Mod Pizza is delicious! They have the best ice as well! And their fresh fruity drinks are so tasty.

From the moment I walked in Julius and Areana made me feel very welcome. They are both very cordial and took the time to answer my questions and oblige my wants. The restaurant is super clean and the pizza they created was probably one of the best that I've had since eating at mods for several years now.Thank you again, Julius and Areana, for a pleasant dining experience. You will see me again. read more

Fantastic staff and quick service! I visit this location when I am on a road trip. It is close to a great hotel too! Thanks much y'all! I will be back! read more

MOD Pizza - Meat pizza - Pizza Near Me - Grants Pass, Oregon

Don't order a salad here. Trust me. I read reviews saying that the salads are good here and, despite this being primarily a takeout place (and therefore unlikely to serve fresh, noce salads), I decided to trust them and order one. It was exactly as you would expect from a pizza takeout place. Limp, browing lettuce and tasted weirdly fishy. I ate a few bites and then abandoned it. My husband's pizza was good though- so definitely stick with pizza if you order from them! read more

Got the pizza as ordered! Ton of toppings and was able to get low carb crust (I'm diabetic) my new go to place for pizza ( not many places have low carb which most diabetics need) read more

I'll probably go with the red sauce next time, but the pizza was pretty good. Priced by the size you order, any toppings same price. read more

Absolutely disgusting attitude, lack of service and inability to fulfill our two tiny pizza order! After stalling us over two hours with delivery time estimates and all the rest they kept this elderly couple hungry and unfed, then after TWO HOURS they canceled our items out of the blue all on their own without even asking if we were still hungry. NEXT DAY A RUDE MGR GOT ON LINE, TOOK OUR CALL BUT REFUSED TO ISSUE A REFUND, FREE COUPONS OR DO VIRTUALLY ANYTHING AT ALL IN THE WAY OF GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. NEVER GOT OUR ORDER OR REFUND AND ONLY GOT RUDENESS AND INABILITY TO RESOLVE FAIRLY. Lousy place has gone downhill I suggest ANY pizza place but MOD honestly.... read more

Clean, fast, and friendly. I was particularly impressed by the staff- our son has food allergies and as soon as I said the word "allergic" the staff making our pizzas started taking his gloves off to change into new ones without being asked and marked in big bold letters to use a new cutter on his order- they clearly understand cross-contact and it made us feel very safe and comfortable eating here. read more

Mainly my issue is how RUDE the employees where to me just now 4/10/24 1:pm I'm new in town and had never been to the establishment before I placed a pick up order and I guess I asked the pizza makers and was told Rudely Like I should of know who to ask Aside from the fact it's a difficult place to Find on maps it's also a staffed by rude people I left a tip online I wouldn't have had I'd waited to see how I was going to be treated won't go back to mod nope read more

I ordered a Dominic by phone and paid when i ordered. I asked for a cauliflower crust. When I came to pick it up it was ready and the young man making the pizza was very nice and added two root beers to my order quickly which I paid for at the cash register. That's the good part. The pizza was the worst pizza I have ever eaten. It was cut into six pieces. Three pieces had two small pieces of sausage, two pieces had three little pieces of sausage and one piece had just one piece of sausage. The white sauce was tasteless and didn't even cover the crust. There was one slice of tomato per slice of pizza. There was a hint of green and asiago cheese??? Look at the pictures. Don't waste your money. read more

Best Ever! I eat mostly plant based and gluten free and I love being able to choose vegan cheese and gluten free crust for a decent price. My husband can order his own pizza and I get my specialties! It's so affordable here. I had olive oil and garlic rub as my base instead of sauce and it was fabulous! Topped with a generous amount of veggies of my choice and topped with vegan cheese! And the big bonus is that they did not burn the edges of the gf crust which I find so typical. Double Yum! read more

The pizza is good, but only one person was wearing a hairnet and when asked the other employee to put one on, he refused, even with his hair curling out of his hat and the other three also we're not wearing one Because read more

I entered the place at 12:50is and there were only 4 patrons but 3 employees. There were two people ahead of me and one employee already making their order. The employee was super slow. I stood there for 10 minutes as he still fiddled with their order. Not one other employee approached or talked to me. Then, one employee walks up, doesn't acknowledge me then starts making an online order before my order. The employee didn't even look at me. This place was a ghost town at mid day. Note to owner: Your employees have zero customer service, obviously don't care, are lazy and slow but most importantly, clueless. This is the reason that you will be closing your doors soon. I left and won't be back. Wake up or lose your biz! read more

Amazing food, fantastic customer service, and a wonderful environment! They're so quick and the food is delicious! All of the ingredients are incredibly fresh and the whole restaurant is immaculate! It's definitely a fun, divey place and it's incredibly affordable! read more

