I didn't like it. We sat so close to other tables we were pretty much all sitting together and hearing other conversations. Food wasn't good. My wedge salad wasn't tasty and didn't seem fresh. My clam pasta had a shrimpy flavor, not the clean flavor I prefer for a white wine clam pasta. Daughter's lasagna she said tasted like chicken broth. Her truffle fries were undercooked and had no flavor. The wine was the only thing I liked. We didn't get dessert.

I came in for lunch. My sister was in the mood for Italian, so I chose Little Italy since it had so many high ratings on Yelp. They have a dinner menu and a 2-course lunch menu for $19. They didn't provide us with a lunch menu, nor did they say inform us about any lunch specials. Probably because they wanted us to order the more expensive items on the dinner menu. Luckily, I saw on their website that they do have a lunch menu I don't understand how people can say this place is a hidden gem when the four pastas I tried were not great. With the 2-course lunch, you can get a soup or salad and an entree. My sisters and I ordered an order of garlic bread, Caesar salad, and four different pastas. The Caesar salad was okay, but it could have used a bit more dressing. I also wished there was an option to add anchovies, but they do not have them. Lasagna alla Bolognese: Tasted like Chef Boyardee ravioli, I'm not joking. Expect this dish had less meat. Penne alla Vodka with Chicken: The chicken that came with the dish was so sad. They looked like precooked, frozen chicken breasts with premade grill marks. I didn't even want to try the chicken. The pasta was okay, the vodka sauce wasn't that spicy, nor did the taste of the sauce stick out Chicken Alfredo: Came with the same unappetizing chicken. The Alfredo was mainly butter, not much flavor Rigatoni alle Gorgonzola: This one was the worst in my opinion. Along with the chicken breast, this dish had a bit of a weird smell. When I bit a cherry tomato, it was soooooo sour, I had to spit it out. I did not like this one at all. Also, I didn't see one mushroom in the pasta, NOT ONE! The only "good" thing here was the Garlic bread. Even though it was a little on the greasy side, everyone enjoyed the garlic bread. I did not feel like I was in Italy at all. Olive Garden has better-looking dishes than this

Coming from an Italian family we're fairly picky about our pasta and pizza, this place did not disappoint!! From the pizza to the puff pastry dessert it was fantastic. Our waitress was lovely, and the portions were generous. Sweet unassuming restaurant! Take the kids or make it a date night. Wish we had one of these in Denver.

Discovered this spot thanks to the HRW website. A friend and I were looking for a dinner option after leaving the spa. The server told us everything is made with fresh ingredients to order. Each course was spaced out so you had time to converse and relax for a bit between them. We started with lobster risotto balls, they were perfectly crisp on the outside, warm, flavorful and slightly cheesy on the inside. For the entree I had the branzino and my friend had a seafood pasta. The branzino entree seemed small however I was satisfied and not stuffed. At first I wanted to ask for the rest of my potatoes lol but it left just enough space for my dessert. We did have to use a bit of salt & pepper but everything was light and fresh!

We were excited to try this restaurant and went with some friends. The food was good, but the portion size for the dishes were small. That was disappointing. I had the braised lamb, and it was delicious. Wish it had more lamb though. The lamb itself was tender, but there was very little piece of it. The pasta was fresh homemade pasta. The glasses for water were small. My hubby and I ordered club soda, which came in small glasses, and cost $5 each. Because the glasses were so small, we needed more, so essentially we paid $20 for water with bubbles. The size of the pizza was perfect. Our waiter was fantastic. The ambiance was great.

Very quick service from sitting down upon walking in without a reservation, to taking our orders, and delivering our food. The food tasted very good. Pictured is the Meatballs and the Cacio e Pepe pasta with shrimp.

Talk about a great find in Katy off the frontage road......y'all this place may look small but their food is Packed with flavor. We enjoyed the whole experience. Yuriel was our server and he did a phenomenal job. He was very kind, helpful with suggestions and we never wanted for anything. We had an opportunity to chat with him and his co worker who runs the front dining and this place has only been open about 6 months. They are trying to get the word out about their location. Call ahead to find out the times when they have live music. Please stop in a give them a try. They also offer delivery through one of the food apps and they are closed on Mondays I believe.

Penne alla Vodka, Caesar salad, French 75

My Tuesday post-work evening visit to Little Italy was a letdown. My first impression was the temperature--the AC was on full blast despite the cool weather, making the dining room uncomfortably cold. My nose actually started running at one point. The service was attentive, I was very pleased with my waiter. I appreciated that the bartender made me a perfect French 75 even though it wasn't on the menu. Perfectly aromatic, tart and crisp. Unfortunately, the food missed the mark. My Caesar salad was drowned in dressing. The Penne alla Vodka with chicken arrived steaming, but the dish felt careless. In the freezing cold room, the plate itself was so hot it arrived visibly steaming and too hot to touch. The chicken wasn't incorporated into the pasta, just thrown on top, and I discovered the underside of it was badly burnt--clearly, someone had just flipped it over, hoping I wouldn't notice. I discovered this when I took a bite and the bitter crispy tang of burnt chicken overrode any other flavors. The pasta sauce was also oddly sweet, I couldn't place the source. It wasn't pale enough it felt like there was too much cream. Between the freezing room and the mediocre, careless cooking, I don't see a reason to return.

