no urgency. getting a drive thru order shouldn't take 20 MINUTES!!!!! this is ridiculous.

They stop taking orders every evening about 10:40pm for shift change. Last 4 times I've gone when I get off from work they are not taking orders. This time waited the 10 minutes for shift change and then waited in line. Got home my food was all cold in the middle. Horrible management here. read more

I recently went to Burger King on 1960 and six to pick up the survey whopper when a Hispanic woman at the drive-through laughed at me, belittling me and asked if I really needed the free whopper. Worst location every!!! Will never come back to this location. Me and my husband yesterday (7-7-22) was waiting in line and over heard a manager (Hispanic Lady) she didn't have on a name tag speaking raciest slurs in her native language, about an employee. I came to this Burger king at 12929 FM 1960 West. There was a customer in front of me. I was totally ignored by this short young lady, and after standing there for about 4 minutes she decides she wanted to help me. She said, are you ready now? But she had ignored me for the whole entire time. She proceeded to make me feel as if I didn't want to be help. I worked in the customer service industry for year. I downloaded and used the app. Ordered a whopper with only lettuce and nuggets. I've been going to this Burger King for quite some time. They revamped themselves. The inside and outside looks more updated. However, I can not stress enough, always check your order. Inside and outside. The drive-through is usually the worst. Missing entire meals, really stinks by the time you get home and have only a meal to feed everyone else except for yourself! I eat here only because it is convenient. They frequently forget to give me a straw. The biggest annoyance though is their inability to take credit cards. If you pull up to the first window, and hand them a credit card, they will walk off to the front of the store to charge your card, and then will return with with your card, and sometimes your drink. They then tell you to pull up to the next window to get your food, which is where they just went to charge your card. It's an annoyance. I hate going there. read more

Burger King has been so much drama for me lately at other locations. But i swooped in here since i was in the area. Drive thru was fast and friendly. They had me pull around to the front to wait for food even though no one was behind me. It only took them a couple minutes to bring my food out and it was piping hot. I guess they just wanna get their steps in for the day by bringing food out cuz i saw them bring a couple more bags out to other cars . Overall, good experience and i hipe it doesn't change just cuz i now found a new BK to frequent lol. Will be back! The only bad experience here was exiting the parking lot. My wife and I saw an advertisement on TV and realized we had not been to a BK for a long time. I know the competition is tough out there and decided to give them a try, so I did a quick search on my computer for a location, and looked at the bk.com site menu. There website had "OUR OFFERS" with deals on items. You can click on an offer and choose restaurant order and redeem. Then a screen opens with a four digit code with instructions to "use code at cashier Redeem in next 15:00" and the time starts to countdown. All seemed easy enough. We drove to our nearest BK in 8 minutes, went to the drive thru, gave our code, the server verified the order, drove up to the window and the window server said I needed a coupon. He would not let me have my order without a printed coupon, so we just left! Printing was never mentioned anyplace on the website that I can see. I went back home and looked at the website again, nope, no printing mentioned. I tried to see if it even allowed printing and it doesn't allow individual "offer" printing because its not a coupon, its just an offer. It will be a long time before we give BK an opportunity to serve us again. Complete waste of time. read more
