I love the food here! Most recently I placed my order over the phone and the gentleman was so polite and patient. We ordered the lunch special sub that came with chips, drink, and a cookie. We also got the Pasta A La Vodka, spaghetti, and Greek salad. When my order arrived, the delivery driver was very nice and the food was still hot. I love how they package the order in the aluminum food containers. Everything on my salad was super fresh and crisp. The food was full of flavor, so authentic and good. I can't wait to place my next order. We usually always get wings, but I'm so glad I decided to have pasta this time. This was my first time ordering as I was looking for a Pizza place that had pizza, pasta, salad, sandwiches and garlic bread. I used Grub Hub to order my meal but was taken aback that I wasn't able to track my order because Pizza Fino uses their own delivery service. So, I was worried the driver would not be able to find my location (as it is new construction and GPS isn't very accurate). However, the food was good and hot, the salad was SO fresh! I've heard good things about this place so decided to give it a try. Small, but super-cute dine-in that otherwise goes unnoticed in an old strip mall. Large menu of non-pizza items if you're craving more than just a pie. The crust here is amazing; the perfect in-between thin and thick! Fridays and Saturdays are super busy with lots of take-out and delivery, so plan to spend a little extra time waiting on those evenings. Will definitely be back! read more

Terrible service. We just moved into the neighborhood, and they left a flyer on our door. We decided to give them a shot. After ordering was told it would be 45-55 minutes. I ordered from Uber eats. I checked yelp first but decided to see for myself since the review did not speak to the taste ingredients or quality of the pizza itself. Don't get my wrong customer service is very important I'll start there. The restaurant called me immediately after I ordered verify my order. I really want to like this place. Pizza rolls, pizza, and wings are all tasty. But tonight is the third order I had issues with and the second time in a row the order was much later than expected. I ordered at 6:36 and got a confirmation it would be delivered between 7:05-7:15. At 7:43, I called to check and was told it would only be 15 more minutes. They had "other orders." Because when the delivery driver arrived she informed us that the credit card machine was down so we'd have to call to pay for it again before she could give us our order. When I called, I was informed the credit card machine was still down. Why someone didn't call us before the driver got there so we could maybe run and get cash, I have no idea. Placed an order on google using Slice. They left off the pepperoni and rather than just making another order, they claimed the pepperoni was not included then hung up on me and forced me to call Slice in order to get my money back. Once I called Slice, they tried communicating with the place, eventually they apologized and refunded my money. Don't order from these people, they could care less about you. read more

I ordered eggplant parm and it was unfortunately so terrible that I had to throw it away and get dinner somewhere else. I've never done this in my life, but it was literally that terrible. The eggplant breading was complete soft mush and the eggplant was not cooked properly. We are new to the area and love pizza so we aren't too picky. BUT if we were we would have had our socks blown off. Not only was the pizza crazy good but the pasta is legit. I spent $90 there last night and would have spent double for the quality of food we got. Ordered everything from salads to appetizers to pizza and everything was tasty. Really great pizza at the right price. Owner says it is made from scratch and she uses the highest quality of mozzarella and i'd have to say she's 100% right. After my 3rd visit this is the only place i'll call for deliver. Crust is light crispy and very flavorful. Eat the pie when it's fresh before it steams in the box. I've found my new favorite pizza place that's near my house. The pizza is fresh, crispy and exactly what I was looking for compared to the other franchised pizza places that are just your average run of the mill. It has that Mom and Pop feel to the place and the lady taking orders is really sweet. I ordered two pepperoni and sausage with jalapeños added to one along with garlic bread and it came out so good. Was really hoping that this would be a good find. Ordered 1/2 muffalato, cheese steak, wings, and lasagna for curb side pickup. Muffalato was mostly bread, very little meat and the olive dressing was very bland. Made for a boring sandwich. Wife ordered cheese steak and said it was pretty much tasteless. Can not comment on wings, because when we got home and unpacked, the wings and extra dipping sauce were missing . The lasagna was packed in the sack. Upside down, so was a gooey mess! I've been ordering here since they opened this one. The customer service is unbelievable, they are always so nice to talk to on the phone and the delivery driver is so polite. As for the food, it's really good pizza for a chain, it beats out all of the bigger names in my book. Plus I never have to ask for marinara when I order bread sticks, I like a certain chain place in katy that constantly forgets our marinara. I definitely recommend this place.