The service is great! Friendly and they look to send the customer off with a smile. Our server was attentive and receptive. When he came to check in I didn't want to bring up that my food was cold but he could tell I wasn't happy. He insisted and made me feel confortable so I didn't tell him the food was cold. He insisted on having the kitchen redo the order and pointed out he'd leave the plate at the table so I would know it wasn't just going to be warmed up. The redo was up to temp, to me a pasta dish should be steaming hot even more so when there's a protein involved. Very happy with the service as it outdid other well known establishments. The food was ok but nothing to write home about. The pricing feels a little bit up there- $10 for some gelato or tiramisu feels exorbitant. The pasta was around 20 and felt like a small portion compared to what you'd get elsewhere. I'd love to see the level of service stay high and have the prices be a little more reasonable- in the end the server made my visit memorable.

Soon to be crowded! I stopped in with a friend for lunch and found it to be really good. Service was friendly and efficient. They offered a HRW menu of a starter and a main for only $25. Large portions as well. I ordered arancini and it was fried perfectly with a nice creamy center. Very yummy! It's well decorated inside and a nice place to try out.

Hey y'all !! Back with another review !…read more I decided to visit this winery despite the happy hour mix up . They had a sign posted outside says 5 wine , 5 cheese 5-11pm lol idk but a bunch of us thought that meant $5 wine and cheeses .. but it was $45. I love wine so I don't mind indulging in luxury . Now the popcorn was 10/10 the Parmesan with the chili powder is a hit $9 .. you get enough to share with 2/3 ppl . The wine we got was very tasty . I loved it tbh. Now , here something I felt was very wrong. I'm not a business major but I owned a business and I guess this depends on morals . This wine in the store is $6 .. we were charged $48 .. I get making your money . I would've been okay with it being $20-25 but almost $50 which it was with tax is wild . That's 700% over its value. It was also described as very high end lol " Italian "... I've visited really expensive winery's like Stella wine bar and vineyards and the prices were not even close to these. I did ask and he said he couldn't discuss because he wasn't the owner , understood Overall , place is beautiful ... very comfy . I would love to visit again maybe during happy hour to taste plenty more . Similar to other recently opened venues that serve beer on tap and feature both indoor and outdoor spaces, there is something available for all ages in your party. Though parking is free in their lot, it does quickly fill up as the evening progresses. Our friends had reserved a few tables outside, but it also turned out to be the coldest day of the year, so we ended up settling inside. We sampled sliders, hot dogs, flat breads, pizza, pretzels, nachos, and chicken lollipops, which were served in metal catering trays along a long table. All the food items that were ordered were good. We did not order anything to drink, but the servers did a great job of coming by our tables to see if we needed anything throughout the evening, and he had quite a large party. The outdoor space is pretty large, with open areas of turf for lawn games and kids to run around. There is also ample outdoor seating, with a few food trucks along the outer part of the venue. Not sure if these are left out year-round, but they had these fire pit space heater/light sources between the tables that provided a nice touch to the outdoor space, especially as the evening grew darker. Although we don't live nearby, this was a great spot to celebrate a birthday, hang out with friends, date night, etc. I definitely recommend this place if you live on this side of town.

He gave great drink recommendations based on sharing your preferences and was also great to talk to. I didn't have any food because they were out of chicken sliders & chicken lollipops. Our server was lack luster and didn't seem like she wanted to be there. She didn't even come to apologize for the wait or that the food was coming. We had to ask for refills and napkins after waiting 15+ mins until she came back to the grass patio area. Crawfish finally came it was lukewarm and some had a fishy taste. This is a nicely decorated bar with a decent wine menu, unique crafted cocktails, and well-displayed appetizers/boards. Great for a date night or individual hanging out at the bar. I run a local social club and we have a WhatsApp group where I shared Cork It and we decided to meetup here on a Tuesday evening. When I arrived at 6pm, there were only 4 people at the bar. We slowly had people from our group trickle in and I would say by 7-8pm, there were about 12 of us in total. We took up 4 of the tables, however there was still plenty of bar/lounge seating as well as a large table in the corner for other patrons. The service was incredibly slow. Took about 10 mins per person to place and receive a drink order, food took a significantly long time. From 6-8pm, I only had the chance to order one drink. Mind you, there were never more than 15-20 patrons at one time (including our group). None of us complained or were upset about the service/wait time. When I went to close out, the bartender complained to me about bringing in so many people and said I should have booked an event/party with them so they "could have been prepared." This wasn't a party or event I was hosting. This was quite literally 12 people who arrived at different times, sitting at open tables or the bar to socialize and order a drink/menu item. In this economy and with how much local places are struggling, I cannot imagine telling a customer they "brought in too much business." I was told Tuesdays are usually "dead." It seemed like she just didn't want to have to actually be busy for 2 hours. As a local community organizer/supporter, I cannot continue to support any place that complains about new customers. If they do not want groups, that's something that could have been shared as we started filling up their tables. Any bar that can't comfortably handle 15 patrons at a time is clearly inexperienced and not expecting to grow. To act like we overwhelmed them is wild. I would think the goal for any bar would be to have their tables taken up at prime dinner time.

We arrived on Valentine's 10 mins earlier at the restaurant and were seated at the reserved table. Everything was fine. Our waiter was good. I then went to the ladies at The Who were no use at all. Finally they a lady with glasses found a table. This all being said the menu was prefixed at $94 a person. The food was mediocre at best for the price. The only good thing was the valet. The reservation personnel had to be the laziest and least competent people I've ever dealt with. I find it hard to believe that not one or more people cancelled their reservation for that night. If so then that wouldn't be able to change our table. First of all, it was made to my specifications. And I don't know what "Detroit" pizza is supposed to encompass . . .but mine was good. I wish I was able to say more positive things but until the website is updated and the window advertising changes , I have to stick to this review. If it's pizza ya want, then give this place a try anything else, do your research.
