Everything we had was bursting with flavor. The class was so much fun! The chef even threw in some cooking education and he made us laugh while doing it. I highly recommend this class to everyone! He said: "How do you suggest that I recoup the money I would have made from the other people I turned away for the date you placed a deposit on? You cancelled. You could've accepted a delivery on the date you requested and either improvised or eaten it later." - I told him he didn't give me any options such as delivery and never responded to my emails until much later on. He then tells me "I spent the last 2-3 days trying to book your cancellation with a couple of people I had turned away due to your booking. I had no luck." - Because you can't find any additional clients you won't refund me. Great business model. "As a professional courtesy I can offer you a discount on a future booking or a 25% refund. " - Thank you so much, I spend $250 on absolutely nothing and I get 25% off next time I want to throw my money away? To sum it up: Chef Will stole $250 from me and was unprofessional. He was slow to respond to emails and never mentioned that the deposit was non-refundable. I would STRONGLY not recommend him, I would give 0 stars if it was an option
