The woman serving us (the manager maybe?) was bright and cheerful. She helped me with my silly confusion about the menu and gave me the code to the restroom. The food came up lightning fast, and was solid and tasty. It's on par with what I expect. All do the sauces and napkins were well stocked, parking was easy in the dedicated lot. At least mid-afternoon on a weekday. Decent clean sitting area, but a few flies buzzing around the drink area. read more

Since there are no Del Taco's near me, I try to go whenever I see one. We were passing through and I ordered online ahead of time for pickup. When I arrived, the staff member asked if I was there for pickup and handed me a bag. He didn't ask for my name. So very trusting. I guess maybe there's not too much pickup orders. I stopped to check if my order was correct. And also to use the restroom, which needed a code. The guy happily gave it to me. Restroom was decent and clean. Anyways I got a chicken quesadilla (my go-to) and a chicken del carbon with avocado taco. The hubby got 6 crunchy tacos and crinkle cut fries. We stopped at a nearby park to devour our food. It's everything I expected. Solid fast food. And we were out of there with under 20 bucks. read more

In Medford after several hours in the car then stuck at a family event. The whole family very hungry! But apparently the two guys working inside the restaurant decided they needed to close two hours before the posted closing time...and ignore us when we went to the door. I'm assuming the owner doesn't care about keeping his business going. read more

Got in line at the drive thru last night at 8:15pm, got food at 9:23. I'm pretty lenient with food places right now because I know the industry is hurting for workers, but over an HOUR with only 6 cars in front of us? That's a stretch. I could have gotten seated at a restaurant, eaten, and paid in that amount of time. You would think at that rate you're at least getting fresh food, but sadly no. After patiently waiting an hour this is the most disappointing and ridiculous presentation of a tostada I could have gotten... and I honestly think they forgot the beef because all I could taste was beans. I only saw one blonde girl working (stressed out and upset looking), maybe there was a cook in the back... but I'm sure they didn't schedule it this way themselves. Management is failing them and failing this location. As a consumer it's upsetting, but as someone in management myself, it's disappointing. read more

Order via door dash while on an overnight business trip, and I was really surprised by how good Del Taco was. Good burritos and carne asada fries,, What really blew me away was how good the burger was - way better than most drive thru burger joints bay far! Bad visit to Del Taco Medford or ....Food was not up to stanard and service was less than desired... crew member did not have a clue ..didn't listen and very unaware of specials etc.. The store was supposed to be open until 10PM. I went in at 9:30PM. The manager said they were closed. I asked why? He replied he didn't have enough workers. There were 3 other employees including himself. I want to make you aware that this store is closing early for no reason. I hope the employees are not claiming hours they are not working. Just because we are in a pandemic and just because there's a driver that picked up our food doesn't mean you can screw up our order, AGAIN!!!! I called and got some punk that said it was the drivers fault. Like that driver packed our food? It's not the driver's fault we are missing food. They are not worth the time or money anymore. 6 del tacos, green chicken wet burrito plato and 2 chicken rollers from drive thru. At window, the Cashier tells me they dont take amex, and drops my card on the ground. Didnt seem like it was on purpose, but still. Then she tells me they are out of rice???? How can they be out of rice. Well, not technically out, if i wanted to wait 15-20 minutes... which i didnt want to. So instead of rice i got extra beans. Got home and cashier hooked me up! Extra chips, extra chicken roller, and all the sauce packets i asked for and more. The service was awesome! I could tell she felt badly for not having rice, but it wasnt her fault. This location is a pain to enter and exit, but I've done it several times in the past few days without issue. (Although I've been there at off hours, so at busier times it's probably much worse) It's been a long time since I've been to Del Taco, and I remember why I liked it so much when I lived in an area with one. I really enjoy the cheddar chicken quesadilla, the combo burrito, and the regular tacos. Everything has tasted fresh and the the chicken actually tastes like real chicken with no weird textures. I also like that the cheese doesn't have a funky smell or taste like Taco Bell. I also like that a regular taco is under .75 cents, and I find the other items to be fairly priced too. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. First thing they said cash only. Ok no big deal. We are traveling through and had no idea. We ordered 2 double del burger combos and the Pattie's were shriveled like shoe leather and the bun actually had a dark spot from sitting under the heat lamp at obvious close range. The tomatoes were complete mush and we also ordered 2 chicken soft tacos. The edges of the tortillas were hard, they had almost nothing in them and what was in them was mush. So obviously they had been sitting a very long time. The only thing that was semi normal was the soda. We had gotten off the freeway and found this place because we have always had good food from del taco(for fast food) hot and fresh. This made us have upset stomachs and we are still tasting it hours later from just the few bites we actually ate. Please don't go there, your stomach will never forgive you if you do. Complete waste of $24 read more

