One of the best spots to get pizza when ur on the go or just craving a quick easy pizza. I usually always get the combo or the mushroom pizza and it's always good. Can be a bit of wait in the evening but it's worth it. The staff was really friendly and apologized for the wait and gave me a free drink for the wait which was really nice! Pretty good pizza. Ingredients are fresh. I'm not a pizza pie expert so it just tasted like any other pizza place's food. But the staff here is very helpful and courteous. I don't live around here, but came by to pick up pizza our friend ordered for game of thrones night. Best part though, is their dessert. They have fresh chocolate (ding dongs) dessert that's freshly baked. I think they're a big draw of MOD. The dining area is also very clean and decent sized. My wife loves this place, she was having me get gluten free Dominos every Thursday for a year now and they got skimpy on their toppings. We used to eat at the Mod near our house but it closed due to Covid-19 and never reopened. This one is kind of a drive for us but worth it. They give you all the toppings you want, no questions asked and not a whole lot more than the price of Dominos gluten free. We will definitely make this our Thursday night pizza from now on. read more

Clean inside, lots of toppings to choose from, and a quickly cooked pie. Situated in the new shopping plaza on Day Creek and Baseless, Mod's clean and comfortable atmosphere is a fine place to partake of your customized pizza. Service was fast and friendly. The pizza itself is A-OK, if not totally memorable. Maybe I've had my share of these types of pies? I'm sure I'll be back when I'm in the mood for this type of quick-cooked pizza. read more

Tonight we experienced a disaster. It was unorganized and the wait was outrageous. We waited in line for 30 minutes just to place an order. There was no cheese so we had to wait for that. The manager told us we got free pizza and drinks which is fine and it was appreciated however they were clearly overwhelmed. The staff was undertrained and it showed. The manager who was putting the pizza in the oven wasn't wearing gloves while handling food and was yelling at the obviously untrained staff for being UNTRAINED?! The pizza that I personally got was literally wet, undercooked and salty. The juice was literally dripping off the pizza. They kept giving the wrong people the wrong pizza. They were just disorganized and rude. The guy that made my pizza kept saying "anything else" which was extremely off putting. This is a really chill place with great pizzas. They have the most toppings of any of the popular build your own pizza shops and they offer the most sizes and options. The cheese and garlic bread is delicious too. What really puts this place over the top for me is the $2 beers on Tuesdays. Yep that's right! $2 draft beers all day every Tuesday. Currently they have Hangar 24 and Betty IPA. As if that wasn't enough, the staff is super firendly and always take good care of you. I was recently traveling through California and had a stop here and I was blown away by how friendly and welcoming the staff was. I had never been to a MOD before and they were super accommodating and explained to me how their menu worked. The manager there Allison was professional and knowledgeable. The pizza was pretty good, the dough was soft inside and I little crispy on the outside, felt wood fired. The toppings were generous for the price and it came together well. Absolutely amazing!!! I had drove by multiple times taking my son to his therapy and one day after we decided to stop for lunch. Upon walking in we were immediately met with a friendly hello and smiling happy faces!! The store was spotless and I loved the design on the inside!! So I might come again to give it a second shot. - Employees NOT working fast enough during lunch hours Now that's a red flag. (I was the 2nd out of 3 people in line when I arrivedIt could of gone a lot faster.) -Employees placed pizza on wrong tray with wrong name ( that's kinda ok, mistakes happen.) I also noticed two employees either on lunch or off work, dining here, which is totally appropriate. But not when they are distracting the employees working by talking -But I waited longer for my pizza - not ok (until I realised that might be me.) All in all, I love the pizza here and don't eat out often on lunch breaks, so if I do and it doesn't go accordingly it's not a happy lunch hour. Nothing to brag about, the cheese to me seemed like it was imitation mozzarella. The cheese at Blaze and Pieology is much better. This review is purely based on the food. The service is good. I wanted to try out their featured pizza called The Sophie; the pizza has White sauce, arugula, mozzarella, bacon, artichokes, parmesan, swirl of sri-rancha. My brother went with Calexico which has Red sauce, mozzarella, gorgonzola, chicken, jalapenos, hot buffalo sauce. We both opted to take the pizzas to go and eat them at our parent's house. Once we tried them, it was fine. I think I would've liked it better had I built my own pizza. The combination of all of the ingredients for both pizzas didn't seem to go well to me. With the saturation of this industry of build-your-pizza booming, MOD isn't very high on my list and unfortunately, isn't my go-to for building my own pizza. read more

This is the closest one to my house and usually the friendliest. Majority of the workers have great customer service, however yesterday was disappointed to see six people working and two did not wear any facial covering at all. One person was responsible for moving the pizzas in and out of the oven. The other person appeared to be a manager taking a zoom conference in the eating area. This person was nearly yelling versus talking in a normal tone. The sad part this person was exclaiming frustration in orders being placed at the same time and having the dilemma of how to complete the orders while customers are in the store getting impatient.
