We tried the lasagna special with breadsticks, salad, and a dessert, and it was absolutely delicious -- hearty, flavorful, and clearly made with care. This place is awesome! My husband and I came by on Saturday and it was packed! We were so excited to see what they had to offer and took our time looking around at all the yummy options. We decided on several jarred sauces to save for future use, gelato, and then fresh sauce, fresh pasta, and then their prepared sausage and peppers. We made all the fresh items that night and were blown away by the quality and flavor. It was so much better than Italian food from local restaurants and so fun to prepare at home. They also had super cute items that would make nice gifts. We can't wait to try more options as everything looked amazing! read more

My father has been raving about this place so I stopped by to check it out. I was pleasantry surprised it was fresh pasta and meals and gelato on one side and sandwiches and coffee and pastries on the other. I couldn't do both so today's tour I did coffee sandwiches and pastries and Isaiah was the sweetest I let him pick the best of the best and boy he was on point. I got the Tacchino Toscano which I absolutely loved and for my husband the Sicilian Stack that he said was delicious a raspberry muffin was so perfect most muffins are way to sweet this was perfect. I also got a chocolate croissant it was very buttery not much chocolate but it tasted good. My iced coffee was amazing. Overall I'm going back I need to try the pastas and gelato next and Isaiah was just so nice. read more

Because I'm happy to have this place in the area. --- --- --- My wife and I love all things Italy, and when we lived in the Tampa area, there was a massive Italian market that we would love to visit on occasion. Since moving back to Texas a few years ago, we'd been to one smaller Italian market with fresh pasta in Houston, but that was about it. Recently, Della Casa Pasta opened and we were excited to check it out. There's basically two shops in one here: one with sandwiches, pastries and coffee, while the other one has fresh pasta, frozen meals, are a ton of various Italian snacks/condiments/etc. We patronized both sides for our first visit. To be honest, the Italian sandwiches were just okay. We tried a couple different custom options + the Ameritalian. But on the other side, we bought some fresh pasta, lobster ravioli, vodka sauce and bolognese. The lobster rav and vodka were the highlight for me, while my wife preferred the other combo we made at home. I'm sure we will come back here again in the future, but I'm not necessarily in a hurry for more of the sandwiches. read more

What a wonderful place! They make a very large variety of pre made meals both refrigerated and frozen. We have tried the Bolognese lasagna, bread, and salad so far and they all were excellent. We have our eyes on Marry Me chicken, clam chowder, minestrone soup, Cesar salad, and a quite a few other things that are on our list to try. We will be back. This place is on my husbands way home from work and when it was mentioned on the local foodie page I thought why not try it for Valentine's Day rather than try and make reservations in a crowded restaurant and it was a hit! He was able to pick up individual heat and eat lasagnas and they were fresh and amazing. One of the best homemade lasagnas I've ever had! I had the chicken and mushroom and it was delicious and rich in flavor. The bolognese was a true classic! Highly recommend picking up lasagna for one! The price is super reasonable too! $25 for two perfect portions of it. I believe they have other heat and eat dishes here as well and we look forward to trying them in the future! read more

The sandwiches were not made as the menu said. My wife's was supposed to have two kinds of meat and only had one. My sandwich had only one slice of meat folded over and was NOT ham. The fixings were not as advertised. $16.00 a sandwich is ridiculous with hardly any meat and not the onions as promised. Go to Jersey Mikes or Subway. This place is a rip off. read more

I came here for a sandwich in the deli section. I got the Tricolore, advertised as mortadella, stracciatella, walnut basil pesto, and tomato on focaccia. The sandwich alone was almost $20. While it was delicious, what I got very thick focaccia spread with pesto, 1 thin slice of meat, and 1 thin slice of cheese. No tomato. I had to cut the top slice of focaccia in half and later used it as a dipping bread. It was very disappointing to pay $20 and hardly get any meat or cheese, plus be missing an ingredient. I will never buy a sandwich here again. The retail side was neat and everything looks amazing, but I didn't purchase any pasta or pre-made meals to try. read more

I just had the pork loin meal from Della Casa Pasta and it was so delicious. It is much more tender and juicy than what you get at some restaurants in The Woodlands who are famous for pork chops, and at a less expensive price. The portions are big and filling, not to mention healthy. What I really like is the skin is slightly crunchy while the meat is very tender for pork, and the sauce gives a nice but not overpowering touch for the taste buds in your mouth. Stumbled upon this gem this morning while dropping my husband off to service his car. They have a small sign by the street, otherwise, I would've missed it. We went to check it out and was immediately greeted by the sweetest lady. She was absolutely amazing answering my questions and showing me all the different pastas and sauces they had available. All while someone else was cutting fresh pasta on the back. We walked out with raviolis, spaghetti, lasagna, bolognese and marinara sauces. Can't wait to try it all! I had planned to cook a spring pasta dish for my extended family gathering while I was in town visiting from Austin and I knew I needed fresh pasta. Why make it yourself when pros can do it better? I searched nearby pasta shops and stumbled across this gem. Drove the 20 minutes to Tomball to visit their store/factory. A completely unassuming spot off the beaten path next to an Enterprise car rental. But what an experience. The kindest people I've ever met. Homemade bulk pastas, sauces, homemade meals and more. My family are now believers and they're already planning their order for pickup at their Saturday Farmers Market presence. read more
