The pickles have more flavor and seasoning than the meat. The fries are just okay. I got chili-cheese on top and really could have taken it or left it. We got a few pieces of chicken and they were again, just okay. My favorite from here, which always has been, were the cheese curds. These are so yummy. But at the end of the day, if I were to hear this chain bellied up, I wouldn't miss them. Not enough seasoning or flavor for wayyyyy too many dollar signs taken out of my bank account.

While I understand the confusion regarding the egg was my mistake, the overall quality of the meal was unacceptable--the lettuce was wilted and the tomatoes were soggy. After returning, it took approximately 15 minutes for a manager to assist me. Both Liz and the manager displayed a nonchalant attitude and did not offer an apology. Instead, I was simply asked if I wanted another salad. When I expressed my concerns, I was told the items come premade and was given multiple excuses. At that point, I declined the offer for a replacement. Given the inconvenience, poor food quality, and lack of customer service, I did not feel confident accepting another meal from this location. Overall, this experience was frustrating and disappointing, and it does not reflect the level of service I would expect.

The young lady who took my order was friendly, helpful, and provided excellent customer service. What puzzled me was how quickly my food came out. By the time I put my wallet away and walked over to find a seat, my order was already ready. I initially assumed the cook had been listening as I ordered and that the freshly grilled chicken had just come off the grill, been tossed in the sauce and boxed up. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. I got home about five minutes later, and the chicken was only barely warm. It tasted like it had been cooked an hour earlier and then tossed with sauce before being served to me. The rice was also very dry and clumpy instead of light and fluffy. Had the chicken been hot and the rice not clumpy , my experience would have been much better. While the customer service was excellent, the quality of the food wasn't a five star for me. I'm not sure I'll be returning.

From the beginning of my order, I felt that my requests were not being accommodated, which was frustrating. When I got to the window to pick up my food, I reached out and took the bag from the employee (Her name is Sunshine), she immediately said "Wow, you are rude". then closed the drive-thru window. I motioned for her to reopen the window because I wanted to address the situation but instead I was told to "move it along" because there was another customer waiting behind me. As a paying customer, I felt dismissed and very dissatisfied. I don't believe speaking to a customer that way or ending the interaction by shutting the window is appropriate. Do better with your employees' training and work ethic, Panda Express.

It's pretty quiet and honestly they should have more dine in business because of how spacious the restaurant is and because of how sweet everyone is.
