My BIGGEST complaint is that they charge $0.75 for ranch in 2oz containers that weren't even halfway full. Katy Fork Pass (a Katy Foodie Group, charitable and nonprofit offering discounts) pays off.... After reading this weeks special lunch for Fork Pass holders at Round Table Pizza, I tried them out. Basically a personal size two toppings pizza plus a 20oz fountion drink for $5 (over a 50% discount). Met the owner and had a pleasant conversation about their pizza concept, basically a California fresh (everything made in house - dough, sauces, etc.). The pizza came out super hot and steaming. The pizza sauce was very tomato, oregano and Basil forward and thankfully no added sugar. The dough was very simple and not gimmicky with butter or garlic. Cheese seemed high quality. I ordered a pepperoni and sausage. The sausage has a bit of red pepper which was very good. Sadly not a lot of customers and they deserve more love! The price for lunch this week cannot be beat.... So I been looking for a place like the one I have been eating at before. Now there's a new place open that is close to my home. I ordered the extra large pizza and it was very delicious. The server was very good in taking my order. They not only have a really good bar inside but they also have a great outdoor patio area for dining. My family and I have dined in on multiple occasions now and have loved it each time. We've ordered the personal size and medium sized pizzas with cheese and their specialty meats one. They take a bit to cook but come out airy and crisp. The owner always came by to check on things as well. The kids love the large cookie pizzas they have in store and we always pick up one to eat for dessert (with plenty left over for seconds and third the next few nights!) I have not had a chance to try their wings and other food offerings as we always come for the pizza, but we really like it. I was worried at firstabout the atmosphere since it seems set up as a bar and pizza establishment since I have kids, but it has not been a problem. Ok, so I read the reviews and noted the noise level and inappropriate language concerns, but you have to expect that at a venue that could be considered a 'sports bar.' Drove all the way from Austin 2.45 hours away just to have my California pizza fix, on national pizza day. The pizza was delicious as always the staff was friendly we met Paul franchise owner he was very kind, took our picture gave us coupons and cookies thanked us for coming all the way down to Richmond. Came here for lunch on a Friday and brought our puppy since I read that they have a dog friendly patio. The service was awesome! Everyone was so friendly and loved on our dog. The patio is pretty big with lots of seating. I do wish they had fans outside for the warmer days. The food was good. The pizza is a thicker crust style. The garlic knots are tasty as well.
