I ordered the new box meal for $7,99 and it contained the most fried food I have ever eaten in one meal. It was delicious They even have dr pepper. Very nice young man working the window. Great value for a cheat day. read more

We had Double Roast Beef Sandwiches, Potatoes Cakes (so glad they are back on tge menu), and Coke to drink. The sandwiches were perfect, and the potatoes cakes were hot and crispy l. It was a delicious hot fast food lunch. The service was quick and the staff courteous. The facilities were clean. The one small draw back was that the A/C was turned too high, but that may be in preparation for the 90° temperature expected this afternoon. read more

Excellent food! Great service and fast! Very clean! Thank you and we will be back every time we travel thru GP! Terrific!

We went to Arby's on Thursday 3/17. I tried the new Reuben sandwich. This was a very poor attempt of making a Reuben. I'm 77 years old and have eaten a lot of sandwiches. This was the worst sandwich I have ever had. They had some kind of sauce on it that was terrible. I took two bites and could not get myself to finish it. I finished my coke and tossed the sandwich in the garbage where it belonged. This was a very bad experience. Poor food and high prices for fast food! Do not go here. You will regret it! read more

We are Seniors and have been eating at this location since it opened. The food has been consistently good. The management and employees are very courteous and have always given us a Senior discount. Today I asked for the Senior discount and the New manager stated that they fired the previous manager for giving Senior discounts. The new manager is the worst thing to happen at this location. Even an employee said he's a real "jerk". read more

I really enjoy how friendly the girls are at greeting and my food is soooo good I really enjoy how fresh my fries are you girls are doing amazing keep it up read more

Normally I rate Arby's fairly high in the fast food category, but not this time. Starting off it seems a little on the high side for price but on this particular trip it was disappointing to say the least in that the combo meal I had came with curly fries and big huge & long Curly HAIR! in the fries. Also the Aujus for the French Dip was lukewarm warm at best. On this visit they had the Air conditioner on high when it's cold & wet outside. read more

Been here a couple times so far, and both times everything was great with no issues whatsoever. My roast beef and swiss dip with au jus was lovely. The onion rings were huge and crispy and tasted great - more like restaurant onion rings, rather than typical fast food ones, so I was happy. My husband said he loved the market fresh sandwich and it was loaded with good stuff. We used coupons, so great deal on everything we ordered. The people who took the order both times have been friendly and helpful. Overall, I find this to be a great fast food place and I would come back here again for sure. read more

Just gross... salty flavorless... why people eat here is beyond me it's not even the crews falt it's Arby's just being gross fast food that when I drive by the building the smell makes me sick.. read more

Preface with 'I love Arby's'. The food is AWESOME. However, this store is mismanaged. The lobby is rarely open for walk in's. No signs visible from parking lot. Walking up in rain to find door locked. This is 2 years POST Covid closure ‍. Thus, Drive thru is backed up. Disappointed in lack of services. read more

Stopped in for two gyro's but saw the special of two cheddar chicken sandwiches so I decided to get them instead. When I got home I discovered what I got were two skimpy chicken STRIPS with hardly any actual meat on them slapped between two buns with almost no lettuce, and one little slice of tomato that barely covered half of the bun!! I wonder if they just ran out of chicken patties and figured they would substitute the chicken strips. The strips were so hard I almost hurt a tooth biting into it. Unreal read more

Arby's - a person holding a sandwich - Fast Food Near Me - Grants Pass, Oregon

Cleanliness is a factor here, tables were dirty, floor looks like it hasn't been swept in a few days. These poor guys are understaffed and doing there best. The owner needs to step up and try working here thru out the week to see what there employees go through on a daily basis and make some improvements. Not quite sure how the food is yet, waiting on our order. Just picked up our food and fry's we're cold and greasy, chicken nuggets were cold & husband sandwich barely had any meat in it. Very disappointing...won't be back. Bummer, cause we used too like Arby's. read more

Walk in to order closed, and I just spent 45 min in line at the drive thru while multiple employees are hanging out in the parking lot at the same time. I know places are short staffed but come on read more

Worst Arby's Ever!!! Always at least 2 employees on break at the same time in the parking lot. Usually in a high demand time like 12;15 pm (noon). This with 6 cars in the drive thru lane. Can't go inside to order.. I know staffing is hard now, but come on. read more

Had a long drive drove up to get a sandwich and I ordered Beef N Cheddar I asked for horse sauce at the mic menu screen and I drove up to get my meal and some women came to the window with a boy haircut asking me if I want Arby's sauce or ketchup I said no. I checked my bag to see, there was no horse sauce so I waited by the window until she came to the window so I can get my sauce and she threw a fit about when I told her I wanted horse sauce at the menu screen. She handed me the sauce and slammed the window on me. If you don't want to get upset just avoid this place. P.S. sandwich look like a mess even a 3yr old could do a better job. read more

Cold sandwiches, cold fries, female employee in the back room screaming and arguing. Staff more focused on her than my order. My order came out in three stages while interrupted by Queen employee. Took 30 minutes to get my order. Told the supposed manager my foods getting cold and he responded with no its not. 30 minutes in a paper bag waiting on poppers and mozzarella which was dropped when the rest of my order was complete. Nothing like a cold beef and cheddar sandwiches. Children run this place throwing tantrums and screaming at the top of their lungs. read more