Approx 4:15 11/27 i got a deluxe chili cheese fries and this is what i got. No sour cream no tomatoes .wth is this. I get to the window in the drive through and the employees were rude. The little blonde manager is a jerk. I ask for extra cheese on my tacos because of the picture shown. The reason I didn't ask for extra cheese last time? The manager made me feel like shit about it. "Are you sure you want extra cheese?! We already put a lot on there!" So I said yes I'm sure and they flooded it with cheese to the point where it wasn't edible. Now this time I don't ask for extra and they give me like one sprinkle. This place sucks. Every person I've dealt with there is completely incompetent. My 5 year old even notices it. Step it up. I get it's fast food but come on. Y'all act like it's rocket science or something!!! How hard is it to make a bloody taco and give me hot sauce when I ask for hot sauce? We come to this location because it is the closest one to us. I grew up next to a Del Taco in Huntington Beach, CA... and I have to say in comparison this one just always disappoints so bad. They serve French Soggies regularly. I don't think they even grasp the concept of French FRIES (they are supposed to be FRIED). It's always just thrown together, you have to open every taco and burrito to even things out so you're not taking a bite of just cheese or just beans. How hard is it to lay ingredients evenly and then roll?? But the French Fries... holy moly, Del Taco, cook the damn potatoes to a crisp... you know... fried?? No one wants nasty, undercooked, soft, disgusting potatoes flops... slightly salted. read more

I love Del Taco. I eat at various DT's in So Cal and So Or on a regular basis (at least three times a week). This is the absolute worst Del Taco I have ever been to. The wait time is ridiculous. I'm talking over twenty minutes. This is a fast food restaurant....right? And the the manager is not respectful to the staff. As a customer, I don't want to hear any of that. It's ok to praise your employees publicly, however, don't criticize them publicly. Food was ok, but I would not come back here...ever. read more

I wish I could remember his name......we went to this del taco tonight cause we love del taco and we received of course wonderful food but also AMAZING customer service! I really like DelTaco for a quick bite and have never been disappointed till now. The taco shells were rancid. I was traveling and was unable to return them. Hope they take care of this problem. Also the lady at the drive thru window needs to wash her hands more often very dirty fingernails. Hygiene in food service is very important. read more

Let's just say... I'm not one to give 4 stars or more to a fast food joint. But I think this one is deserved. The location is ok, it's a bit of a pain to get to, but that's more the cities fault than the restaurant. It is very fresh, clean and bright inside. This could be due to it being just a couple months old. Either way, it's nice. I love that they still have a decent dollar menu, heck last time I filled up for about $2.60. And the stuff on the dollar menu is actually good! Don't ask me about the other stuff, I'm cheap. For $1 you get a 1/2 pound burrito or some nachos. For $0.69 you get a decent crunchy taco! Kinda reminds me of the ones Taco Bell used to serve before they got all crazy with their flavors. I still like TB but sometimes I just want a plain cheap taco or burrito. Last time order was a little slow, so without me even saying anything they gave me a free soda! read more

Just don't go here. Seriously. I have been here about 3 times in the last month and EVERY time they get the order wrong. The first time they repaired the order and comped us fries. The second time we came back for them to put in what they missed and they still didn't get it all the way right. The third time they completely messed up the order and communicating with the kid at the drive thru was like pulling teeth so I gave up and just left. I am not even giving them one star. Statistically speaking, if a place messes up my order three times, they will likely mess up yours too. Frankly, you're better off driving across town to the other Del Taco or just going to an entirely different restaurant. Edit: Apparently Yelp doesn't let you post a review without putting at least one star. That's upsetting. Please consider the one star I'm giving this place a mirage or hallucination of some kind. It is not real. They deserve a level ZERO rating. read more

Walked in this morning at 9:30 a m. I was the only customer. The person was working the counter restocking. I stood for one minute without being acknowledged. I finally asked if they were open and a person turned from the back area and said yes pointed his finger at me saying I'll be with you in a minute. They appeared discouraged that I was there to purchase food. My order of one bean burrito with green sauce was slow to arrive with Messy paper from spilled beans. I own another fast food restaurant and was very discouraged with customer service. The owner should step it up. read more

We went thru the driver thru the other night and waited 28 min for our food. Had to block the drive thru with my truck to get them to finish making it after we went in and asked about our order. I dont consider myself to be a fussy eater, however this is the only place where i will eat a fast food breakfast. Their huevos rancheros burrito is delicious. But i was there for lunch a couple of days ago, service was very slow and the french fries tasted and smelled bad. Almost like a chemical taste. I wont order tem again! read more

Not sure when it would otherwise be vibing. The burger itself was very oily, dripping wet, and unseasoned. It had almost soaked through the bottom bun. Not much flavor. The fries were thin-cut in the spirit of McDonald's, and pretty good. Overall I don't think I'll give this one another go.
