The latest item the pizza bowl aka crustless pizza......Yesssss! For those who don't really want the crust of the pizza this is the way to go!!! It was so full of cheese and meat I was absolutely satisfied! Didn't get a chance to take a picture when it 1st came but here is half. All the pizza is great, the sauce is not to sweet like some places and the crust is not to thick. Subs and the salads I have not tried those yet. The service is fast and they employees are very help and friendly. At this location they do offer curbside, delivery and they have a drive thru window. read more

I truly wanted to love this place again, I came back here to use my discounts from emails, I was denied, so I asked what specials did they have? Well by the time I ordered 3 pizzas and asked for ranch instead of nasty garlic sauce (I was charged.50 each) my total came to $52.75. A man came in after me and ordered a pizza on line and he had asked where his ranch was, the employee said it does not come with ranch, but here let me GIVE YOU A COUPLE!! read more

Yesterday I visited for the 1st time because after seeing commercials I wanted to try the crustless bowl. Note that the door has to be pulled hard because I thought maybe they were closed because I pulled and it didn't open. But a delivery driver came out and informed me that the door had to be pulled hard. I was greeted once I walked in which was great!!! I inquired on options for the crustless bowl because it wasn't on the menu. I decided on the All Meats. I then asked if they honor the check-in deal on Yelp (free large cheese pizza with purchase). The guy initially stated he didn't know what I was referring to and asked if I could show him. So I pulled it up on my phone and he honored it. While I wouldn't be rushing back to get it, the crustless bowl was good. It was bigger that I would have thought, which was nice. It was $8 and some change. The cheese pizza was fine. Of course it tastes better when it is hot and fresh. When reheated, it is okay. Overall, it was not a bad experience. The food didn't wow me but I didn't feel like I wasted my money. I may try other things on the menu, like the wings whenever I decide I want to visit again. read more

I have never left a review on Yelp but I could not abstain seeing as how I found a piece of sharp metal in my pizza bowl! I was so excited knowing a pizza place started making pizza bowls for the low carb eaters. It is not my first time ordering from this Marco's either but this last time will in fact be my very last. We ordered curbside, checked in with the app, and no one came out to deliver our order. We had to walk into the store to find out that our order was just sitting on the counter...for 30 minutes. On top of that, they were missing a pizza bowl, so we had to wait an additional 20 minutes. I did not think this experience could get any worse until I bit down on a sharp metal as I was eating the philly bowl! I'm so fortunate I didn't crack a tooth, but I am sick to my stomach now. Do NOT order from this location unless you want a horrifying experience like this! read more

Wish I could leave Zero stars. Ordered $45 worth of food. delivery driver goes to wrong address, driver calls me with an attitude saying my gate code doesn't work. After 5 min of explaining that's he not at my complex bc I walked to the freaking gate...he finally says "oh they gave me the wrong address" MEANWHILE MY ADDRESS IS ON THE RECEIPT. He finally shows up 15 min later and then leaves it at the wrong apt door. Store says all they can do is give a $15 credit. Avoid this location. Better off going to little Caesars read more

Marcos pizza I ordered delivery from DoorDash the food when arrived was very hot like it came straight from the oven to my house. I ordered a small pepperoni and mushroom pizza with Parmesan garlic butter crust and it was really good, I also ordered cinnasticks now there was a little bit too much cinnamon on them but the butter in the sticks and then the frosting on top it was just very good. I ordered wings and I thought I was going to get the sauce on the side but I got Barbecue wings and I have to admit the wings were good but there was a lot of fat on the wings.. a little bit too much for my liking but I ate them and I shared them with my dog and he loved them no doubt. Marcos is close by so I will order from them again as stated I liked the freshness of the food even for delivery. read more

Great service and even better pizza! As I type this review, I realized that I've never taken a picture of any of my pizzas from Marcos. It's clearly too good, and I do not waste any time before digging in! The staff is really personable here and are very customer-focused. I called prior to going in to speak with the manager regarding the check-in deal that Yelp offers. He was not familiar with the deal but was open to learning and told me to show him the offer when I arrived. I did just that and I left with a free large cheese pizza! All you had to do is make a purchase, show the offer, and mark as used. I love this location, and I will return again. read more

