Make sure you get the Old World Pepperoni, it's mucho better than regular. If you sign up on the app though, they will send you discounts at least once a week. I have purchased from here so many times I cannot even count. I have never had a major issue until today, and it's important that I make it known what happened. While we were eating my daughter found something in her pizza that was very gross and it had hair on it. I called and the "Shift Leader" (who told me she doesn't give out her name) told me that they could remake or refund the pizza. The quality of this location has been deteriorating, and it's officially arrived. You can tell when entering that the work culture of the environment is off. When I originally came I told the person at the front I was there for a pick up. He mumbled to me what my name was, and I asked him to repeat himself because he was talking under his tongue. He told me to come back in 5 minutes. Came back another chick grabs the pizza for me and acted as if she didn't want me to open it before I walked out. To the naked eye it looked exactly like I ordered it. Missed the weird hair ball thing they threw in it. I could tell when the "shift leader" got on the phone I wasn't going to be getting very far. The fact that she doesn't give out her name was crazy to me. What kind of establishment is this exactly to where you don't have the common courtesy to say your name? No pics but my husband and I did order 2 pizza bowls recently . They executed the toppings except the fact that extra cheese but have meant 4 times the cheese. I could hardly eat it as it was so rubbery and had to chew so much that I just gave up. My husband also ordered extra cheese that day. His was quite normal. Not sure where the inconsistency lies. I called in an order for pick-up and when I arrived at the store, I was the only customer in there but the employee was on the phone at the register with a customer and the other employee was standing in the back staring at me and He could've greeted me or asked if I needed something because he was clearly available but it's cool, no big deal. What isn't cool is that after waiting for 3-5 minutes for the employee to get off the phone, a woman comes in and as the employee at the register wraps up his phone call, he immediately helps her as opposed to me? Do we not help customers in the order that they arrive in the store? Again, not a big deal at all, but strange that customers wouldn't be helped in the order they arrive to the store and is a bit telling. We've ordered pizza here before and it was really good in the past. Tonight it was not. The pizza was so greasy I couldn't even eat it. There was so much grease it absorbed into the crust. Maybe this is an off issue but it's enough for me to not eat here again. My husband ate 2 slices and my son only ate 1 because it was so greasy. The pizza wasn't even cut all the way through and we had to cut the pizza ourselves. Their cheesy bread was good but with all the garlic butter they add I could only eat 1 little rectangle. The pizza started out looking and smelling great. The Magnifico Pepperoni. My neighbor and I stared eating, and I said "eww" there is a hair in my slice. She then said, "I have one too!" I have ordered from this location multiple times with no problems and the pizzas here are really good, but the customer service needs work. I ordered a pizza online and there was slight mix up with the order and I was delivered the wrong pizza. I called to inform them about the problem and was told that there is nothing they could do about it and hung up. I called back and a manager said she would send out the correct pizza I just needed to make sure they get the other one back and it would be at my door in 20-30 minutes. After a hour and a half, I called back and was basically was given a run around and told many lies to the point where I had to demand a refund and try to find something else at 11pm for my family to eat. Our first time ordering from here and it did not disappoint. We ordered online for pick up and it was easy to order from the website. It also was ready within 15 minutes, which was quick. We got a large pizza, original crust, with old world pepperoni (the smaller pepperonis) & mushrooms. The crust was really good, not too hard at the thicker part; usually I don't eat it bc it's too hard/crunchy, but this had a good texture and I ate the crust. They put a good amount of mushrooms on it, which we appreciated, and the mushrooms themselves were very fresh. The hot and red chili flavors were also off. I am pretty sure I have ordered wings from Marcos before and do not remember them like this. **Update 10/24/2017** I was contacted by Marcos pizza and explained the wings and they apologized and credited that amount for next time.
