El PriceO, a little pricey for a 16" pepperoni pizza and really pricey for a 16oz soda.

After reviewing on the website, I thought what the heck let's see what they have to offer where good pizza is served. (Catch the play on words there?). They do serve pizza by the slice, it is pricey at $9.73(w/tax) per slice. I ordered a medium(only medium and large offered) pepperoni. I was taken back by the cost of $23.80 for a medium pizza and small drink. I have to say when the pizza arrived, the presentation was very nice. They use some type of cheese that produces a lot of grease on the pizza. I have to say even though the crust seemed a little under done in the center and it didn't pass the hold up test. The flavor was like a "Flavor Bomb" going off in my mouth. I could taste the Parmesan and Basil and the outer crust was nice and crispy. Their cheese and peppers is served in individual envelops even in the restaurant. On a Great Note: one of the best tasting pizzas I've had in a while and I eat lots of pizza. They have coke products that are pretty basic, looks as if they sell beer on tap as well. The restroom was clean. The restaurant itself is small, they have a small counter area to sit by the register and four, two person tables. The service was great, Ms. Dahlia was fantastic. Pleasant and always had a smile on her face. The other lady in the store was nice as well. The four stars was based solely on price, everything else was fantastic. While I was sitting in the store, two different sets of couples came in and left after seeing or asking about the price. I hope the owners get the message "Food is Great, prices are not".

The homemade sauce was pretty good. Though, the crust could use some improvement (we really like the dough recipe by Brother's Pizzeria at 1029 Highway 6 Suite 100, Houston, TX 77079). Reminder to Self: skip the shredded parmigiana next time, as it made the pizza too salty. For $26.99, the TX-sized pie justifies the price tag as they are very large slices and can feed a family of four easily. Beware: limited seating so prepare to takeout and getting to the Katy food Hall strip mall is a bit challenging. Customer service was okay. The food was not hot upon pickup, which was a little disappointing. Will need to try the wings and other menu options next time!

Ate this pizza at a holiday party and immediately had to know where it came from. Now we are here!! BEST NEW PIZZA JOINT IN TOWN!! If there are any bad reviews on here, those people are probably lovers of Dominos, Pizza Hut or Little Caesars....this crust is insane!! Not as BIG as NY Street style pizza, but pretty darn close!! I barely finished 2 slices. Only ONE size pizza comes with 8 slices.... They could easily be cut into 16 slices and feed more!! So happy to find this GEM!!

This little pizza joint recently opened in the Katy area. Walking in, you'll notice how clean and organized everything is. It's small and there are only 4 tables inside. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Service was great (our second time here) and the overall vibe of this place is nice. We ordered the namesake pizza, the republic and garlic knots. On our first visit, the garlic knots were huge! This visit, they looked half the original size. It could be that they weren't finished proofing all the way. I could understand that since more people arrived to place orders. The knots are tasty! But, another flavorful thing included is the garlic dipping sauce. Really delicious. It tasted like a cross between toum and a Caesar salad dressing. We ordered an extra side of this dipping sauce! The Republic pizza was delicious. The sauce is house made and has a vibrant, fresh flavor. Honestly, if they would sell the pizza sauce and garlic dipping sauces by the quart, I'd buy them. Anyways, this pizza has: house made tomato sauce, Parmesan, mozzarella, olive oil & fresh basil. Harmonious flavors on a thin, crispy crust. Now I can't say this is a NY style pizza for sure but it reminded me of one. One important thing I forgot to mention is that they only sell one size of pizza. It's Texas sized so it's pretty damn big. Think of it as an XL pizza. Perfectly sized for a football game viewing or birthday party. We plan on coming back to try the other pizzas offered on the menu. Definitely recommend!

We got the Republic pizza.

I looked up new places to try and this place pulled up. So glad it did! The pizza was fantastic! I think this is one of my new favorite pizza places! The staff was great, the place is clean and the pizza is chefs kiss! Highly recommend you give them a shot but come hungry their pies are HUGE!!

Republic Pizza + Pepperoni

RPBLC Pizza is the best NY/NJ style pizza west of Fry Road! Definitely a top spot in all of greater Houston. This reminded me of my time living in NYC. I love the option to get a large pie or by the slice, and rumor has it, they will begin selling 13 inch pies soon. The service was great! We had a good conversation about the restaurant, its origins, and what makes this place special. I recommend RPBLC Pizza to anyone and everyone.

First thing, the image does not do the size justice. It feels like being one of the sign spinners in the side of the roads, although I would not recommend spinning this cardboard. Place is averagely modern, staff is nice and the only downside is the pizza is alright. I'd recommend going once just to see if the taste is for you and to feel a little small holding the box. We all need an ego check from time to time.

Ordered online for the first time and these meatballs were awful. They are not as big as they were in the picture and this was $19.00 for them to be in a weird soup.

When we ordered this pizza we didn't know how big it was and the reviews did not do it justice. So if you order it be aware it's HUGE! HOWEVER it's pretty good. We paid 30 for 1 pie and for how big it , id say it's pretty worth it. The associates were nice and helpful. She recommended re cooking time as she wanted us to really enjoy it which was super nice. She was friendly and joked with us. Pizza is delicious. We got the pepperoni with half onion and extra cheese. By reheating it the pizza has a nice even crunch to soft pillow ratio. I feel like this is the type of pizza you see in movies with friends. Will be going back.

Outstanding pizza. Best in Katy in my opinion. Looking forward to the expansion. It's what New York style should be.

The pizza doesn't taste fresh made. Crust is tough. The service was good and fast and the restaurant was clean.

This pizza shop has a fresh take on pizzas with Indian flavors. Tucked away from the city but…read morecloser to some of the most populous suburbs, Ashay has items on the menu that will change the way you look at pizzas. We regularly order their samosa chat pizza, made with the traditional street food, samosas, a spicy potato filled pastry with spicy and tangy condiments. Our second most favorite is the chicken tikka pizza, an interesting take on the British national dish! While this place only offers takeout, you can take it to one of the parks around here and turn it into a picnic or just make your car trunk your moving dining area. Staff is polite and welcoming. Recommend giving this a try!

I have never had Indian style pizza and wow! I want more of it!! If you are looking for a…read moretraditional style pizza this might not be the place for you but if you are looking for a flavor party in your mouth - get the samosa pizza. It has a thin crust with all the curried potatoes and peas hit nicely with the sauces you normally dip in. The sweet is a tiny hit over the savory veggie flavors with just a bit of cheese to almost hold it together. It was so good. I ordered to go via door dash as I was staying with a family member and got hungry while they were at work. I used Yelp to find something close and pick a location that had delivery options. My ordered arrived within 30 minutes placing it. A few days later I was at the plaza and the person at the counter was dancing and waved as I walked by. I am sure the people make the space worth a stop.
