Service was good. The restaurant was clean. I enjoy the salad options for those not wanting pizza. It was a typical Mod pizza. For something that use to be original, there are build your own restaurants now everywhere. I wish that they would step up their game to make it more unique. I do like the all you want toppings for the same low price. I load on the veggies. I just wish there more unique, fresh options. I really like the seasonal options in the fall. They need more kid appealing toppings. I usually end up paying for a plain cheese for my kids. Boring. This location is not the most convenient so I probably will stick to the Mod in Fontana, but it still carries a certain charm to keep the locals coming back for more! read more

Staff is absolutely the friendly! Kind and caring! They take their time and treat you as a special customer versus just another person. I appreciate the patience they have and the care they have when making our dinner. The restaurant was clean and tidy. Decided to go here for lunch, and wasn't really impressed think I'll stick with the other two pizza places that are like this one. Ordering was ok, the lady seemed confused and not sure of what she was doing. I only had 3 pizzas. But she finally got them made and put in the oven, when they called my name we got our 3 pizzas, and well I was highly disappointed, pizza was burnt slices were too big to I tried to fold it to take a bite, and it snapped because it was too crispy, and topping popped off my pizza. And I mean JUMPED off. For that I had to take away stars, the flavor was there just too cooked for my liking. Sorry Mod but I won't be visiting you again. I'll drive a little further to a different place. read more

I'm here with my husband for a late night dinner date. The crowd is huge and the wait is long, but the staff is amazing. They're handling everything so well with the amount of work they have and all with smiles on their faces. Kudos to this team!! The food is always amazing. And, being a vegan, they made sure to ask me questions about the food they served me as well as change gloves in between handing dairy/non dairy items. I will say this location is in the corner of the plaza behind the gas station. I love their BlackBerry lemonade! I enjoyed how patient the staff taking my order was with be because this was my 2nd time here. She was even nice about what's onc there menu even though it was right behind us in big letters. I decided till build my own. My husband's decided to get something off the menu. Both pizzas were great! They also have the best ice, the crushed iced. I would definitely return to this location. This establishment claims to be "gluten friendly" they offer a gluten free crust and cauliflower crust which is a great selling point. However, I'm warning you now if you DO have a gluten allergy and are extremely sensitive to contamination like my husband, DON'T come here! First of all the employees on the creation line we encountered were really rushed and were rude and didn't listen to how I wanted my pizza made let alone hear me out about my concerns. They didn't change gloves, they used the same sauce ladle that was used on regular gluten containing crusts which is in a large container of sauce which then contaminates the whole sauce container and then our pizzas were put in the wood fire stove on a non cleaned surface where gluten has been and they were touching other gluten pizzas as well! The same pizza paddle or "peel" was used to place and remove ALL pizzas. Which makes it a contaminating source. To top it off the SAME cutting wheel was used on the gluten free crust that was used on regular crust. I spoke to the manager who apologized and essentially refunded us. But the employees were just so rude and rushed it was difficult to deal with it before it got that far! If you want true gluten sensitive pizza hit up pieology they clean surfaces and clean the oven and use different sauce vats change gloves and tools! 0 stars for MOD pizza read more

Second time coming here to this MOD location. First time customer service was terrible. Today's visit was much better great customer service. Very clean inside, employees wearing masks and gloves. As I'm writing this employee is cleaning the restaurant in between customers. One of the cleanest MOD we have been to. Happy we gave them another try. About five miles away from Ontario Mills. read more

Food was excellent... The gentleman that made our pizza was terrific... Got turned off by his co-worker wearing spandex "shorts" slip on sandals with socks no hair net... Extremely unprofessional... The other workers wore hats or head bands.. I asked for pizza to be well done it was not... Pineapple is cold... Just observed the dishwasher with his pants hanging off his butt... Underwear for days... I will not be returning to THIS location... read more

