Clyde's Corner is a must go to for delicious food, great vibes, great service and an overall great experience. The open space, brewery feel with a flair of Italian food, and coffee. Clyde's brings a lot to the table. They have indoor and outdoor seating, they allow dogs and they have more than enough parking. The service was amazing, Harper was our hostess and she was fantastic. She took care of me and my wife and our fur babies. She was amazing with suggestions and made sure we were always tended to. We got the olives in garlic lemon oil with the focaccia bread... let me say that my wife does not like olives she just wanted the focaccia bread lol but!!! She actually tried the olives and loved them. Soooo you won her over there. Next we got the chicken sausage pizza which was amazing!!!! On top of that the dough was perfection, I cooked pizzas at home and it's one of the first places I was like wow ... I need to up my pizza dough haha. She also got the Italian lemonada and I got the death stout. We ended the night with the chocolate cherry cake with mascarpone cheese and it was good, but the cake felt very light I just think it needed more thickens to it. It was very aerated , we did finish it and it was good. To close this out me and my wife went to Italy a while back and the way yall cook your pizza and the olives with the Italian drinks ... you took us back there and it was amazing.

Came back to Ashland on Father's Day Weekend. Yep, had to come to Clyde's because their food is so good! Had this warm olive appetizer, a pepperoni pizza, a fresh tomato burrata pizza, and a side of the chimichuri sauce. It was so good with the beers and ciders we were drinking. I love how they make the pepperoni crispy. Finished it off with a root beer float and a giant ice cream sandwich (this is big enough to share, for sure.) Clyde's, you rock!

    Clyde's for the win!

Unique pies, great drinks and helpful service amongst a loud, busy industrial vibe in quaint Phoenix, Oregon. Been here a handful of times over the years and have always enjoyed ourselves- be it adults night out or a family get together. There's something for everyone and the menu is diverse and creative. Tried a few desserts tonight: the ice cream sandwich and a sourdough sea salt brownie... both were 100. Never been disappointed here, even when minor hiccups happen (pinball machine ate some quarters, staff quickly came over to reset the machine and gave the kiddos the credits they lost).

Hands down our favorite pizza restaurant in the PNW. The texture of the dough and how they use their wood fire oven made me miss pizza from Italy. It was thin, crispy, and hot w/ a slight chew: just perfect execution! We were a bit adventurous and tried the capicola & squash, but these toppings don't seem to go well together IMO. We'd order pizza again, just not the same toppings. Caesar salad w/ chicken is always on point: not overly dressed and chicken was cooked perfectly. Drinks are always good. You'll have to order up front before grabbing a table, but service is quick and there are enough tables (rarely packed). I love how they have pinball machines in the back, super retro. Certainly a great place for date nights or a place to stop by if you're ever doing the drive from WA to CA or vice versa.

Haven't been in a while. Decided to pop in and try the pizza again. Truly excellent craft pizzas. Ours was with squash and Italian meat on hat hit that sweet and savory note very well. Beer selection was excellent. Service was prompt and friendly. Definitely worth supporting this local business to try some of the best pizza in the Rogue Valley.

We shared a margarita pizza; not my favorite kind but this one was good even though it was just sauce and some cheese. The crust was thin and flavorful. There were sides available; I would add some next time. There is indoor seating, seating outside under the roof and outside seating near the trailer that produces some of the food.

Clyde's corner is without doubt my all time favorite pizza place. I tried it for the first time a couple months ago and I've been there 3 times since: there hasn't been a single thing I didn't like. Some of their pizzas are staple and stay the same, whereas half of the menu rotates for the seasons. These are dishes that have clearly been well thought out and artisan crafted. The apple bacon pizza has a apple butter that I have never seen done before but it is an amazing combination They also have a wide variety of beers, ciders, N/A, and wines on tap or canned/bottled. The outdoor patio has amazing energy and some fires and a pretty view of the field and bike path. You can go to the counter and place an initial order of drinks and they'll assign you a table and you can keep your tab open and order as is, or just order all at once if you know what you want!

What a treat! Beautiful location, great service and the food... Appetizers were great, pizza was even better.

I'll go ahead and give it 4. The crust was really quite good - which is the hardest part of pizza to get right, and I feel like they got it right. The Pepperoni pizza was very solid (when is not?). The prosciutto with arugula also hit the spot. The butternut squash and leek did not - literally flavorless. So 2 out of 3 on the pizzas. The Caesar salads were impressively big for the price I thought. Good for sharing as a side. My mom go the French onion soup and enjoyed it. Not an extensive selection of beer or wine, but I did enjoy the IPA I got. Service was quick. The space is relatively large, but was still pretty full on a Friday night. We were able to squeeze the 6 of us in at the shared table. If it were summer, there is a bunch of outdoor seating so then I think would be more chill.

First of all the service was incredible. The entire staff were super welcoming and the food came out pretty quick. The food was simply phenomenal. The chicken pesto sandwich was so ******* good. Anytime I'm in the area I need to come back just for that sandwich. Pizza was good, unfortunately the sandwich stole the show so the pizza was out shined. I highly recommend this place. W spot. 10/10

A hidden gem of a restaurant in downtown Medford…read more Tucked away in an unassuming pub environment, this place serves seriously good Italian food. Saw quite a few locals conversing inside, that's how you know it's good. They start with a fresh baked complimentary bread service and an absolutely delicious garlic butter. You can add a bowl of Italian Wedding soup for a few dollars extra. The pastas are the star of the show though by far. The lobster and shrimp fettuccine came with generous portions of both seafood and noodles tucked away in a savory cream sauce. Price was very good also at just under $30. Salmon was fresh and tasty as well and both the chicken Alfredo, and shrimp scampi were great. Service was also top notch, very attentive and friendly servers. Overall delicious food, hearty portions, fair pricing, and friendly staff. 10/10 would come back anytime. Highly recommend.

They left some of the signage from whatever the building was before. Table setup was very thoughtful. Waiter was pleasant. Seemed like a local spot because they greeted most people arriving by name. After I ordered the shrimp and scallions, an outgoing customer asked me if I ordered anything good. When I told him he said he gets it every time he eats there. My son ordered the ribeye and it was cooked to perfection. He didn't like the potato torte. If I'm in the area again, I would for sure visit!
