Just for kicks we also ordered a hash brown on the side. As with any quality bagel, the texture is chewy, which or course makes the sandwich fall apart. Fork and knife, or open face style is recommended. Quality of the sandwiches and muffins was outstanding. I must say though that the Oktoberfest with mustard on it screamed lunch instead of breakfast to me. The hash browns were slightly mushy and forgettable. This is the smallest Einstein Bros I've ever been to, but it certainly won't be my last visit. Since I'll be primarily doing takeout orders at this restaurant, one thing I'd like to see is more flexible ordering options in the online ordering. Being able to swap proteins, or bagels would really make my day.

I would get a non sweet option with that one next time. Where they could improve: - They only have flavored options for reduced fat cream cheese. I would like to see a regular plain reduced fat option. - They also don't provide any plates or baskets for people that want to eat in the store. It's messy and hard to share or even eat them inside. I saw some people use the bags the bagels came in but I ordered some for take home and they put it all in one bag. So I needed that bag to stay fresh to bring home. - drink options don't have any sugar free syrups for coffee or ways to make the mocktail drinks with no sugar.
