We come to this location at least once a month and Cindy is always a pleasure full of smiles and is very accommodating. If they're out of something she will give u the amount of time and let u choose if you'd like to wait we're always happy to wait. This visit she was helping us and was trying to let the cook know what they needed. The other employee Bekah was talking to her super snotty, rude and disrespectful. Where we come from we respect our elders no matter the position we hold. I got the feeling she might be a manager or night manager. So this is my classification fast food... But when you look at Arby's or McDonald's Burger King.... Chipotle... Subway... This food feels so healthy and not like fast food at all. My daughters and wife didn't have a proper lunch due to a problem with a tire of our rental SUV. They were hungry and Panda Express was off the freeway. They shared a combo plate with an extra side of chow mein. They said the sesame chicken and Manglolian beef were too sweet, but the Mangolian beef was tender. The fried rice and chow mein were good enough. For Americanized Chinese food, Panda wasn't bad and prices were affordable. The young employees were very friendly and helpful. read more

Great visit and good food. Called in a takeout. Arrived 15 minutes early and they were working on it. I had never been to a Panda Express before, as I did not think I would enjoy "Chinese fast food". I was at a friend's house visiting the other day, and she and her daughter had just picked up some Panda Express food from the Grants Pass location. I was amazed! The orange chicken was excellent and so was everything else I tried. I have been going about twice a week Ever since then, it has been a couple of months. I always enjoy my food, and I get two meals when I go there for lunch and get the three entrée plate with enough leftovers for dinner for Just under 12 bucks. Two meals for just under 12 bucks these days is excellent! Today when I went in, it was very super busy with a long line. I almost walked out... But I wanted my Panda Express! The line did not go super quickly, but I understand they were very busy. When I did finally get up the register there had been a discrepancy with my order And it seems like they had "lost it". But they didn't. It was just stacked with another families order. They actually gave me a free little container of the orange chicken with my order! I thought that was a very sweet gesture. The employees handled the huge rush with grace, good service, smiling faces, and fresh yummy food! As always, it was absolutely delicious and I will be coming back here on a regular basis. However, if you absolutely need to eat and it has to be a pseudo Chinese dinner, then Panda Express is your best option. The service is fine, and the ambiance is fast food. I used to love this place but there is a guy who makes the boxes that just dumps everything together. 4 times! I have tried ordering inside and outside. And this guy always throws all the food together even when you ask him not to. I think it's best that order the family style where they put entrees in boxes since that may be the only thing he understands. read more

Husband ordered the Grilled Teriyaki chicken:$8.20, I ordered the Honey Walnut Shrimp: $10.70. Got our orders home, husband Grilled Teriyaki chicken was burned on the bottom of Each piece of chicken. $8.70 wasted:( Guess it' difficult to figure out quantities & keep everything going at once. The food is always great. It is a busy place but the service is efficient and fast. Always cleaning the staff keeps the place very clean.

I ordered a plate with steamed rice and two entrees. What I got was a whole lot of rice and four pieces of chicken strip (the largest was a little over an inch long and the other three about a half inch), a few green beans and a couple of slices of bell pepper. There was so little there I couldn't tell if I actually got two separate entrees like I ordered. Ordinarily I would let it go because everyone has a bad day. Was not impressed. Came here with my mom after driving all day, because it was a drive through. Very busy, which seemed like a good sign. The line was fairly long, but it was moving. Not very fast, but moving...Then we ordered. They were out of their three main entrees! Food was good, but the Orange Chicken was a little more peppery tasting than usual. When we got up to the window, we saw that there were at least six people were working, but it looked they were really just milling about, unorganized. New Chinese fast food comes to GP. I have always enjoyed their fresh food and friendly service. Keep in mind my 4 star rating is on my fast food scale. In other words, I consider a difference between rating a fine dining establishment compared to fast food chains. So for something quick and tasty I stand by this business. Very consistent, quick service and a nice selection of American Chinese food. You aren't going to find anything exotic, but what they put out on their walk through counter is good to go. I like their orange chicken after adding some spicy sauce to balance the sweetness. Their broccoli beef is great too with tender beef and fresh steamed broccoli. My only suggestion would be to order something from a chaffing dish that was just put out. For me there's nothing worse than a soggy dish that should be crispy. Nice to see another food option come to town. read more

Damn... I expected more sadly. This is literally the worst designed drive through in the world. I stopped there to snag some understandably mediocre food. I've been there a few times so I knew what to expect. Quick backstory, This drive thru originally had to be moved back because they placed it 10 feet from the order window, on a busy street corner. They moved it because of the horrible congestion it caused. Not a big deal, I don't mind walking inside when it's too busy. But today the lobby was closed until 1pm... Why? Why be open? There are people working inside, sending food out the window. But.. men.. Who cares, I'll just give the horrible drive thru a shot. I paced myself in the hopes of getting in the drive thru without my car causing congestion. After screaming out my window a few times, I made it in.... To the drive thru... Then I get to the window. Pretty expectable, I order, but the rice is not ready. No worries. I'll wait. Considering the work to get this far. Well this location only has 4 parking spots parked out front, and all of them were taken. So I chose a easy spot near the door, as close as possible. The lady taking the order took down my plate number. I assumed everything was fine. Then... I get to see some worker come out, checking license plates looking for me, but my car is just ajar as I am not directly out front, so she tries to go back inside, but the door was locked. Basically I got to see my mediocre meal wonder around the parking lot in confusion. By the time they figured out where I was, with a hearty amount of help from me, everything was cold. Not to mention seeing my food passed to multiple cars and then handed back to me. Good on you with the COVID protection standards. Have fun with OSHA! Anyways moral of the story,. I am not mad, I am just disappointed. And I hope whoever caused this stupidity steps on a Lego tomorrow. It won't ruin your life but it will piss you off thoroughly, just like my "meal,"did, after the journey to acquire it. read more

Rude customer service. Their hours were to open at 10am. They had the sign aluminated saying they were open, but they had the doors locked and drive thru closed as well. A few days ago my mother and sister went and they were open at 10am. They did not open until 11am. They also did not have the kind of beef today that my sister had gotten a few days ago. They were just very unhelpful and snotty. I also had a gift card that had $10 left on it and they ran it and said it did not work when I just used it last month and it was working then. I called the back of the gift card's number and spoke to a live person and they said nothing was wrong with the card and it had a balance of $10.32 left on it. Will never be going back again. Very unhappy with the the service. My broccoli beef had two pieces of beef, so I called the manager and she said she would replace it. I drove back five miles only to the told they were out of the broccoli beef. Now, I understand why they charged me 6 dollars and didn't say anything when I left with only TWO pathetic pieces of beef. Immature staff and very little integrity. *UPDATED REVIEW* I've decided to give it another chance, and I'm pleasantly surprised by the amount of consideration of the staff. I'm delighted to say, after participating in going back and ordering the food, the quality, service, and promptness had improved significantly. My last visit consisted of me ordering through the drive-thru, once again, and the associate even took the time to make it cheaper for me and my girlfriend, catering to our needs.
