We've been going to Sal's Pizza so long, they used to be across the street, behind Bob's Big Boy Restaurant, and that was a long time ago! Anyway, we purchased four pizza's for the Superbowl back in February 2026. Each pizza was delicious, with the ingredients tasty , and each perfectly placed on each pie! Not only were the pizza's perfectly on time, they were scrumptious to the taste. Our party consisted of one guy and four women, and each woman had two pieces! The payment through Zelle is an excellent way to pay, so good that more restaurants like this should accept these types of payment plans. All in all it was a great Superbowl party, with very good pizza's, thanks to Sal's Pizza! read more

I've ordered from Sals a ton of times, I have ALWAYS tipped good. No matter how much the bill is it's always $15-25. Any delivery driver that came to my house can attest that. Today I call to order delivery he tells me well with gas prices and to go that far we'd rather you pick it up... I mentioned I tip well every time and if they delivered to me before it shouldn't be an issue. Gas prices aren't my problem, if they worried about gas charge a higher delivery fee and if people don't want to pay it that's up to them. Just frustrating. Sals lost a very good customer. Horrible service, horrible pizza. The last time we ordered a pizza from here, they still had delivery. We had to order an extra large because of the minimum amount for delivery. The pizza was RAW!!!!!! Now delivery is not every day and they DO NOT accept their own coupon!! Went in to complain and the owner, unfortunately not Sal, yelled when I told him the pizza was RAW!!! Said he didn't need my business!! Interestingly, non of the teenagers were working, but a little girl was taking orders!!! I was stunned! I was in the neighborhood and wanted to pick up a pizza, saw Sal's in the Sprouts shopping center and looked it up on Yelp. I used to go to 19th Street across the street, cheap pizza but the quality was ok until the owner burned me. Bought 5-6 extra large pizzas and asked for any specials, he told me they didn't have any that applied. When I got there, he still didn't mention anything. Imagine spending over $100 on pizza when there WAS a special that applied? Anyway, Sal's was really good, definitely more expensive but the quality was excellent. I have been coming to Sal's for 28 years now. My dad was in town so I wanted him to try it. I ordered and forgot to bring cash. They told me I could Zelle the money but I don't typically do that. Kind of freaks me out lol. Probably not a big deal but I like to pay cash. They told me not to worry to have my husband do it when I got home. They told me to take the pizza and that was so sweet. There is no place to sit down and eat, it is 100% a pick up and go pizza place. There are just a couple chairs to sit while you wait for your order. We were not disappointed with our order, pizza's are freshly made and come out hot! I'm a big fan of how they loaded our pizza up with toppings! My only complaint was I wish it was a bit more crispy, the bottom of our pizza wasn't undercooked.. just a bit soft. If it had been cooked for a couple extra minutes for the bottom to get firm/crunchy this pizza would have been perfection! I will definitely be back and attempt to request my pizza to be cooked a bit longer if possible. Even then I still enjoyed and would recommend anyone to try this place! read more

I'm a Sal's OG. Pizza night when I was younger was always Sal's and I was never mad at it, but now I'm a little mad at it. Easily some of the most mid pizza in the area. If you like thick crust that's cool, I do too, but they liter this pizza with mounds of cheese, normal ingredients, it's nothin special. Simplicity ain't a bad thing, but nothing shines in the flavor of this pizza. The sauce? I'm not even sure what the sauce tastes like. On our way to Sprouts I felt like picking up a pizza from this spot. Walked in & ordered only to find out that this is a cash only pizza parlor. When I suggested that I might not have cash on me I was told "don't worry, pay me next time" like if to say that how good my pizza is that you'll be back.