I usually really enjoy MOD- however I had a less than favorable experience this afternoon. I work at a school and was picking up a pizza for a student (who has a set lunch time). I made sure to order ahead with a pickup time that would work for my student's lunch period. When I arrived at that time they hadn't even started making the pizza yet. I unfortunately made it back late. Also- I ordered a pepperoni pizza and a large portion of this pizza had no pepperoni on it. Really delicious! You make your own pizza or you can choose from a menu. There's to go boxes already out for your convenience along with plates, cheese, chili, sirachi, salt and pepper. They have awesome drink selection. Love the Caramalize peach tea. The "mod" pizza is perfect size for one person. Definitely would come back again! Beautiful beautiful outside seating area!!!! I'm not sure what I was expecting, but it left me wanting. Got in line ordered my pizza, girl who was helping didn't really have much of a personality more like going through the motions. Nothing exciting for my first time. The cashier had a lot more personality. After I ordered my pizza I went to take a seat to wait. They called my name but I couldn't hear over the overly loud music and people trying to talk over the music. The only reason I went up to check my pizza cause I saw the person after me with hers. Pizza was nice and warm would love it to be hotter, but that might be from waiting. The first look at my pizza a whole area of the pizza was missing toppings the only thing on it was the red sauce. Flavors were good. I guess they're kinda like the rest of make your own places. Not a bad place just not the greatest read more

Amazing ! First time here,pizza was great, I was greedy and got their new Oreo shake. super thick and creamy ! All the staff were great, had great senses of humor were really sweet and explained how the various pizzas could be built upon or how you can create you're own . The restaurant itself is nice . Has a great view if you're sitting near the front you can look out over Day creek. I also noticed they might even have an outside patio ? Might take advantage of that next time . Would def go back I think this place is way better than blaze pizza and might be better than pieology(dats my opinion tho!) read more

Service was terrible. Person making my food didn't care about my pizza and threw food on it. No smile, no welcoming attitude by anyone there- not the one making the food or the oven guy. We were bothering them by coming in. Didn't have sliced tomatoes for the pizza or sliced onions. All grossly chopped for god knows how long. Never coming back read more

I have been coming to this location for years. It's the only MOD Pizza location I come too. My best friend and I have come because regardless of the food, the staff has always made us feel welcome and have done a great job. Not too long ago they messed up on our order, but fixed the issue right away. Today when we went in, we were assisted by Monait and Alex. Monait was FAST as hell! Faster than any other person I've EVER been helped by here before. She was also extremely polite and helpful. Alex was very polite as well. I love coming here honestly. My mom and I stopped by here tonight to pick up some pizza for dinner. We walked in and it was perfect because there was no one kn front of us. If you didnt know they have CAULIFLOWER CRUST PIZZA! And that just what we ordered and it was absolutely delicious! Tastes just like the normal stuff not soguy or anything. We had also ordered a salad and the best thing about it is its just like the pizza you can modify it the way you want. The staff was friendly and we got our food fairly fast which was awesome. Don't expect to leave with your order correct. Lesson learned, always open your boxes before leaving. My 6 yr old ordered a cheese pizza and they took it upon themselves to add pesto sauce to a kids cheese pizza!! Had to drive back and therefore wait for them to remake hers and then eat my pizza cold. read more

Was totally unimpressed by the pizza. Waited in line for 20 minutes. The 11 inch pizza seemed relatively small. My daughter ordered the dessert strips with chocolate sauce and it was the size of a tortilla and the chocolate sauce tasted like Hershey's chocolate syrup. Pizza was ok...the pizzas are made like in 5 mins so the great part is that it's not a long wait....my comprades had the regular cheese/sauce/pepperoni/chicken/bacon/Jalapenos/olives.....regular old boring toppings... Me myself I had cheese-sauce-blue cheese crumbles-ricotta-onions-roasted garlic-corn-broccoli-Chicken... Best pizza in SoCal! Best pizza outside of Chicago! The place looked nice from the outside, and I knew I liked it once I walked in and heard them playing Camp Lo. The pizza was so fresh! They rolled my dough in front of me, and topped it with all fresh meats and vegetables. Also, brick pizza oven! I had a 6" mini pizza with red sauce, mozzarella, parmesan, mild sausage, spicy chicken sausage, spinach, black olives, and Greek olives. $6.50. The drink was $2.40, and both the tea and lemonades were great. I could taste every flavor. Both were so strong I had to mix them. I pre-ordered 2 more pizzas to take home later for the family. read more

The customer service here sucks! I mean I rarely experience customer service this bad. The female manager is extremely rude, obnoxious and loud. I just walked in to order a pizza and she was loud and demanding. Management needs to seriously do something about her. She was coughing all over the pizzas and the ingredients. Highly unprofessional! I will not be returning to this MOD. read more

When did they change the thickness or their patties? I'll be sooo mad If all the bakers have done this, this is not worth the 6 plus dollars I paid for it, a large fries and this so called double cheeseburger was almost 11 dollars. I could go to n n out and get better for 8 dollars. Ridiculous and I'm so disappointed.
