We ordered a Cowboy with regular crust and a thin crust chicken, bacon and artichoke with bacon only on half. (I know, that is pure sacrilege...). All I can say is... Wow! I'm a new fan. I have never in my life been to pick up a raw pizza to bake at home. I always thought, why would I do that? Well, Let me give you a few damn good reasons why...#1 - Price! For $15 (with coupon) I got a family size deep dish Chicago style stuffed pizza. I baked it following their directions, and lo and behold, I turned out a professionally spectacular looking pizza that was HUGE! Insane! Look at my pic, it was delightful! Besides the low price, #2 - the taste was delicious! Great bread, good tasting toppings, and because I baked it at home, it was piping hot when it got to the table. Just had one of the most horrible customer service experiences I've ever encountered. I placed an order on PapaMurphys.com for delivery as we do every Sunday for our Adult Foster Home. We ordered a Family Sized All Meat pizza, a Large Pepperoni and Pineapple pizza, and a Root Beer. Once delivered, the Family Sized All-Meat Pizza was correct but we got delivered a Large Cheese pizza and a Pepsi. I called the store to inquire and the lady I spoke to said that that's the details they were given and that's what they made. I told them we never order an all cheese pizza and something must have happened when I changed the sauce on the website from Red Sauce to their Mixed Garlic with Red Sauce and that caused the ingredients to fall off. I asked if there was any way to resolve this issue. The employee went off saying that the website has lots of issues and that that's a "they" problem and not a "me" problem (referring to her). I was shocked that she just said that. I then asked her what company she worked for... hoping she'd realize that in fact it was a "me" problem since she worked at Papa Murphy's. She then hung up. I then drove down the to the store with the cheese pizza and Pepsi and asked to speak to a manager. Lo and behold, the person I spoke to was the manager and she wouldn't come out to talk to me. The male employee then said he could grab the ingredients and then started saying things to discount her behavior. I asked him if it was normal for her to not come out and talk to a customer when someone asks for the manager and he smirked at me. This was quite telling. I told him to please stop trying to excuse her behavior and that it was inappropriate for her to have hung up on me and talk to me the way she did. At that moment, another female employee started yelling at me telling me that they don't have to service me and that I was the problem. I couldn't help but laugh because I had not yelled once or done anything other than ask for this to be made right... Something that a manager should be seeking to do. Especially considering that I paid for a two topping pizza and it was nothing out of their pocket to give me the ingredients that were missed. I didn't blame her. I totally understand that the website is out of their control. But not taking ownership of the issue and trying to figure out a solution to a problem is totally unprofessional like and she should not be a manager. I then asked for the phone number of her manager and/or the owners of the establishment. The male employee said he can't give out their cell numbers but provided the store's phone number. I then left the store. I immediately called the number they provided to me. The multiple times I tried it either went to the voicemail box that was full (so I couldn't leave a message), or they answered and instantly put me on hold, or made very crackly noises that hurt my ears, or it went to a busy signal. All I wanted was to be able to leave a message to the owners so they could call me back. I finally got a call back from one of the owners and explained the situation. She was very apologetic and asked for my address to send me a free pizza and wanted to make sure we wouldn't lose their business moving forward. Right after this phone call, I got a call from the Grants Pass Police saying that the manager of the Papa Murphy's filed a trespass/harassment complaint against me and that they needed my information to file the warning. I told him my side asked that they get ahold of the owner's as they definitely said they wanted to earn my business back. The officer ended up being a jerk about it but thankfully and hilariously enough, Megan the owner of the Papa Murphy's reached out to their office and said to stop the complaint. The officer got that message while on the phone call with me. Not sure how it's harassment to call the phone number the employee's provided to me especially when I am unable to leave a voicemail or it's a busy signal. But w/e. -2 Stars for Manager. 5 stars for Megan the Owner. So, 2 is where it ended up at. read more

Very sparse toppings...customer here for years...must be new manager/owner....added extra artichokes ...they leafed a few and called it exrra....see if you can find onions. Looks like ex customer now. Pathetic!! read more

I didn't realize how big these pizzas are. She loaded it with toppings, made it when I arrived. The salads are also very big and fresh. The staff was very nice and I will certainly return when I feel like pizza again. read more

Omg who are the people that are giving this place 5 stars?? WTF are they thinking. 5 stars is John's on Bleeker in Manhattan. 1 star would be Little Caesar's, which is absolutely terrible, but blows this place out of the water. I've had better frozen pizza from the grocery store. Costco pizza is 10 times better than this. This is trash pizza and the fact that people have literally given it 5 stars, or anything over 1 star, is an embarrassment to humanity. I feel like the movie Idiocracy is a documentary about the people who gave this place a good review. read more

Highly disappointed at the customer service at this Papa Murphy's on Rogue River Hwy in Grants Pass OR after ordering a simple Hawaiian with extra ingredients for a birthday, I came home and cooked it only to and realised that the main ingredient pineapple was missing, When calling in to express my disappointment as this was a special occasion I was told to prove it by bringing it in, Mind you it was already cooked at this point and likely against health code regulation. I am offended as I would not go out of my way to lie and complain. Future reference to all future buyers of this establishment, if the employees mess up it is on you. read more

I always wondered why people would pay for an uncooked pizza. After my many years of resistance I caved to pressure from my family and tried it. It is not the best pizza I've had but good. Staff is always friendly and do their best to give good service. read more

We've only had wonderful service and pizzas from Papa Murphy's Pizza. Variety of personal creations is excellent because they have quality ingredients to choose from. The take and bake pans work perfectly to provide a crispy crust. If you've never tried them out, you're missing out. read more

This is the second time, that the store on Rogue River Highway in Grants Pass Oregon, has got my order wrong, this year. I am a vegetarian, have been for over 40 years. The first time I called someone told me the Manager would contact me in regards to the chicken, on my Gourmet Vegetarian. Never heard from anyone. Today, not only did my Gourmet Vegetarian have chicken on it, it had bacon crumbles! They put me on hold, to speak to a manager, quite frankly I was so irritated, I hung up. I just showered, and got into my loungers for the evening, and I am not getting dressed and driving this crap back down to the store, which I am sure would be the expectation. With the family vaccined against Covid, and things changing maybe this will be the last time, there are to many other options for dinner available. read more