Amazing good pizza at a very reasonable price. We got the deluxe, a cheese pizza and a meatball sub and all were fantastic. TRIED getting a pizza delivered last night. Epic fail. Ordered two pizzas, $6.99 each for delivery. Online order submitted at 8:06 PM. Hey (said their website) want to track your pizza? Click here. So we did and it said they were prepping our pizzas for delivery between 9 and 9:10 PM. REALLY wanted to try their "Old World Pepperoni. Looked great and their TV ads. 9:25 rolls around and we are STARVING! Where's our pizza? We go back to the pizza tracker page online. Our pizzas were still in the initial "being prepped" stage. Wait WHAT? I call the restaurant and ask what's going on with our order. The guy who answered the phone asked for my name and asked someone else in the background what's the status? We heard the other guy say " haven't started on it yet." You have got to be kidding me?!?!? No apology. Silence. Just sat there in the other end of the phone line. I told the guy to just cancel our order. He said "Ok it's cancelled." Again, no explanation, no apology, nothing. He just hung up. What has happened to customer service? Never again. EPIC FAIL!!! on Marco's Pizza company and the Fry Road location employees. read more

When we crave pizza but try to stay to your keto lifestyle we have always turned to Marcos. But lately it seems that the pizza bake is dryer and dryer.... the first time they admitted it was done in error and attempted to resend it but the driver never knocked my door and when we didn't receive our newly made food the manager stated she wasn't sending anyone back out..and instead credited our account. Today we decided to give it another try and same thing but this time lets add dry wings to the mix... We called to try to get this resolved and again the manager Amber refused to send someone to fix this and stood by the dry bake and told us we needed to specify we wanted more sauce. She stood by the low quality and said that everyone else at allllll the other locations we have gotten our bake from have been wrong. Last time we order from here. read more

Delicious, perfect pizza! The red sauce is perfectly seasoned and the crust is crispy on the bottom and fluffy under the sauce!

I ordered for delivery here today. And everything was going fine at first. The food got here relatively fast I mean I'm less than a mile away. I would have picked it up myself if I had a car. But what had me messed up was when the delivery driver demanded his tip. What the heck didn't even get to eat the food and he's over here talking bout some where's my tip. Sir I live right around the corner. I would have gave you a tip but it's the fact you demanded one even tried to get me to put in a card tip after I said I don't got cash. The nerve read more

Visited Marco's Pizza for the first time last night and was very pleased with how our pizza came out. We ordered the Pepperoni Magnífico large pizza (8 slices) on their regular crust and it was delicious, hitting all the right notes. The slices though a bit greasy, had the perfect blend of cheese and sauce with crispy pepperonis on top. If I were to nitpick here, I would prefer the crust to be crisp. I will try a different one upon my next visit (maybe thin crust). We opted to dine in and your order will take some time before its brought to your table. Location is clean and offers both tables and booths as seating options. Pricewise our total was $22.00 for a large pie and 1 fountain drink; not the best value but I did notice an online ad for 2 medium, 1-topping pies for $6.98 each. Overall, Marco's was a pleasant surprise and definitely worth a visit. read more

I've ordered from this location for about 3 years now and majority of the time I haven't had any issues. The few issues I have had is the employees being rude and taking long with the delivery. But today was the last of it. I got hung up twice and even by the manager. I was never rude and all I asked was for my order. After several attempts to get someone on the phone after waiting an hr and a half for my pizza the manager tells me it's because I ordered a small pizza and didn't order anything else is why "it messed up his drivers deliveries" because he didn't get much of a tip for it. Even though I paid the automatic 20% tip plus delivery fees! It's not my fault your drivers are not getting paid enough! read more

Finally.. A REAL pizza! Made exactly the way I like it. They don't cheat you on toppings and it comes fresh and hot; not cold and nasty like "Domijoke"(Dominoes )and "Pizza Crud" (Pizza Hut). Marco's actually takes the time to prepare and bake a pizza-not rush it out assembly line style. The double cheese with double ground meat and double pepperoni was the best I'd had in a very long time. I was impressed with what I ordered. Great job! read more

