The second I saw on IG that their special was (what I call) a bánh mì-inspired pizza, I knew it had my name written all over it. It was absolutely outstanding, and honestly, I wish I had eaten it there because it deserved to be enjoyed fresh. The pepperoni is still a favorite every single time. The potato wedges remain undefeated, but LORDT... dipping them in the chimichurri sauce (because I like making adventurous sauce choices) took them to a whole new level. The wings weren't my personal favorite, but once I gave them the chimichurri treatment, everything was right again. And finally... the chocolate cake. Chicken sandwich: white meat chicken was tough and rubbery. Able to get through 1/2 because I was pretty hungry, but couldn't do the rest. I asked for the pesto on the side and it was not delivered. When I spoke to a manager she claimed, "It must have been miscommunicated because it was marked on the ticket as 'no pesto'". Hmmm I was very clear when ordering. It's nice to see so many great reviews for this place. For me, it was good--but not for the price. We planned on splitting a pizza, but that really wasn't realistic. It was barely enough for one person, about the same size as a Blaze pizza. It was surprising to see this kind of trendy spot in the area--and honestly, where did all the hipsters come from? Clyde's Corner is a must go to for delicious food, great vibes, great service and an overall great experience. The open space, brewery feel with a flair of Italian food, and coffee. Clyde's brings a lot to the table. They have indoor and outdoor seating, they allow dogs and they have more than enough parking. The service was amazing, Harper was our hostess and she was fantastic. She took care of me and my wife and our fur babies. She was amazing with suggestions and made sure we were always tended to. We got the olives in garlic lemon oil with the focaccia bread... let me say that my wife does not like olives she just wanted the focaccia bread lol but!!! She actually tried the olives and loved them. Soooo you won her over there. Next we got the chicken sausage pizza which was amazing!!!! On top of that the dough was perfection, I cooked pizzas at home and it's one of the first places I was like wow ... I need to up my pizza dough haha. She also got the Italian lemonada and I got the death stout. We ended the night with the chocolate cherry cake with mascarpone cheese and it was good, but the cake felt very light I just think it needed more thickens to it. It was very aerated , we did finish it and it was good. Came back to Ashland on Father's Day Weekend. Yep, had to come to Clyde's because their food is so good! Had this warm olive appetizer, a pepperoni pizza, a fresh tomato burrata pizza, and a side of the chimichuri sauce. It was so good with the beers and ciders we were drinking. Hands down our favorite pizza restaurant in the PNW. The texture of the dough and how they use their wood fire oven made me miss pizza from Italy. It was thin, crispy, and hot w/ a slight chew: just perfect execution! We were a bit adventurous and tried the capicola & squash, but these toppings don't seem to go well together IMO. We'd order pizza again, just not the same toppings. Caesar salad w/ chicken is always on point: not overly dressed and chicken was cooked perfectly. Drinks are always good. You'll have to order up front before grabbing a table, but service is quick and there are enough tables (rarely packed). I love how they have pinball machines in the back, super retro. Clyde's corner is without doubt my all time favorite pizza place. I tried it for the first time a couple months ago and I've been there 3 times since: there hasn't been a single thing I didn't like. Some of their pizzas are staple and stay the same, whereas half of the menu rotates for the seasons. These are dishes that have clearly been well thought out and artisan crafted. The apple bacon pizza has a apple butter that I have never seen done before but it is an amazing combination They also have a wide variety of beers, ciders, N/A, and wines on tap or canned/bottled. The outdoor patio has amazing energy and some fires and a pretty view of the field and bike path. You can go to the counter and place an initial order of drinks and they'll assign you a table and you can keep your tab open and order as is, or just order all at once if you know what you want! read more

Spent $18 on a sandwich. A sandwich guys. With no sides but a lump of arugula and fake parmesan (not from the rind). The sandwich is so bland w more arugula and chicken and that's it, w some spreads. Stopped by for a pizza and salad and was very pleased! I have to say that the customer service was the BEST we have had in the valley. So attentive and always with a smile. I'll go ahead and give it 4. The crust was really quite good - which is the hardest part of pizza to get right, and I feel like they got it right. The Pepperoni pizza was very solid (when is not?). The prosciutto with arugula also hit the spot. The butternut squash and leek did not - literally flavorless. So 2 out of 3 on the pizzas. The Caesar salads were impressively big for the price I thought. Good for sharing as a side. My mom go the French onion soup and enjoyed it. Not an extensive selection of beer or wine, but I did enjoy the IPA I got. Service was quick. The space is relatively large, but was still pretty full on a Friday night. This is the perfect spot to come and unwind. We were greeted with exceptional service and helpful suggestions on how to dine. They suggested we leave a card open at the walk up service since there will be staff walking around and periodically checking in to add anything to the tab. I've never seen this dual counter service/table service done so well! The pizza was perfect and I highly recommend getting a side of chimichurri sauce, it was wiped clean by the time we left. The house marg was the best marg I have ever had. The only thing I would say was the Caesar salad was not my favorite but that comes down to the strong anchovies presence in the dressing. I love this spot!! It's definitely one of those "you have to know it to find it" places that only locals frequent. With that said, even with its hard to find atmosphere, Clyde's is always packed. They have the best outdoor seating to enjoy the warm weather while drinking and eating. Their drink list is honestly one of my bests I have seen. They make amazing cocktails and have a great draft selection of location beers. You really can find exactly what you're craving. The pizza is made in an old fashioned pizza oven and it's drool-worthy!!! They are the perfect size for one person!! I also love how they aren't greasy at all and the crust is so fluffy. Staff here takes celiac and gluten-free diets seriously and they're using a uncommon wheat flour, which has had the protein removed. Staff just wanted to make sure that for our group this flour would not cause any problems due to celiac. Sorry, no pictures. We were too hungry sausage pizza and focaccia pulled pork barbecue sandwich delicious. all made with an Italian wheat flour ( Antimo Caputo Gluten Free Pizza Flour ) has the gluten removed. Wow what a hidden gem. I knew I was going to love it, the second I parked in the driveway. They have an immaculate outdoor seating area. It has many tables, fire pits made from antique bath tubs (what!?) and an outdoor area where you can order food and drinks. They also have an indoor eating area that also provides great atmosphere. They have garage doors that can open on warmer days to create more of an open space. I was even more surprised when I had the food. Wow, this might have been the best Caesar salad I've ever had. The base of the salad was kale, which I'm not normally a fan of, but the dressing gave it so much flavor. The freshly shaved parmesan was also a great addition. The types of pizzas really have something for everyone - we had the seasonal sausage, bacon and blue, and the prosciutto with arugula. They were all uniquely delicious and the real surprise was the bacon and blue. The balsamic glaze lifted the flavors of the bacon, brussel sprouts and blue cheese and over all my favorite pie.