Nice part first: the place was clean; staff were nice and fast with our order. Unfortunately that's where it ended. The bad part: the pizza. My crust was like a pita not just thin but also was just flat and flavorless. And I love a good thin crust that's got crunch. When I say minimum toppings I mean she measured them out with a table spoon and that's what u get. The sauce didn't cover the pizza, I counted her put 10 spinach leaves on, 6 sliced mushrooms. SIX PEOPLE! Six mushrooms per slice would be normal. The cheese was minimal as well. Then she forgot the drizzle and put it on at the end so it made the already Luke warm pizza even colder. I don't understand why this place is popular . In short highly overpriced, not that good, toppings were minimal (which is criminal in the pizza-verse) read more

The bestttt you can't ever go wrong with MODS. I ordered white sauce with garlic and basil as the base. I love veggies so I had to add some of that as well along with spicy sausage & bacon. I'd like to add that we got the size dough in "mega" & Was very fluffy!! (: 10/10 read more

MOD Pizza - Pizza Near Me - Grants Pass, Oregon

I've been to MOD pizzas all over the state and this is the first disappointing visit. From walking in the door at 6:20pm to leaving, it was over 45 minutes... and I was third in line when I came through the door. Four workers: walk-in pizza maker, online order pizza maker, pizza cooker and pizza cooker trainee. The guy making the walk in pizzas was going as fast as he could, but the two folks in front of me ordered multiple pizzas - so I was 20 min in line. What I don't understand is the 20 min after I ordered (5-ish min) before my pizza was ready. Then again, maybe it sat on the counter for a bit because when I finally got it (after going up and asking), it was barely warm. I'm glad I was just visiting GP, because if this was my first MOD Pizza visit, I would never come back. read more

Hours listed shows it was open. I tried to call to make a delivery on a Monday but they said not available, and after all the work on Yelp to select a pizza it said it "couldn't process." Terrible. Easy solution - change and say it isn't available for delivery. read more

This is also a wonderful delight my way. I was surprised how good this is. I built my own great pizza with the staff that made my pizza, my way. And the Salad.... oo so yummy. They have so many wonderful toppings and you get to pick as many as you like for one flat price instead of a charge for each topping. A great place to go for people who like more than a Pepperoni Pizza! Go Crazy at Mod Pizza Yelpers! read more

As a regular Medford Modster (don't know if that's even a real term or not, haha) I was excited to find out it was coming to Grants Pass as well. The food was decent, although the bottom of my pizza was slightly well done for my liking. They were more than happy to accomodate my extra requests for sauces, which was nice. I would reccomend customizing your own pizza, rather than getting one of their premade options, they won't give you too much of anything unless you want extra...and when it comes at no extra cost, trust me - you want extra! The service was great as usual, and the staff seemed to have found their stride after being open for only about a week. The design of the interior itself, in my opinion, was even better looking than Medford's. It maintains the same hip industrial inspired design, but doesn't feel nearly as cramped. From what I could see during the evening at least, that seemed to be true of their patio area as well. However the one thing that was blaringly obvious when you walked in is the volume of the music - it was LOUD. Way too loud for my comfort at least...you feel like your eating in an Abercrombie or something. Maybe they were trying to cover up the pandemonium in the kitchen, I don't know, but the music was too loud to facilitate good conversation and I'm sure will alienate some older customers. Another thing I noticed different from the Medford location, was that they didn't have any to go boxes you could grab after you were finished. Other than that though, the staff & management did a pretty good job delivering the quality I've come to expect from this chain, even going above and beyond by checking in with us to make sure everything was good. read more

Ordered 4 pizzas. A Ruthie and 3 build your own. First experience with this company, ordered by phone (as you can't order without debit online, only by phone or in person) didn't really realize the pizzas are "personal size", but 4 fed 5 people. Will order 5 next time. The crust on the Ruthie was soooo soggy. It was really bad, both in taste and due to it being soggy. The 3 build your own pizzas tasted fine and weren't soggy, but were skimpy on toppings (including hardly any cheese) on 2 of the 3. The balsamic glaze was very good. It's worth another try, but going to give them a few more months to work out the kinks. Would love to order online with the option to pay with cash on pick up. read more

Terry Lane, Grants Pass, OR Wednesday 5/26/21 after 9:00 PM One of the very few places open after 9:00 on a Wednesday night. Sign on door says Mask required. Inside everybody had a mask and staff also wore gloves. One or two customers had issues knowing where their nose is. Soon after we came in a group of eight young boys came in, two without masks. Followed by three people with no masks. Emboldened four of the boys removed their masks. I don't blame the staff. They were swamped and busting their butts trying to keep up with orders rolling in. They were courteous and professional. The food was very good and the restaurant was very clean. I didn't get names because they were so busy but they deserve some recognition for doing an amazing job with a positive attitude. I would come here again. read more

