I think it's the best pizza in Katy and the service is excellent. Place looks very cozy.

First and last visit to this location. First sign, only two patrons were inside. It's was junky and crowded. It didn't look clean at all. There were chairs piled along the wall in the hallway. The young person taking the orders couldn't hear standing next to and behind the plexiglass. I had driven there so fingers crossed the pizza would be tasty I was told 18 minutes to cook. Upon returning for my pizza. They couldn't find my order. Then I was accused of not paying for my order. Which is literally ludicrous because you pay for the pizza when you order... What the what? The pizza was not at all like the original Godfather's. It was nowhere near deep dish. It wasn't good overall. The sauce was terrible and even worse the next morning. Not everyone should buy a franchise. Try at your own risk. read more

Why did i wait so long to try this place? I actually had twice in a week, one in store and on delivery. Both turned hour hot and fresh. This pizza is hand down one of the best in Katy. Don't wait, and they have great combos. Our waitress//server was amazing. I can't remember her name but she's been there 4 years. Genuinely happy to have new customers to please. Place is small and quaint. Should have a line out the door always in my opinion. read more

Delicious. Absolutely delicious takeout pizza made fresh. It's a small pizza joint which means they can focus on your pizza experience. As soon as I got out to pickup my pizza, I could smell delicious Italian meals in the air. The aroma was so good that I added another takeout item just to hang out. Their menu has enough variety to meet your Italian appetite. 4 stars for this pizza joint. I didn't dine in because this place has extremely limited seating. read more

Food: pizza very good although I like it more with Italian tomato sauce & herbs. Services: excellent & kind. Ambiance: small but it is decent acceptable and clean. read more

Godfathers Pizza - Create Your Own Pizza Classic Combo- Medium 8 Slice - Pizza Near Me - Katy, Texas

This is a hidden gem in Katy, cannot believe it took us so long to see it! Everything we wanted in pizza was here. I had and individual pizza that was the perfect size, tasted great and a really good price! It was a great place to eat they also have take out. The service is wonderful, attentive but not over bearing. Highly recommended. read more

Stopped by for dinner with my family and got a vegan veggie pizza and a chocolate chip cookie pie and everything was delicious! Also Ian was super friendly and helpful to not only us but everyone that walked in. Although the sitting area was not huge it was very welcoming. We do not live close but we will keep them in mind the next time we're in the area. read more

Ambiance: Visited godfathers pizza last weekend. It's a cute small location; they had positive reviews and after seeing pictures of the monkey bread , we had to try. Order: All meat combo / Hot Stuff combo / monkey bread The pizzas were great. The dough was perfect, the sauce was good and the toppings were to be expected. The monkey bread on the other hand was very disappointing. It wasn't moist and the cinnamon just sat there. Service: The service was great, everyone was nice and help with out decisions for the pizza (high recommendations) Overall Experience: If I'm on this side of town; I'd come for the pizza but wouldn't recommend the monkey bread. read more

Great place with great food. Staff was friendly and service was excellent. The music was my personal favorite; Christian radio. Will be coming back read more

Was looking at the menu online and there's a couple of different crust options and I didn't understand the difference. So I called in and spoke with one of the most pleasant people, wish I remembered his name so I could include it here! He was ready and very happy to explain it to me. So, all of the pizzas are made with the same dough, but the original is pan style and more doughy/thick, the golden is buttery and less dense and more flakey, and then they have thin crust (self explanatory). I went with the golden option :) Before I ended the call, the gentleman asked if there was anything else he could help with, and when I said "Nope that's all" he said he looked forward to seeing my order and "God bless you". How extremely kind and rare these days. Sir, Thank you for being a breath of fresh air in this climate and your customer service won us over as a customer Godfather pizza! read more

We were in town at Hermann memorial and this place was close and had good reviews so we tried it and the guy in the elevator was like oh godfathers pizza is the best pizza out there they had closed all of them down except this one. So I had a good feeling about it. We got pepperoni, chicken bacon ranch, cheese sticks and caramel monkey bread. All were 5 out of 5 stars. Excellent! High recommended. read more

The pizza and desserts are excellent. The one thing I've tried that wasn't crazy about was the bone in wings. Flavor of the buffalo sauce was great, the wings however weren't crispy at all. I put them in the air fryer for about 10 minutes and they still weren't crispy enough for me. They were also pretty small. Overall great pizza though read more

Poor customer service. Very rude person at the front. Being pleasant goes a long way especially if you want customers to return.

I'm in love I only eat pizza from here nothing else compares . I promise add Philly cheesesteak and chicken on the supreme or meat lovers pizza ! read more

Delicious pizza! Their thin and crispy pizza is just perfect! I like the fact that they don't skimp on the cheese either. We sat down inside and the customer service was really good too. They are quite busy with a lot of to go orders it seems so just got to keep that in mind if you decide to dine in! It's a little hard to find in the shopping plaza but other than that this is a gem read more

I remember this place when it was on Bissonnet and Diary Ashford back in the late 90s the recipe is still great ! Don't let the hole in the wall look fool you the food and service is still bomb . The manager was very great to us he had me going down memory lane ..great customer service . The cook in the back gave us a very tasty supreme super combo pizza .Not many places these days will offer both nostalgia and service at the same time but this location did its job faithfully. How time flies ..thank you ! read more

