Ordering is a breeze since you can see all the options in front of you and you can add whatever you want for one set price. I like to try different things when I come here just to see if I can stumble across new delicious combinations. FYI The Caspian is a damn good pizza and I'm not a fan of chicken on pizza. When we got there it was really busy and the employees were rushing around to get every ones orders made in a timely manner. First visit this past weekend and will not be our last!!! Very family friendly with a Chipotle feel when ordering. You start with the dough and add your own toppings. First time here. It's true, it's like Subway for pizza. They have a 6 inch or the 11 inch MOD pizza. My wife and I chose the 11 inch MOD pizza. We both had mushroom and artichokes. The crust was perfect. Light and crispy. Toppings tasted fresh and the sauce was good and flavorful. I loved their tea. Very lightly sweet. My wife had the black tea and I had the pear tea. It was delicious. We also tried their strip and dip garlic strips. It's the 6 inch dough with minced garlic with a little butter and cheese. Very good but my only negative was the red sauce. It comes in those little plastic cups with the lid. It was cold. I like my sauce warm to hot. Everything was great. It's good if you're in a hurry or for a sit down supper. This place has really gone down-hill since it opened. The place is dirty and there seems to be no effort to keep it clean. The self serve drink area is filthy, and you can tell they never clean the rack that store napkins, straws, etc... There is dust and sticky residue like they've never cleaned it. The fountain drink reservoirs look gross, like there's something growing inside. I once saw an employee make a "sorry attempt" to wipe the area down with a dirty/wet dish rag and actually made it worse. It also seems like the employees don't really care. The younger staff are more interested in taking a smoke break out in the back. I think I'm done with this place. Shame... *sigh* read more