My wife just bought 3 classic roast beef sandwiches at the ne terry location in Grants Pass Or., the bread was so stale she threw it away and ate only the scant amount of roast beef, at $5,49 a piece what a deal read more

Well, the soda was good. Otherwise not very happy. Fries were warm but not hot, suggesting they may have been preboxed in advance. The discolored rings around the edge of the chicken patty compounded with complete lack of warmth suggest that it was repeatedly reheated and inadequate for pleasurable consumption. The girl at the counter didn't listen. Somehow she derived roast beef from Philly. I mean there's not even the same letters. I paid $16. I ate the shitty cold food. They get my honest review. It's nothing like the quality it was when I was a small boy. You will never put your meat in me again Arby's. read more

We love this location! We've never had a problem from this location! I always get the turkey bacon ranch sandwich with extra ranch and it's perfect every time. The veggies in it are fresh also. My husband gets something different almost every time (just because he likes to try new things) and no matter what he's gotten, it's been great each and every time. The employees greet us right when we walk in and take our order immediately (if there's no line of course lol). The food comes out quickly and accurately. The drive though is the same way! They're consistent with their accuracy and getting your order to you in a timely manner whether you're inside or in the drive thru. They definitely deserve all five of the stars I gave them!!! read more

To get it out of the way, the food is mediocre. I still eat it every now and then and it's decent. But my beef with Arbys is I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET A CHOCOLATE TURNOVER IN YEARS. I have gone countless times and requested what used to be so simple. Now I get rolled eyes and snarky attitudes from the staff. I've been told to come before 6- "sorry we don't" I've been told to come before 4- "sorry we don't" I've been told to come before 2- "sorry we don't" I'm done with Arbys. The turnover was what made a barley passible restaurant nice to eat at. Wouldn't be that hard of a fix but the Arbys in GP doesn't care about its customers. read more

Will never eat there again. For the past several weeks the dining room has been closed. Apparently it's eat in your car or screw you. They are using staffing issues as an excuse. How many people does it take to wipe off a table? read more

The quality of their food has become really shoddy. It's hard to get my food and drink when no one is interested in taking the order and most of the time they get it wrong, making me ask again to get the stuff I actually wanted. I've been given other people's drinks, food I never ordered and food so messy with sauce it's like eating sloppy joe. Maybe if they had friendly kiosks to take orders, the kitchen would have even more time to make food right and free up others to keep the restaurant clean! read more

Worst Arby's ever. Tried to charge me more cause I didn't want bacon on a sandwich. Negative stars for this money stealing restaurant!!!

Very pleased. Great customer service and food. I look forward to my next visit. Forget burgers, go roast beef baby

After going to Arby's yesterday after working a double commuting 35 min all I wanted was a French dip Sandwich. When I went inside the floor had garbage and food, and usually I don't care I'm hungry I just wanna sit and eat, but when the wait is long and no one else is in line you start to look around and notice all the detail the floor was gross the tables and seats had food on them the trash was full and the drink station was sticky and also gross. After they finally came to take my order the woman taking my order was rude and short with me. I was tired so I just brushed it off payed and waited it took longer than it should had for one small order and again I brushed it off. I was just glad I had finally got my food I was just exited to eat so I could go home.... until I opened the box. The whole thing was a mess there was barley any meat the bread was soggy and almost all the cheese was melted to the box. I was so frustrated I ate what parts I could stomach got up and left. I don't know if they were having an off day, but if this is a normal day of service for them I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone and I will not be coming back. read more

I hate to admit that I eat fast food a lot. I never think of Arby's when deciding where to go, but they send us coupons once a month. This location has always been fast and very friendly! Food is always hot and fresh. Couldn't ask for more! read more

Overpriced trash food. Made the family sick. I really don't know how they still are in business.

Tried it twice and both times there was just no flavor in the sandwich. Greasy and cold Philly steak sandwich. Tasteless dry turkey sandwich. We will not be returning a third time. read more

I am giving this Arbys 5 because so far I haven't reviewed this place even tho I have been here numerous times, I love the language our more educated reviewers employ, but I will say that my regular sandwich & the curly fries, were very well prepared and I didn't have to choke it down. Its the time I guess you go and one hour to the next can make all the difference. I will continue to go here and for those that can't, Thank You for giving me a chance not to have to wait in line and I really mean that. read more

Great service, super clean, and their chicken sandwich was surprisingly juicy and tasty!

Horrible!!! Staff is lazy!!! No lights were turned on and it was completely dark outside. Took our order and after anything we said the gal asked if thats it. Got super huffy about doing her JOB. We will NEVER go back. Very RUDE!!! read more

Best Arby's I have been to. Service was friendly and fast. Food was delicious, hot, and not smooshed. The bathrooms were clean. It is surprising to have read the other reviews...ignore them entirely, this place rocks. The one thing this location needs is a sign off the highway. read more

So disgusted with the service we received today. Will not be back. Luke-warm food and bad attitudes when we ask them to correct it. Argued with us about what the menu items were. If you are passing by this restaurants, keep driving! read more

This place sucks and is only getting worse. How can you forget to heat up a sandwich that comes HOT? How can you serve burned up pieces of curly fries and call them curly fries and how can you serve a sandwich that is cold, soggy and sloppily thrown together and call it good? I won't be eating from this mismanaged sh*t hole again! Thanks Arby's! read more
