I can't believe I haven't review this place since I have been here multiple times. They are located on Grand Parkway close to Morton Ranch Rd. Every time I have come here the ingredients are always fresh. I like that you can get personal size and with unlimited toppings. Placed an order online. That was nice. When I walked in I was greeter right away and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The pizzas had just come out of the oven. I will say they definitely went light on the pepperoni on both pizzas. Mine was a little underdone. Very floppy and the crust wasn't quite done throughout. The other pizza I ordered has more color on the crust, but could definitely use more meat. Overall, not a bad price for all the topping options available. We've been to MOD Pizza three times now. We ate in on our first time. The crust is what makes the pizza. Pizza and salads are simply fantastic. The only thing I have to say is when taking pizza out for pick up or delivery that MOD should use thicker boxes. We had a pizza delivered last night. MOD is about 5 miles away. Pizza was cold by the time we got it. Pizza boxes are too thin. Get some thicker boxes (like Domino's uses) and that should help keep the heat in. Also the deliver person placed the salad on the thin Pizza box and it smushed the pizza. Food quality and customer service has been outstanding. Thicker boxes to keep pizza warm and from getting smashed is the only improvement I can think of. Keep up the great work MOD!!! read more

This place has a courteous staff, is extremely efficient, and makes yummy delicious foods. From extra cheese, to extra meats, to extra veg, and loads of sauces... you can be entirely creative, and they don't hesitate nor give you the stink-eye for loading things up!!! Love eating at Mod! All of the workers here are super nice and seem to enjoy their job which makes it such a great experience. Inside is pretty clean tons of seating outside but with this Texas heat wave, noones crazy enough to sit outside lol. Recently opened business. Other locations in the area have mixed reviews as well. Sadly, this one is a missed opportunity. I ordered my pizzas online with about 2 hours' advance notice, scheduling my pickup for 7:45. I arrived just after 7:50 and parked in the curbside pickup spots. I called the number listed on the sign for pickup. The girl who answered the phone sounded frazzled and disorganized. I gave her my information (for the pizzas I ordered and paid for 2 hours ago). I can only assume she was looking for my order ticket, because she didn't say anything else to me for over 2 minutes. I could hear her talking to someone else after about 30 seconds and asking if they had my order. After way too long, she came back on the phone and told me my order wasn't ready yet. I asked her how long it would be and she said, "Umm, about another 10 minutes. We're waiting on one of your pizzas." I clarified that I'd scheduled my pizza to be picked up at 7:45 and asked why my pizza would be over 20 minutes late. She stumbled and explained that they'd had "a lot of online orders" and had been "really busy". Since that conversation, I've had enough time to create a new business listing on Yelp for this business, write this review, and I'm still waiting on my pizza. Suffice it to say, they aren't "just waiting on one pizza", nor is it reasonable that 2 cheese pizzas ordered over 2 hours ago should be approaching 30 minutes late from the expected pickup time. Unless this pizza solves global poverty or cures some disease, I can pretty much guarantee we won't be back here. Oh fun update: someone just came out to my car to give me the wrong order. The food was not as good as it could be because of all the black ash from the uncleaned oven coating the bottom of the pizza gave it a burnt taste. The atmosphere and service was standard. This was my first time trying Mod Pizza and I was pretty impressed with the pizza. Everyone here was very friendly and welcomed us in upon arrival. I am giving 4 stars because I ordered a salad for my main meal and didn't receive the kind of salad I asked for. It wasn't the best tasting salad but I was hungry so it was edible. Luckily my husband ordered a personalized meat lovers pizza, which tasted AMAZING and I ate a slice of that. Totally redeemed our visit. The pizza also tasted pretty healthy, was not too greasy. Stopped here for an early dinner. The young man who made our pizzas was great shared a few laughs and all. Customer service was amazing until the time for payment. The young lady did not even acknowledge us before telling us our total. They weren't busy at all. We ordered a regular mod and a mini mod. We were charged for 2 regular mods. When we noticed we were wrongly charged we notified the young man working the oven. He then notified the young lady who wrongfully charged us. The moment she realized what was wrong she became visibly furious and very dismissive. Since it was such an inconvenience for her to stop doing what she was doing and assist us with rectifying the situation we decided to just grab our pizzas and go. We weren't at all upset about the over charge however she was beyond rude. My wife and I can handle mistakes being made but not rudeness. The food is delicious, but This location is awesome. I ordered a small pizza and it just wasn't done enough to my liking but I had already had 2 slices. So I asked if I could maybe have them put it back in the oven for a few minutes (knowing they most likely couldn't do that since I've already touched it), and the woman that I asked said she would remake it and I said no that's ok. Me and my friend came and the employee making our food could barely focus because his co-worker kept talking to him about non-work related things. The co-worker kept talking to him in Spanish even though he didn't speak the language (which he expressed). He was making inappropriate remarks towards the guy regarding work ability and race. If I could give them a -0 I would. The place was filthy. If the health inspector came in they would shut them down. Food was all over the counters and food mixed with other food. The workers were very sloppy in making the pizzas and seemed annoyed when you asked for anything extra. Well that's what Mods is. You get what you want on your pizza.
