Ok, I see the 1.8 and I'm surprised. Maybe we got lucky but I got the 3 piece dinner (breast, thigh, and a leg). The pieces were good sized and were cooked perfectly. My wife got the chicken sandwich and again large and cooked perfectly. I had the mac and cheese. Piping hot and my wife loved her cole slaw. Simply put, well done KFC! read more

Purchased a 16 pc all dark today. Got home it was only 12 pc. I called the store and to make a long story short was treated so disrespectfully by the woman in charge. The manager I guess. She started by accusing me of prank calling the store, went on to call me a liar not once but twice. She said "you did not purchase a 16 pc today." I proved I did then she accused me of trying to get free chicken because she was the one who packed it and apparently she doesn't make mistakes. I have reported it to corporate. They probably won't do anything so i decided to review KFC Center Dr. Medford Oregon. I will never spend a dime at that place again. I mean I was trying to scam 4 pcs of chicken?? Give me a break!! read more

If I could give 0 stars, that's what this joke of a place would get! The food is HORRID the chicken strips were rubbery, the fries were cold, and the KIDS were RUDE AF! We asked for something different and was told, " we don't do that" ...Im sorry, since WHEN?? I Literally took 1 bite of my chicken and 1 fry, and was instantly grossed out!! When we left my husband left a mess for them to clean up, the fat bitch followed us out into the parking lot screaming *you are not allowed back on the property " HAHAHA news flash bitch, we don't live here, nor do we want to come back to this shitty place, total losers at this location.....we sent an email to corporate about our experience...they should close this place down......... read more

I have eaten at the south Medford KFC many times since they opened at that location, and have never had a complaint until now. I have always thought the prices were on the edge of being too high, but not enough to completely stop going there. Just stopped by and bought a Mac n cheese bowl. I may be wrong about the price in the past, but I believe they were $5 or maybe $5.99, and full to the top. Today? $8.99 and when I got home to Jacksonvillr, discovered the mac n cheese wasn't even half way up the bowl. 5 small nuggets adorned the top. I realize everything is going up, and as of now, my fast food runs will be a thing of the past, especially at KFC. If you can not give a customer their money's worth, then don't sell that item. Goodbye KFC, it was nice knowing you when you were good. read more

Our dinner tonight was awful. Chicken greasy. Biscuits hard as rocks. Mashed potatoes and gravy blah. Cold slaw had a funny taste. We ordered fries and they were not included in the order but we were charged for them. I'm done with KFC. Really bad. read more

KFC - A very expensive cup of macaroni and 3 1/4 chunks of chicken - Fast Food Near Me - Medford, Oregon

I went today to get the new waffles and chicken and for almost $11. Dollarsvi got served a box with almost nothing in it. The waffle is so small it is just 2 bits and the chicken tenders were so small I would call them nuggets. It is a joke that they are charging more then $5. Dollars for it. It made me give it at least 1 star to post but we should get a choice of no stars. Cause even though fast food it is a no star fast food. read more

KFC - This was what I got for almost $11.00 dollars. That's just discusting that places like this rip us off. - Fast Food Near Me - Medford, Oregon

Ordered 8 piece bucket meal.....chicken was dried out and tough, like it had been sitting around for hours under a hot light. Biscuits looked like someone sat on one half. Haven't eaten there in a while, and certainly won't in the future. The quality has really deteriorated. Not worth $30. Too many other choices out there to roll the dice with KFC. read more

How did you forget both my sides on a $15 order. This is f#*%ing Bull. I spent over $15 and got $6 worth of food, no sauce and a dry biscuit with no sauce as well. Smallest drink possible. I've never been upset enough to write a review of fast food, but this does it. Never going back to this location, and the manager at this location is one of the best, but he wasn't here today, so I get popped on. I was the only customer in the store, and I went inside, still missed my whole order. Impressively terrible. Thanks, no thanks to ever coming here again. read more

If I could I would give this restaurant zero stars. I only like original recipe wings so I order and pay for original recipe wings, I generally order 8-10 wings plus add ons like mash potatoes, rolls etc.I give them plenty time like 45 minutes to prepare my order. When I get home and open my order their "chef " , (today it was Salvador ) substituted extra crispy wings for my original recipe. If anyone who loves original recipe knows extra Krispy is just junk and goes to waste, totally ruins the experience. This location is horrible, check your chicken before you walk out the door. Thanks very much SALVADOR corporate is going to hear from me. read more

Food was great, service was even better. A very nice guy named Hawk, I swear I couldn't ask for better service. If you want to be treated like family this IS the KFC to go to. THANKS HAWK, you make everyone's day better!! read more

KFC - Gah dam beautiful chicken pot pie - Fast Food Near Me - Medford, Oregon

ANOTHER excellent experience at this restaurant! Everything is always immaculate from the parking lot to the food at this location. The food quality is the best KFC I have ever visited in all of my decades being a devoted KFC fan since early childhood. That being said, the customer service is second to none. The manager's commitment to superb customer service is echoed through his employees. Service with a smile is an understatement as their bright smiles and friendly service leave a lasting impression throughout the day! 10 out of 10. read more

