Well I have to start by saying... the website and online menu do not match the current one. Very…read moredisappointing. We came to order certain items that were shown on the website and NONE of them were offered anymore. Management needs to get on that. Can ya say that's like false advertising to someone looking for those items and can't get them. We did order something else because we had made the trip out there already. The pizza was good and they should be given credit for that. The spaghetti and meatballs was a hard pass and the garlic bread was hard as a rock. I inquired about the HUGE change of menu and the advertising on the store window and was informed that they no longer are carrying all those things and the young man sincerely apologized for the inconvenience. I wish I was able to say more positive things but until the website is updated and the window advertising changes , I have to stick to this review. If it's pizza ya want, then give this place a try anything else, do your research.

I've visited Crust Pizza in different parts of Houston many times and have always had great…read moreexperiences, which is why this visit was disappointing. I arrived at this location at 11:30 a.m., but the doors were still locked. There was only one employee inside working, while the rest of the staff were outside talking and wiping tables. No one greeted me or acknowledged that customers were waiting. The only person who seemed interested in helping was the employee making the pizzas, and I appreciate her taking my order. The tables were also sticky and did not appear to have been cleaned properly. On a positive note, once my order was taken, the food came out quickly. However, the overall experience felt disorganized. This doesn't seem like a staffing issue as much as a training and management issue. With better leadership, customer service, and attention to detail, this location could provide the same great experience I've come to expect from other Crust Pizza locations. I was excited to visit because it's a beautiful location with a lot of potential, and I hope management takes the necessary steps to improve the customer experience.

We just ordered a simple pepperoni stuffed crust pizza to try while we were in the area. It was delicious. One of the best pizzas I've had in a while. I will say I was a little disappointed in the stuffed crust for $4, there could've been more cheese. there was kind of just a thin layer and then an air gap. We were not very impressed with the garlic bread, we kinda like ours to be a little softer, and these were not very puffy, but ordering them with the garlic butter sauce, made a big difference! we were able to dip them and make them a little bit softer and add a good flavor. I also ordered the tomato basil soup to go because I saw it was vegetarian, and I'm lactose intolerant. When I got it, I was a little concerned because it does look creamy and it's quite thick. So I called back up to the restaurant and she said it's because they use marinara sauce in there so it thickens it up. Plus a little bit of Parmesan and Romano cheese. So I'm trusting that she is correct on this. However, it wasn't very smooth... When I say thick, it was kind of chunky thick. And to me it was just OK. I wouldn't order it again but to go it was def enough for 2 people But the pizza I would definitely be going back for!!! an FYI they have a deal where if you buy one large, you get a large for $10 (so half off a basic pizza)
