The kid who picked up the phone said 40 minutes, which I thought was a little odd because it was a Tuesday night and it rained earlier that day, so I doubted people were out and about dining out for dinner. I arrived 10 minutes early, and the store was empty with no orders were being made; not busy at all. -The pizza ($18.99) was cold when I got home (please note: I live 6 minutes away), as if it had been made 30 minutes before and just sitting on top of their conveyor belt oven. It's got Italian sausage, pepperoni, black and green olives, onions, mushrooms, and green peppers. The pizza was delivered with little packets of Parmesan and red pepper flakes - something that many pizza places have stopped doing. I liked that the pizza crust was well-baked, so while it was on the thinner side (which I prefer), you could still hold a slice with one hand. No squishy dough anywhere - which makes leftovers much better (even cold). I'll definitely be ordering from these folks again. read more

This place has no regard for their customers! The online delivery ordering service is a joke. They tell you that your pizza will be ready in 50-60 minutes. The time passed and I heard nothing about the status of my order, so I called and asked when my pizza would be delivered. I ordered pizza for my friend from this place a few weeks ago via Doordash pickup. The wait was long, but that was to be expected. I know things are crazy right now with Covid. I went inside to check on my order and was completely disgusted to see both of the people making pizzas (an older Asian woman with glasses and an older Caucasian man) with no masks on. There were two kids working there (high schoolers I believe) that had no masks on either. The customers in there...you guessed it...had no masks on. I ended up canceling my order because of their blatant disregard of Covid protocols. We've come to know the owner and staff, and we CONTINUE to order due to the excellent service, care and attention, quality of the food, and the care these folks have for what they do. This is not fast-food pizza. This is a craft; please, if you are in a hurry, listen when they give you a wait time. Don't ding them on social media because good food? Good food TAKES. TIME. Further, having known these folks for over 6 years there is no way at all that the owner is ever rude, or unprofessional, or anything but the most courteous man to his customers. Decent pizza, I have had it twice now. Both times that they had a stand set up a the local brewery. I haven't been the the restaurant so can't comment on that. I had a slice of the Shoppe Deluxe. Not much sauce but had plenty of toppings. It had pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, onions, green peppers, black and green olives. The Crust is a little chewy, but not a bad pizza. I like the fact that they use green olives, you don't see that at most pizza places. I do like the pizza here better than most chains, I would probable like it even better if I picked up one hot from the actual store. I ordered a pizza online tonight. I was told it would be delivered in 50 minutes and after 60 minutes I called to check the status and was told it would be another 20 minutes. After expressing my disdain, I was sarcastically asked if I had ever worked in the restaurant business (which I did for 12 years), and was basically told that I could cancel.
