Dear Chick-fil-A, YOU'RE SO MUCH BETTER THAN THIS!! I was sorely disappointed with my latest meal through the drive-thru. Especially since I was sooo looking forward to trying the New Honey Pepper Pimento Sandwich for the very first time. As you can see, my whole meal was disappointing. The sandwich was not lovingly constructed with care, instead I had a speck of the special pimento sauce and the jalapeños were all grouped to one side. I would have liked more sauce, like they heavily advertise!! Additionally, my fries were not fresh and the bottom half consisted of old crumbs. My unsweetened tea didn't even have ice... Even though I received the usual friendly service from start to finish, this is the first time I have been given such a poorly executed meal. It wasn't even peak hours with a minimal wait time. I'm up to trying the other location now that it's open. I just hope this was a one & done discrepancy. read more

Great fast food place! Servers are super friendly. The food is good and consistent. We typically only go when it's not busy, around 1900 on a weekday. I've went ONCE on a Saturday for lunch, it was a zoo! Super busy! So, now it's only off hours for us. I didn't even realize you could customize your sandwiches or have ice cream with a kids meal in lieu of a toy! Mind blown when I found out! The ambiance is similar to any fast food place, except everything is clean. They have good lighting in there as well, not harsh fluorescent light. There is a staff member who will clear off your table after you are done eating, which we typically decline and do it ourselves. There is a small play area, which is the main reason we go. read more

I am just so impressed! We finally decided to have lunch here, and what a lovely, happy experience. No wonder this place is always packed with cars lining up practically around the block for the drive thru! We parked and decided to go inside for lunch. There was a man who greeted us with a smile upon seeing us walk in. I noticed real flowers on the tables! What fast food place does that? That's next level. The place was also uber clean, and I noticed someone wiping things down too. Both my husband and I are eating healthy this month, and we both ordered a cobb salad with grilled chicken nuggets. It's just fast food and we've eaten it plenty of times on road trip passing through California. Right now it's A LOT OF HYPE for nothing; much like the In-Out frenzy that occurred not that long ago. We opted to park in the mud and wait in a 30-minute line to sit down. The alternative was to sit in a line of cars for ~45 minutes for the drive thru and eat in the car *nope*. I like that the chicken is real and the cobb salad never disappoints. I would NEVER AGAIN buy the 30 piece nuggets for $15+ (I feel massively ripped off). I ordered the Maple Bacon Chicken Sandwich, which was the most delicious chicken sandwich I have ever had! I paired it with a side salad and a Frozen Lemonade, which was an awesome start to summer. I am always using the drive-through; the people that help you out there are always pleasant and helpful, even when it is extremely hot or cold, no matter how busy they are. I was driving through the city of Medford and I came across this Chick-fil-A which is very convenient to access it from the freeway. The food was delicious, the chicken was very fresh. The service was very friendly and the manager was also outside handing out the food to customers. In spite of the long line, service was very fast. Highly recommend. I for one am in the closet nerd, that has been spoiled. I have been to many locations over the years so this place is not new to me, but the location is. By in the closet nerd I mean I love this place. I am not going to be one of those people who is going to brag about being here many times, so I am sick of it...but yet find myself still here. Oh wait, I have been to In n Out many times in Ca. But I don't care for it! Come on people! Be happy both places have even made it to Oregon period! I like both places, I happen to love Chic fil a a lot more than I do In n out, but I am not going to dis the place unless that location itself has something wrong with it. Okay vent over....now for this location. I was very pleased. I was able to get front row parking right away. Hardly any wait in line. We already knew what we wanted so that helped a little. The staff was very well trained. The facility itself was very clean, and this is another reason besides the food that I love this place. Most locations are like this. I am a fan of both types of nuggets. The grilled, and crispy. I couldn't tell you a favorite sauce, because honestly they are all great. Honey mustard is actually one of the top favorites. I almost forgot mention that while we were dining, an elderly man was dining by himself, and needed assistance with opening a box of his food, and sauces, and I was impressed with how fast employee's were right there to help him. This made my heart so happy. I will definitely be back to this location! I pray Chic Fil A comes to Eugene!!! So if you have already been to a location many times in Ca. What a great place to have in town now. After a lot of site development and building of a new restaurant, they are finally open. I'm generally not a big fan of "fast food", but their chicken sandwiches really hit the spot when in a rush. It was also fun to finally get inside this building since my son was an electrician on the build. I was happy to see all the lights worked! LOL. Anyhow, it was pretty busy here on opening day but my food came up in a timely fashion. I find they make some other tasty food options in addition to their chicken sandwiches. Their Mac & Cheese is really good on aa cold day. The interior of the building is clean, organized and well lit. The staff was super friendly and helpful on this busy, grand opening. I talked to the manager, Lauren Rollette (spelled phonetically...) to commend her on her staff, and they did very well during a lunch rush surge, my service was very good, cashiers friendly and helpful, quickly gave me my military discount, just a great lunch and experience. However, Lauren deserves to be commended as well. The skill and drive she used to motivate and lead her team was obvious and effective. She led, but I also saw her everywhere, helping out where needed, busing tables, walking food out to curbside, helping people who needed refills, orders, etc. and on and on. I ordered a deluxe number 1 and my partner ordered a deluxe number 2. While everything was cooked properly, very little flavor in the chicken or the super plain waffle fries. I need to go through a McDonalds drive through to get an order of fries to get this shitty taste out of my mouth, and I can't even recall the last time I went to McDonald's. Went on a road trip from California and on our way back stoped to get some food. Location was super clean and staff was super friendly. When I got back home to the Bay Area I realized my wallet was missing. I called chick fil a to see if I'd left it there and sure enough they had it. The newest fast food franchise in Medford is very popular with long lines of cars at the drive through. We tried the grilled chicken sandwich with waffle fries and the chicken noodle soup. The latter should more accurately be called chicken-flavored noodle soup. The fries were so-so and a bit too salty. However the big guy who took my card did not speak one word to me.
