Got a local delivery job that puts me only a couple blocks from this McDonald's every day. I even downloaded the app so I could get faster service and some of the special deals they offer on the app. The past 5 or 6 times I've been to this McDonald's has been a horrible experience. The food is almost always cold. the French fries are soggy and cold. How can chicken nuggets come out in the bag cold, did you not turn the fryer on? It doesn't matter what shift day or night I can't seem to be able to get hot food. I finally went back this time to complain and explain that it keeps happening over and over but the manager made it VERY OBVIOUS she had no interest in hearing me out. This McDonald's is remodeled since my last visit. They now have a buzzer for their restrooms. The buzzer is controlled by an employee behind the counter. That employee waits on customers and so the restroom buzzer is not a priority. Today it resulted on an older woman peeing her long pants as a result of poor attention to that customer's request to be buzzed into the restroom. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE. read more

I am on the road for work 10 months out of the year. I have very low expectations from fast food. I usually avoid it when I can but I was in a hurry today. Stopped in during lunch rush. 6 cars were ahead of me. I maybe spend 3 minutes in the drive thru line. The staff was incredibly polite and friendly. When I received my food it looked like it does on the menu photos. Something I've never been able to say about any McDonalds in the US. The patty tasted good for once and the fries were fresh. Hands down the BEST McDonalds I've ever stopped at in the United States. I wish all McDonalds were like this. Props to the staff and management of this location. read more

This was my first time to this McDs. I travel at times and stopped off I-5 for dinner here. The food was good and so was the service but this will be the last time I ever come to this McDs. First off - the Big Mac Meal is OVERPRICED - it is two dollars more than than the usual price of a Big Mac meal in Oregon. Almost $10.50 versus about $8.50 in Roseburg for the same meal. But worst of all - they do NOT GIVE REFILLS for sodas! I have never heard of any McDs anywhere that has never given a refill and I've been to dozens of them nationwide. If I had known they did not give refills before I ordered I would have left and went to Burger King instead. This McDs is OVERPRICED and will NOT GIVE REFILLS so BEWARE. I WILL NEVER RETURN to this McDs because of the PRICE GOUGING and NO REFILLS. This McDs lost me as a customer for sure. read more

Solid Mcdonald's! We stop here before hitting the freeway on our way out of town. We usually get a little breakfast to go, and so far so good. The food is always spot on good and friendly service. Last pit stop we made here I ordered the maple oatmeal and large hot coffee. They now give the apples and dried fruit in separate little packages and I got to mix my own, which made it way more filling and fresher and delicious! If that is the new thing for oatmeal, then YAY I am a fan!! Keep doing it this way guys! The gentleman who took my order was incompetent and rude. I'm all for helping people with disabilities get a job, but this guy argued with me and got my order wrong. I ordered "the Travis Scott" deal going on right now along with an additional 2 McDoubles with mayo and shredded lettuce added. It should have come to a total of $9.13 but he told me it was going to be $6.13 and it threw me off guard. So I asked for clarification of my order and he assured me that he had it on his screen accurately. 3 times. Then he yelled at me so I just went to the 2nd window. I clarified and showed the receipt this review is attached to a lovely girl with one arm the situation. She did what she could to make the situation right and got my order straight before I left. However the Travis Scott deal is a Big n Tasty with lettuce and bacon, but there was no bacon and the bun was soggy and burger under cooked. Sauce was smothered all over the buns of all 3 sandwiches. I understand that a lot is going on right now, but this service was not appreciated and I'll likely not visit this location again. read more

We just experienced the very worst customer service I've ever seen at any McDonald's. We went inside because I had to go to the bathroom and we were just grabbing a couple breakfast burritos to "tide us over" for a long drive. Nonetheless we waited and watched as everyone in the drive through was helped before anyone in the lobby. We were there for over 20 minutes. Not one person acknowledged us or checked on us. I called the manager, Trudy and explained this and all she could say was, "I'm sorry ma'am" we were helping people in order. Nope, they weren't helping people in order. Yesterday evening we went to the drive-thru it was memorable because we joke with a guy when we stated we didn't want the receipt and he laughed and said do you have something against receipts..... Get home unpack kids get ready for "dinner" which was a late night meal and lo and behold their cheeseburgers are missing from both their Happy Meals. I call in a lady tells me beca use I don't have a receipt they can't do anything about it tomorrow or any other day. If I immediately came back in they give me two cheeseburgers. And that of course does not work for a family that's running behind already and it's bedtime and there's two toddlers involved and 3 dogs who cant go for a car ride. Second visit since the remodel and really enjoy the update and added Play Place. However, second visit was met with poor service, which I am not accustomed to receiving from this location. We visited this location on August 18, 2013 at 17:38. The KVS order was #85 (top of ticket said 385) and was ordered as Take-Out rather than Dine-In. The order was placed on a tray at which point we waited for available staff for the order to be bagged. A manager asked what we needed handed us a bag and walked off. As a former McDonald's employee, I had been trained to bag Take-Out orders as part of good customer service, not hand over a bag and let the customer do it themselves. Once the order was bagged, my Mother asked the same manager for a straw and napkins. This was the first time since the remodel my Mother had been in the store. The same manager handed my mother a straw and informed her she could get the napkins herself. While the remodel gets 5 stars, the customer service experience (or a lack thereof) gave this a 2 star rating. Poor service leaves me less likely to offer recommendations to a place or offer return business, especially from a place I had been previously trained that excellent customer service is key. read more

I very kindly asked for assistance to get another drink and she snapped at me for no reason, raising her voice and refusing to help me. I had just purchased $15 worth of food and was treated like a peasant after. she was beyond rude to another customer too who simply asked her for a cup of hot water and she made a huge deal out of it, sighing loudly and practically throwing a tantram. This McDonald's is either hit or miss. Depending on the staff of the time of day you visit, you might wait an extended amount of time and not even get the correct order. One of the positive things about coming to a McDonald's is suppose to be the quick turn around of orders. We rolled in here on Monday night on the way to Crescent City from Medford and found chaos. Lots of people were inside, orders were being taken, but when you order two large fries and two drinks and it tastes 15 minutes to get your food, something isn't right. We went through the drive thru and they had us pull to the side to wait for our order. We waited 20 minutes! There were a ton of cars waiting alongside us. They kept coming out with bags and going back in because no one had that order. They kept coming out with 4 cheeseburgers with only ketchup. I repeatedly told them we ordered 8 with everything on it. We finally got our order, we were 2 short. 10 minutes later they brought out 1 more. Then, come to find out, they gave us the old cheeseburgers with only ketchup. They were cold and old and someone else's order and had been outside and in several workers hands. That is wrong.
