Update: Nov. 16, 2025 Managing staff called me in less than 24 hours after the review and offered apologies for the experience and refunded our order, with a 30% for next order. The fact that management actually cares about customer experience is amazing. Accountability goes a long way. Happy to patronize again and give it another try. Nov. 15, 2025 Not coming back. Just order a 1/2 1/2 pizza tonight. Half Don and Half veggie. We asked for the pizza to be cut in slices not squares. We pick up pizza that was ready 25 min after order time (pretty good timing). We pick up pizza and it's giving to us as if we are bothering the staff. They didn not ask if the pizza was correct, or if we wanted cheese or pepper flakes. We get home and the pizza is cut is squares. The veggie side has sausgae. It's also soggy at bottom. A mess to eat with squares that leak tomato juice. Sad as we were first time customers. read more

Called to place an order over the phone . . . Got an AI bot (who claimed it was a real person) which proceeded to place my order at a location that was in a different state across THE COUNTRY. They just had a grand opening so their staff are still in training mode. But besides that I was impressed how friendly they were. As I was sitting down eating, there was a family who were leaving with their hands full as they were doing take out and the server ran over to open the door for them. Hella nice and does makes a huge difference in customer service. I do appreciate that the pizza isn't super greasy like other pizza places and it's good. It's a nice intimate resturant and just great vibes. Just wish their pasta was better and that they remember to give me my cheese/garlic bread that is suppose to come with it. read more

First visit to Crust Pizza. I purchased the Veggie and it was worth the wait. The pizza reminded me of the brand called Pasquale's. This was an unexpected yet pleasant surprise. The owner is good customer service when grand open. Since I had a one free pizza every month. I always go in and order and head to HEB walk around. I didn't have any issue in the past. But this 5th time... they threw away my pizza when I came back to pick it up. They say I waited to long... I did get a text that say it's ready. I was finish up at HEB. They say it been sitting there 25mins.... I knew how my pizza gunna be like if I spend time at HEB... now I got wait again for them to finish making it. For people place an order and wanna walk around HEB. I recommend not doing that or go over for 5-10 min. There might be chance they will throw it away when you come back. Crust pizza????? No No No more like CRAP pizza. Horrible. Everything tasted either artificial or severally processed. Some things were so bad they had no flavor. To make things worse they put cheddar cheese on the pizza. Why oh why would you ever put cheddar cheese on a plain pizza?!?! My Italian grandmother is rolling in her grave. We ordered in as it was the pizza place that was second closest to our location and we were unimpressed with the service, reception, and product of the closest place. Crust did not disappoint! The crust was thin, but not too thin, a little floppy on the ends even though we asked for extra crispy, but we did have a fair amount of toppings on our pizza. We did a 14" build your own - up to10 toppings, and each of the kids got their own 10" because ordering online we couldn't figure out how to do a half and half pizza. Everyone loved it, though we did modify a few things (like taking the cranberries and cashews off the Hawaiian style (this seems more Thai/American to me. ‍). But overall we really enjoyed the product they put out if we're not making it from home. They do have a cauliflower crust I would like to try as well. The other point I would note is that the larger pizza with lots of toppings wasn't overly cheesy, which I like because it isn't the predominant flavor and other toppings have the ability to shine through. We will definitely order from here when ordering pizza again. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was the lack of being able to customize a pizza to put certain toppings only on one side or another and also not being able to make a pizza that's half and half. read more

I'm a sad pizza fan tonight. I didn't realize we had a Crust location in Katy (several in fact). My elation was short lived. 2 pizza, $40+. Normally I would find the price worth the product, but not tonight. The pepperoni pizza was really good, what I would expect. The big negative was the over donemess of the crust. Right on the verge of tooth shatteringly crisp. What was an EPIC FAIL was the Big Dons Meat pizza. Where the heck was the prosciutto? The cheddar? Like 4 pieces of Canadian Bacon on a LARGE pie?! And what the actual F!!! was the white drizzle that tasted like a salt bomb?! The crust was so soggy and it was CLEARLY over sauced. The Italian sausage was fantastic but not enough to save the pie. It's a new place and we came at lunchtime on a Friday. The lunch special is fantastic $10 per person and you get a choice of two items including a drink. I got a pizza and a sandwich both were delicious. The staff is new but are very nice and attentive. Truly a great experience and definitely worth the visit. I ordered carry out from here at 7:50pm on 11/16/25. My food wasn't ready until about 8:37. I ordered 12 lemon pepper wings and (1) 10" pizza. The wings were 0/10, I saw the girl in the back poring commercial Lemon pepper seasoning..like the ones you buy from Sam's. Terrible taste and soggy. The pizza was basic at best. Service was good. Food was tasty. And they had Astros playing on the TV. The prices are reasonable.

FYI: we came in during their special so it was a bit crowded than usual. Ambiance: It was a very sizeable area. There were decent numbers of booth and tables where we could sit. We could also sit outside. Overall, 4/5. Food: Food was good! We got hawaiian pizza, bbq pizza, alfredo pasta, and the garlic cheese bread. The pizzas were delicious and the garlic cheese bread was good, although a bit salty. The alfredo pasta was a bit lacking. We will come here only for the pizzas next time. Overall, 4/5.
