It was so full of cheese and meat I was absolutely satisfied! Didn't get a chance to take a picture when it 1st came but here is half. Yesterday I visited for the 1st time because after seeing commercials I wanted to try the crustless bowl. Note that the door has to be pulled hard because I thought maybe they were closed because I pulled and it didn't open. But a delivery driver came out and informed me that the door had to be pulled hard. I was greeted once I walked in which was great!!! I inquired on options for the crustless bowl because it wasn't on the menu. I decided on the All Meats. I then asked if they honor the check-in deal on Yelp (free large cheese pizza with purchase). The guy initially stated he didn't know what I was referring to and asked if I could show him. So I pulled it up on my phone and he honored it. While I wouldn't be rushing back to get it, the crustless bowl was good. It was bigger that I would have thought, which was nice. It was $8 and some change. The cheese pizza was fine. Of course it tastes better when it is hot and fresh. When reheated, it is okay. Overall, it was not a bad experience. The food didn't wow me but I didn't feel like I wasted my money. I have never left a review on Yelp but I could not abstain seeing as how I found a piece of sharp metal in my pizza bowl! I was so excited knowing a pizza place started making pizza bowls for the low carb eaters. It is not my first time ordering from this Marco's either but this last time will in fact be my very last. We ordered curbside, checked in with the app, and no one came out to deliver our order. We had to walk into the store to find out that our order was just sitting on the counter...for 30 minutes. On top of that, they were missing a pizza bowl, so we had to wait an additional 20 minutes. I did not think this experience could get any worse until I bit down on a sharp metal as I was eating the philly bowl! I'm so fortunate I didn't crack a tooth, but I am sick to my stomach now. Wish I could leave Zero stars. Ordered $45 worth of food. delivery driver goes to wrong address, driver calls me with an attitude saying my gate code doesn't work. After 5 min of explaining that's he not at my complex bc I walked to the freaking gate...he finally says "oh they gave me the wrong address" MEANWHILE MY ADDRESS IS ON THE RECEIPT. Marcos pizza I ordered delivery from DoorDash the food when arrived was very hot like it came straight from the oven to my house. I ordered a small pepperoni and mushroom pizza with Parmesan garlic butter crust and it was really good, I also ordered cinnasticks now there was a little bit too much cinnamon on them but the butter in the sticks and then the frosting on top it was just very good. I ordered wings and I thought I was going to get the sauce on the side but I got Barbecue wings and I have to admit the wings were good but there was a lot of fat on the wings.. a little bit too much for my liking but I ate them and I shared them with my dog and he loved them no doubt. Great service and even better pizza! As I type this review, I realized that I've never taken a picture of any of my pizzas from Marcos. It's clearly too good, and I do not waste any time before digging in! The staff is really personable here and are very customer-focused. I called prior to going in to speak with the manager regarding the check-in deal that Yelp offers. He was not familiar with the deal but was open to learning and told me to show him the offer when I arrived. I did just that and I left with a free large cheese pizza! All you had to do is make a purchase, show the offer, and mark as used. I love this location, and I will return again. read more

TRIED getting a pizza delivered last night. Epic fail. Ordered two pizzas, $6.99 each for delivery. Online order submitted at 8:06 PM. Hey (said their website) want to track your pizza? Click here. So we did and it said they were prepping our pizzas for delivery between 9 and 9:10 PM. REALLY wanted to try their "Old World Pepperoni. Looked great and their TV ads. 9:25 rolls around and we are STARVING! Where's our pizza? We go back to the pizza tracker page online. Our pizzas were still in the initial "being prepped" stage. Wait WHAT? I call the restaurant and ask what's going on with our order. The guy who answered the phone asked for my name and asked someone else in the background what's the status? When we crave pizza but try to stay to your keto lifestyle we have always turned to Marcos. But lately it seems that the pizza bake is dryer and dryer.... the first time they admitted it was done in error and attempted to resend it but the driver never knocked my door and when we didn't receive our newly made food the manager stated she wasn't sending anyone back out..and instead credited our account. Today we decided to give it another try and same thing but this time lets add dry wings to the mix... We called to try to get this resolved and again the manager Amber refused to send someone to fix this and stood by the dry bake and told us we needed to specify we wanted more sauce. I ordered for delivery here today. And everything was going fine at first. The food got here relatively fast I mean I'm less than a mile away. I would have picked it up myself if I had a car. Visited Marco's Pizza for the first time last night and was very pleased with how our pizza came out. We ordered the Pepperoni Magnífico large pizza (8 slices) on their regular crust and it was delicious, hitting all the right notes. The slices though a bit greasy, had the perfect blend of cheese and sauce with crispy pepperonis on top. If I were to nitpick here, I would prefer the crust to be crisp. I will try a different one upon my next visit (maybe thin crust). We opted to dine in and your order will take some time before its brought to your table. Location is clean and offers both tables and booths as seating options. Pricewise our total was $22.00 for a large pie and 1 fountain drink; not the best value but I did notice an online ad for 2 medium, 1-topping pies for $6.98 each. I've ordered from this location for about 3 years now and majority of the time I haven't had any issues. The few issues I have had is the employees being rude and taking long with the delivery. But today was the last of it. I got hung up twice and even by the manager. I was never rude and all I asked was for my order. After several attempts to get someone on the phone after waiting an hr and a half for my pizza the manager tells me it's because I ordered a small pizza and didn't order anything else is why "it messed up his drivers deliveries" because he didn't get much of a tip for it. Finally.. A REAL pizza! Made exactly the way I like it. They don't cheat you on toppings and it comes fresh and hot; not cold and nasty like "Domijoke"(Dominoes )and "Pizza Crud" (Pizza Hut). We ordered a medium pizza with jalapeños, black olives, mushrooms, pepperoni, sausage, and onions and 10 wings $35 a little high but whatever just give me what I paid for. Pizza was soggy and under cooked due to the ridiculous amount of jalapeños that were on the pizza. We removed at least 10 per slice and the pizza was still covered in them. It's almost like it was a prank or something but we didn't think it was funny. Have a look at the picture I attached. The wings weren't any better super soggy, fatty and cold in the middle. Better than a lot of fast food pizza spots. Cheesy bread was okay, not much flavor. Along with the cinnasquares. Not saying they were bad, they just weren't amazing. Just ordered my last pizza from Marco's. Very poorly managed operation. Called in a single pizza. Have ordered here twice before. After the pizza was due to arrive, the manager called to double check my information, as he was confused about my phone number. Apparently someone screwed up and had entered my phone number on someone else's order. The driver showed up and again needed my credit card number, since the incompetent manager had deleted my card info. The driver was professional and courteous and he received a 20% gratuity for his effort. Unfortunately the manager failed to even attempt to make good on the multiple errors and completely dropped the ball. For this reason I will never order any Marco's pizza again as long as I live. In this market you cannot afford to run a business in the hospitality industry this way. read more

I did mention it was our first time there but was not informed about the different flavors for the crust until after I ordered, sat down and started reading the walls. This was our first time trying Marco's the other night and were pleasantly surprised. We ordered the extra large pizza and a side salad. The small salad was actually a really good size and very good. The vegetables in the salad were fresh, delicious and plenty! Part of our pizza was sausage and the sausages were the biggest I've ever seen on a pizza. We enjoyed everything we ordered and the price was good as well. We have been eating pizza from another place just down the street for years. We may just have a new pizza place for our family. We'll definitely be back. The only thing I would have to say is be sure to ask the customer if they're dining in or if it's take-out.
