I only review if I have strong feelings in one way or another. After reading a couple of the reviews I wanted to step in and say I'm a food, drink and wine snob.. Not snobby just like what I like. The service staff has always been friendly and pleasant. Bartender is a doll and you can tell the back of the house works very hard to make your experience worth it! I haven't been to a restaurant multiple times and not experienced a problem. I've been here many times now and yes had a problem. That being said they fixed it immediately to my satisfaction and like every meal I've had so far thoroughly enjoyed my experience. Foot quality is top notch especially for an area that struggles with a meat and potato crowd. I've had half the menu by now and have found a dish I don't like but not because it was bad, I'm just not into it... and that's ok. I can't recommend them enough, good food and cocktails, weak on wine but that's not their jam, nor is it anyone else's in GP. You want a wine menu head to Springfield or Portland. Or my favorites Las Vegas or Phoenix AZ. read more

I think I may have started a review before, but after our recent visit, I had to come back and finish it because Perez is just that good. We recently went for brunch and it was satisfying in every way--great food, great service, and unbelievably... no wait list. That alone felt like a win! The owners are actively involved in running the restaurant and are genuinely engaged with their patrons, which you can really feel. It adds such a welcoming, personal touch. Their cocktails are some of the best in town, and I love that they offer daily specials so there's always something new to try. It's not your typical "meat and potatoes" kind of place, which is refreshing--but if you're craving something hearty, they do have steak frites that absolutely hits the spot. Also--best Caesar salad in the area. Hands down. Hahaha, can you tell I love this place? Highly recommend! read more

From start to end overall very happy. We are repeat customers of this place because their food is on point as well as their service. They made my daughter's bday extra special-decorated the table they reserved for us on a Friday night. We have been here many times. Super interactive with the kids and problem solving for the kids. This time the service was friendly and good but slightly slow. Maybe a new waitress but she was nice. It was pretty warm inside the crowded restaurant but we made do. Will keep going back with this type of service! read more

Had a great dinner at Perez. First time diners passing through the area. Split an order of roasted Brussels Sprouts and an order of the flatbread tacos. Plenty of food for two and it was delicious. Also had the coconut margarita which was quite good. Our server/bartender Justin was great and he was definitely busy when we were there, but he was still very attentive. Highly recommended! read more

Me & my wife Showed up and no other people in restaurant. What turned out to be the manager sat us at a very small table against a brick wall that made it very uncomfortable, I showed my discomfort for as large as I am. She made a face at me and walked away. Remember the restaurant was empty but she would not move us to a more comfortable place. Before for we left the manager started setting for a birthday party and decided it was very appropriate to bend over and put her behind in my wife's face or body and when she turned, it was in her face she has no respect for people no respect for customers. The waiter, their young man, tall slim should be looking for another job. I have no understanding why he would not work for a manager like that. It was a great waiter. Food was just so so. But because of managers attitude, I would not go back there read more

Food Great. Service Great. Interesting menu. Take reservations. A little loud when crowded but we'll worth going anytime. read more

Amazing food, vibe and service and Erica is an all star. Please give her a raise! The gem of grants pass

Great spin on healthy food, variety on the menu staff are quick with the water, I will be back

DO NOT COME HERE. I was driving through Grants pass on my way home from a work trip and stopped at the Perez Kitchen to grab a bit to eat and was heavily disappointed. The waiter started by coming over to the table and being overly obnoxious and loud which I was sort of annoyed by I guess. The food was just bad, I mean if you like overpriced fancy bs then this is your spot. I do not recommend coming here small menu which I normally like but they were out of a lot of things on it and what I did order was bad....... read more

The food was cooked well, what it lacked was flavor. If you read what this restaurant is supposed to be about and then you are hyped up by that definition, and once you food arrives it just has nothing interesting to say to your mouth. The French fries looked amazing, no flavor. I'm not trying to be mean, but there just was nothing special except the presentation! Service was meh, I ordered a burger, no bin, it arrived wrapped in lettuce, not how I expected to get it. Way too much lettuce and a glob of mayo inside those leaves. Not very appealing. My husband got the pork steak, cooked to perfection, but no mole flavor, well, maybe a hint. Restaurant is small, too close for a busy restaurant. We probably won't be back. Hopefully you take my review to heart. More flavor recommended. read more

My partner ordered a well done burger and it was rare at the end of the patty, which was weird. He had eaten up to the rare part and had to stop. When we got home he had to run to the bathroom. This is the second time in the same store front that a restaurant has made us sick. read more

The restaurant and bar are in a small venue. They could easily support a place twice as large. Our waiter was wonderful. He took care of our needs, checked back on us, without being intrusive and kindly attended to everything we needed. Our food was magnificent. My wife ordered the pork chop and loved it. I had the steak , it was very tender. We will definitely be going back. read more

The service was incredible. So friendly and helpful. Our server was also very knowledgeable about cocktails and was able to tailor them for the taste of one of our party. The food was delicious with perfect portions. Please keep this place going Grants Pass! We were visiting family and friends and would like to go back there on our next visit. read more

Got the Sandra, and Solomon Pizzas, very impressed! Delicious crust, and would never expect some of these ingredients all together to work, but it just DOES. Definitely will be back read more

Our meals and drinks were excellent. I'd like to try the whole menu. So we'll probably be back next week.

Attached you will find a picture of a "large pizza" from this company. After further review, they only have one size. You will see their version of a large would be a medium or personal pizza by literally everyone else. Next is the pizza itself. The taste is no different than a bowling alley pizza. Not good or bad. What's the price for an under cooked , personal pizza here ? That would be $20. I would pay $100 if a pizza was good. This was a fail. Like most pizza in this city. In fact it seems like the entire city has not one decent restaurant. But I have many to go. With that said the staff is friendly, the place is clean and some of the other food looked ok. Unfortunately their business model seems more focused on cutting costs for themselves not the customer. The industry is not easy. And I hate to review a smaller location which is most likely family owned. So I will only address the pizza I ordered itself. In 2025 I said enough is enough with business models who do not prioritize the customer. You're not doing me a favor. I'm paying for it. Remember that. Ask yourself if the price is worth losing 4 customers, forever. Before I get a comment saying I should have researched the pizza dimensions. I do not feel I need to compete and entire background check and evaluation to grab a pizza. read more

Both the food and service were excellent. It's small so I almost hate to recommend it and edge ourselves out!