Ordered pizza and wings both were the worst we have ever had. We ordered a medium pizza with jalapeños, black olives, mushrooms, pepperoni, sausage, and onions and 10 wings $35 a little high but whatever just give me what I paid for. Pizza was soggy and under cooked due to the ridiculous amount of jalapeños that were on the pizza. We removed at least 10 per slice and the pizza was still covered in them. It's almost like it was a prank or something but we didn't think it was funny. Have a look at the picture I attached. The wings weren't any better super soggy, fatty and cold in the middle. Very disappointing! I gave them two stars because once I called the manager Gino he quickly sent us out another pizza that was much better. Do things right the first time! read more

Pepperoni large, Supreme Large, Cheese large thin crust, cheese sticks, and Cinnasquares. Pizza was surprisingly better than expected, you can tell they take their time in the cooking process. Better than a lot of fast food pizza spots. Cheesy bread was okay, not much flavor. Along with the cinnasquares. Not saying they were bad, they just weren't amazing. Staff was friendly and not hesitant to help getting us anything we needed. Free large cheese pizza with any purchase is clutch. read more

This is my first time here and they were so welcoming and helpful especially since I came in 30 min prior to closing. I ordered carry out and was unsure what I wanted yet they were patient and helpful. Most places would of been rude and rush me or have an attitude. They just gained a customer and the pizza was delicious a mouth full of savory goodness. Figured only way to show my appreciation on top of leaving a tip is to leave a review for there great customer service. Just ordered my last pizza from Marco's. Very poorly managed operation. Called in a single pizza. Have ordered here twice before. After the pizza was due to arrive, the manager called to double check my information, as he was confused about my phone number. Apparently someone screwed up and had entered my phone number on someone else's order. The driver showed up and again needed my credit card number, since the incompetent manager had deleted my card info. The driver was professional and courteous and he received a 20% gratuity for his effort. Unfortunately the manager failed to even attempt to make good on the multiple errors and completely dropped the ball. For this reason I will never order any Marco's pizza again as long as I live. In this market you cannot afford to run a business in the hospitality industry this way. read more

Never left a review but found tiny worms in the sauce today I've ordered 100 pizzas from here no more.

I loveee Marcos! So fresh and tasty. Only complaint is they didn't give me the thin crust I asked for.

Yummy Pizza and excellent customer service! They not only have the best tasting pizzas, their customer service is simply A+. Very courteous and go out of their way to make their customer happy! I had ordered a vegetarian pizza and forgot to ask them to clean the board and blade before cutting the pizza. By the time I remembered they had already cut it. I didn't say anything and he offered to make it again. That's totally going out of their way! I'd highly recommend getting your next pizza here. read more

Pizzas used to be very good. Today's attention was awful. Hopefully next review is going to be better.

This was our first time trying Marco's the other night and were pleasantly surprised. We ordered the extra large pizza and a side salad. The small salad was actually a really good size and very good. The vegetables in the salad were fresh, delicious and plenty! Part of our pizza was sausage and the sausages were the biggest I've ever seen on a pizza. We enjoyed everything we ordered and the price was good as well. We have been eating pizza from another place just down the street for years. We may just have a new pizza place for our family. We'll definitely be back. The only thing I would have to say is be sure to ask the customer if they're dining in or if it's take-out. We were there to eat in and because they didn't ask, they ended up wasting a carry-out box. read more

Oh my gosh. The pizza is so delicious! I was sick of Papa Johns and their fake Bologna (sp) pepperoni. Yeah right, ingredients my JJ. I decided to try Marccos on suggestion by family. It was a great surprise. The ingredients actually taste like what they look like. I hate pizza sauce however I tried theirs lightly and it's a perfect compliment. Not too tomato-vinegary tasting. More like real authentic pizza instead of cardboard commercial soggy tips pizza. Give it a shot! This is my honest review. I haven't been paid or rewarded in any way. read more

Decided to try a different pizza place. They were short staffed but employees were really nice. I did mention it was our first time there but was not informed about the different flavors for the crust until after I ordered, sat down and started reading the walls. I went back and requested the butter to be added to the crust which they did. Pizza is okay i guess flavor is fine, step up from pizza hut.