Godfathers Pizza - Some damn good pizza!!! - Pizza Near Me - Katy, Texas

Was spending the day with a friend when he was craving pizza and so we decided to head over to Godfathers Pizza. Based off the name alone we knew it had to be good and we were right! Upon entering, it had a quaint, family-owned vibe that I loved. The menu was DIVERSE as they had many different types of pizzas and deserts which I was super happy about because my sweet tooth was BEGGING. My friend ordered the medium pepperoni pizza which was hot, and super cheesy - it literally had the perfect amount of cheese pull. Best pert, was that it was delicious. He is a super picky eater but he loved it. I don't even like pepperoni pizzas and I have to agree. I got the cinnamon monkey bread which was to die for. I'm the bread tasted super rich kind of like a soft biscuit. And it was the perfect level of sweet. It also had a great amount of cinnamon and icing. It was really just a perfectly balanced desert for me. Katy is a little out the way for me, but trust me when I say I'll be back for this!!! read more

Food nostalgia. One bite takes me back 4 decades to my first visit to Godfather's in Wichita, Kansas. That's how consistent their quality is. Superior sauce and toppings and cheese. No other pizza has cheese that browns so evenly. Simply excellent! read more

Great pizza I was really surprised with the amount of toppings you get. They definitely give Fuzzies a run for their money.

So I've never eaten at this chain before, saw all of the good Yelp reviews and said let's give this a try! This was average or below average pizza. Bland crust on the thicker side, a lot of sauce, very greasy, and the ranch isn't even homemade. I'm really confused by all of the great reviews. This area surely has better options for pizza. This was definitely overpriced for the quality. On the bright side, service was quick, the pizza came out hot, and it was clean inside! Wouldn't come back here again though. read more

Ok so we heard about this place. When you see it yeah it looks like a little hole in the wall but you know what they say about those places. They are the best place to eat! Well it sure is the case with this place, the pizza is absolutely amazing and delicious! It's that thick Chicago style pizza. Our pizza was the meats and it was so good! We ordered carry out and there was a nice old man there that gave it to us and it was that simple. We opened the box in the car and it looked so good we didn't even drive home before having a slice! Yummmm! We will definitely be going back and trying more items on their menu. read more

You know the pizza is good when you see a Pizza Hut employee in their uniform picking up Godfathers pizza! Owner great person!

Food was great! They even carry gluten free pizza. Located conveniently near Falcon Ridge. Said it'd be ready in 20 minutes and it was.

Godfathers pizza is just as good as it was many, many years ago. The service was great, and the pizza was just as full as always. Thank you very much!! Godfathers really need to open more locations. read more

Not going to lie. Low key crazy expensive. Maybe inflation?? But TBH def worth the price! The cheese was super stringy and sauce had great flavor. They ran out of jumbo crusts (??) so they have us two larges instead! Yes it's corporate pizza, but better than Pizza Hut or Marcos! I love how they have different styles of crusts and a bunch of options! Even calzones!!! I am excited to have found this place! Will be back! read more

Every time we order here, the pizza is fast and fresh. The young woman, Tina, who works in the front is gem! She is so sweet and always makes sure she gets the order correct. The owner is great as well, always a smile on his face and takes pride in the food they serve. Never had a bad experience, 10/10 always recommend Godfathers Pizza in Katy! read more

This is my husband's favorite pizza (every Sunday nite). Also, the young lady (long dark hair-don't know her name) is very impressive. Mr. Manager=she is always hustling, inquires about your pizza and has a great attitude. Pretty rare these days. Keep up the great work! read more

Ordered a THIN pizza extra crispy , toppings are falling off and under carriage is not even trying to be crispy. Floppy sad pizza. Oh and $30 read more

Probably the best chain pizza in Katy. Staff was friendly, food was good, the order was made correctly (a problem with other places.) I've ordered from here twice and I noticed an attention to detail is used when making the pizzas. The topping are evenly placed around the pizza, not just thrown on and pushed about. The cheese is evenly spread around without bald spots. It's neither undercooked nor burnt. I do not know if this shop is run by a manager or the owner, but the person greeting me and taking my money seemed to truly appreciate my business. The drawbacks: It has always been a bit pricey, and the specials are for combos I'm not interested in buying. I want pizza specials sans side items. Chicken wings, dessert, or potato wedges is not what I desire. They finally had a special for two one topping pizzas which is what I used. Their location is horrible, but that only matters for carry out. I will order from here again. read more

Ordered pizza yesterday and after eating only three slices of the pizza I started to feel sick and within 30 minutes I was in the bathroom, throwing up. Went to the hospital and was told I had food poisoning. And this was the only food I had to eat for the day. read more

I called in an order for a personal pepperoni, mushroom pizza, the person who took my call sounded rude over the phone, after she took my order, she said itll be ready in 20 minutes, I got to the restaurant after he 20 minutes to pick up my pizza, the same person who took my order took my payment, she still had attitude, she handed me my pizza, after I left I had a chance to try my pizza that I waited 20 minutes for, the 1st bite and every other bite after that was disgusting, the crust was chewy and almost stale, the pizza sauce tasted horrible, I had hopes for this place, considering the reviews I read on Yelp, I know I would have enjoyed my pizza if I would of gone to Dominos or little Cesar's. read more

Had a Taco pizza and it was just like getting one in Omaha which is where Godfathers pizza was founded. I was very happy with the quality of the food.
