat it. First of all, throw away the spoon. You won't need it. The crepe is okay/salty, the ice cream is below average. Dissecting this thing apart with a spoon won't help your enjoyment. Second, EAT IT LIKE A SANDWICH. The soft crepe makes this possible. Take a big bite of it and experience the complex mix of salty, sweet, cold and warm. Once I started doing this, I started to appreciate this place. read more
Oh just some hot fresh crepes, rolled into a cone and stuffed with ice cream, fresh fruit, syrups and all kinds of topping goodies. No big deal... .... What the what?! THANK YOU, New World Mall Food Court, for letting this place exist. After a feast of pork banh mi, spicy pork & kimchee stew, and some kind of duck and noodle amalgamation, Boyfriend and I finished our food court smorgasbord off with a little sumpin sumpin called Oreo Madness at Mojoilla Fresh. A glorious crepe (seriously, the gal makes them in front of you) filled with cookies & cream ice cream, sliced bananas, crushed oreos and nutella. It's hard to go wrong with a combo like that. A wonderful sweet treat to end the meal! The other flavor choices (and build-your-own option) seemed similarly outstanding. read more

I work right next door at this newly opened food stall called wan he chuen. So I often receive food from here for free and let me just tell you their crepes are pretty bad. I don't want to bash them but honestly I'm not a picky eater AT ALL and their crepes are just disgusting. First of all its -the crepes are salty but it's supposed to be sweet dessert crepes with ice cream and stuff -the crepes are soggy AF -the ice cream tastes weird I tried the matcha and coffee ice cream, couldn't taste coffee at all and was bitter, same goes for matcha TWO THINGS WORTH GETTING; -pork floss takoyaki -chinese pancake Other than that, SKIP THE CREPES! GO TO T-SWIRL for that!!! 10x better read more
We wanted to try the ice cream crepe for a long time but was always too full from our meal. We finally had one today and my daughter loved it. Not only it is fun to eat, it's fun watching them make it also. We ordered the mojoilla which was nutella, strawberry and banana with your choice of ice cream. read more