I love that Grants Pass has a MOD Pizza. I especially like that they have gluten friendly crust and non-dairy cheese, as both are no-nos for me. Had dinner there yesterday, and now having my leftovers for lunch today. THANK YOU MOD, for considering those with dietary restrictions! read more

MOD Pizza - Yesterday's taste delight. These pizzas are easy to rewarm on a pizza stone in your home oven. Heck, you may not even need a pizza stone - Pizza Near Me - Grants Pass, Oregon

You can layer as many toppings on the pizza as you like. So its fully customizable pizza its so awesome. Everyone is chill too

This was one of the best pizza experiences I've ever had. No more "nickel and dime" the customer for multiple toppings games. My wife and I were able control our pizza's construction from A-Z. Flat out delicious pizza at a flat rate price. They also had that chewable ice that you can only find at that one national drive-in off of Union Drive. The staff aimed to please and they hit the mark. Mod pizza earned our customer loyalty tonight. read more

What happens when Subway meets Dominos? The Answer is: Mod Pizza. The have unlimited toppings on their pizzas. Vegetables include: tomatoes, mushrooms, olives, onions, jalapenos artichokes Meets include: ground beef, salami, grilled chicken, bacon, sausage. Seasonings include: oregano, rosemary. Several types of cheeses, including mozzarela and feta. Extras include: Garlic Butter, Oil and Vinegar. The pizza come in three sizes, 6 inch, 11 inch, 15 inch. They are sort of thin crust, Crunchy, the way I like it. Available for carryout, or dining in. They bake the pizza in front of you, and the waiting time is around 5 minutes. As an alternative, you can get a salad, instead of a pizza. Their desserts include the so called "no name cake" which is a kind of a chocolate cake with creemy filling. And the cinnamon sticks Some of their drinks are fruity tasting, I want to say blueberry and powerade. The smallest, 6 inch pizza is about 6 dollars, The 11 inch pizza is around 7 dollars. The staff us friendly and helpful. The restaurant has enough space and is family friendly. Properly clean bathrooms are inside. So, you basically design your own pizza, for a resonable price. It was a great experience, and I'm glad I tried it. read more

I can only give this location two stars because in the five times that I've been I keep hoping it would get better but it has not. From watching a employee handle the dough with bare hands, disrespectful cashiers, losing my pizza (?!) undercooked roasted garlic and finally employees acting like the customers aren't even there. Last night when I went there, the cashier never looked at me in the eye and only talk to me to tell me the dollar amount. Did not thank me for coming there or even tipping. Don't think I'll be going back. read more

My husband and I travel quite a bit and we have been to several branches but the one here in Grants pass is our favorite. All the employees are very welcoming and the place is kept clean. Placed an online order and came in to pick it up to which they had a huge line and were all rushing around. Though it took a while for them to get to our order the manager, though stressed as she was, still managed to be friendly and gave us free fountain drinks for our wait! read more

Good pizza for a good price. This is my second trip to this location since it opened and both experiences have been good. The staff is friendly and if you haven't been to a MOD Pizza before, you need to try it. Don't be discouraged by the long line because it moves fast. You then order your pizza and pick out whatever toppings you want without worrying about extra costs. Want extra of something, just ask. Want more cheese? Just ask. They make it in front of you in a sort of Subway-style, then they cook it over a fire. It's a thin crust with delicious toppings of your choice. It's a favorite in my family and we will become regulars here. read more

Well I'm not a pizza guy it upsets my Stomach. Well my Girlfriend wanted to try this place again since she tried it in Portland. Well here is goes : Well I really liked that they only put a little bit of red sauce and the crust is thin. They have Several different items to customize your pizza. So if you are a pizza nut this place is for you. The price is great !! The Beverages are good and the Service was excellent. They have Garlic bread and cinnamon sticks. But no Sandwiches. So not a Plus . Well I think we will go back for a second chance. So I would give it a 7-10 read more

I like these guys pizza and the prices etc but the have a $5 delivery charge plus a minimum order of $15 which means I always have to order more than I can eat, pay the xtra $5 for delivery plus a tip. What's the delivery fee for? If it's for the driver the why should I also tip? If it's not for the driver why is it necessary? Corporate food businesses are the only ones still making money besides Wal-Mart during covid why do they have to gouge the rest of us for a convenience they should offer us for choosing them over another business...come on show a little Grace and gratitude.