Say what you will about KFC, but if your going to the one in south Medford hold on to your hats. You get friendly great service, drive through was very fast and believe it or not the food we ordered was hot and correct when we opened the big bag of goodness. This place is not your typical fast food. They have their shit together. I highly recommend you go here instead of wasting your time and money on places that can't get it right. To visit this place. The service alone is enough to bring me back. read more

Placed a order at7pm for a 9:30 pick up they pushed my food threw saying it was ready when I got there they had drive thru lights off mind you they are still open for 30 min then they say they don't have my food but I can get pot pies instead I asked for money back said I could call to get that . Very upsetting why put a mobile number to call if your not going to use it read more

The cuisine of the south, we looked at the prices. And added just a few more bucks to the takeout budget and went to Red Lobster. Now that's Southern Cuisine. KFC is only of there's no where else to go. Thoes $50.00 chickens aren't that good. read more

Disgusting and a total ripoff. The $3.99 chicken sandwich is now $8.99!!! Seriously??? Dried out and gross. Save your money read more

Extremely poor service. No one was working inside counter. Food mediocre at best. Love fried chicken but we'll go elsewhere next time.

Went to the South Medford KFC today and had the best chicken pot pie. I had a bad experience at another location with their chicken pot pie; it had no meat, top crust was sunk in and there was only like three or four bites inside. S Medford had a lot of chicken, the flavor and the amount of potatoes and carrots were cooked well. I will definitely be going back there. thank you South Medford KFC. read more

I will never order from here again. Not only was two large mashed potatoes and three drumsticks a little over $20 but by the time I got home I realized they had charged me but not included one of my mashed potatoes with my other items. This was at the south Medford location. I was sick that day and don't live near the store so it wasn't worth driving back for the forgotten item. It's fast food! At this point they've priced me out of having a desire to return and I can't trust the quality or the service. read more

I really want to give them the benefit of doubt but.... WHAT IS GOING ON?! Everywhere has staffing problems & supply problems. We understand. I appreciate the printed notes about having supply issues at the drive through. Have been here once a week grabbing a meal for the child after Karate but they have been out of chicken maybe 3 times in the course of 6 weeks. Then we swing by after being out too late to make dinner .... Hand written sign saying closed for the night at 5pm. Chairs blocking the drive thru. Go next door to grab dinner & as we pull out -- and the KFC is open!? Now I get if maybe you had a staffing issue, then you found people to work and you open. I get that. But this is really a bunch of on going issues. I don't even like KFC. I don't mind getting this for my family but you gotta help me out. Tell us what's happening. I know there is a business owner (not just a big nation food chain) struggling here. Make me believe you're working on this. You're doing what you can during trying times? Cuz if you keep disappointing my child it's easy enough to go elsewhere. read more

Service was great but they shorted 4 pieces of chicken. Only giving one star but not for local store but for shitty service from corporate. Had a coupon for a 10 piece and only got 8 but bought two buckets. Emailed corporate and they asked for info and then never got back. Imagine if they did this every time they have a coupon. Anyhow just thought it was shitty they made no attempt to make good. Could have just sent a coupon for a 4 piece and called it a day. Own up KFC!! read more

As far as KFC goes, this was stunningly great!!! The man helping customers was wonderful, polite, efficient, and very nice. It was a very different vibe than other KFCs. I wish other ones in my area were run as well. Oh, the foods was all hot and fresh as well!! read more

This place is poorly run based on my experience. I went to the drive-up around 2:00 pm. Long line of cars, not moving very fast. Took forever to even get up to where you place your order. I ordered my food and was told it would be $11.19. When I got to the window, I gave them $21.20 so I would get. $10.01 back. Not a lot of math, right? Not difficult to make change? Oh no. I was given $9 and some change, had to correct all that. Finally got my food and drove away - only to discover, when it was far too late, that they didn't even give me what I had ordered. So if you want to wait a long time to be given incorrect change and have your order messed up, this is the place! read more

The quality of the food & customer service has gone downhill in a major way in the past few years. The portions are smaller and food tasted like cafeteria food. For example they used to have great baked beans but no longer. Grocery store cooked chicken is cheaper and tastes better. read more

Clearly this place is understaffed, they cannot handle the volume coming in. Tonight I stood at the counter for 10 minutes then the kid asks me do you mind if I do these delivery orders before I take you order. If it was one that would have been fine, but the entire screen was full. I always thought the customer in front of you had priority but not at KFC. So I walked out and ordered pizza. The last time it took 18 minutes to get through their drive thru. They need to shut off delivery and take care of the customers putting out effort to come to their establishment but they are so money hungry they won't do that. I will never return again, and I've worked in a restaurant during this time and we took measures to protect our sales in house. read more

Had a very bad experience with the Medford KFC last night. Breading was stale and the breasts were both very dry. The breasts were so small they looked like they came from a small squab. Both legs measured 3" long and both wings (pictured) were 2 1:2" long. Could not taste any of the "secret" herbs and spices. Genuinely disappointing. read more
